This business moved form Post Road where they charged for range membership to their current Washington location. When I asked for a refund of range fees, I was told that a range was being built thus no refunds. This was not true. A range was not in the plans. read more

I went in yesterday and the store was absent any customers. I was trying to talk to one of the sales agents in the back about a 10MM, I guess he Was too busy to come out front so I left. I went up the street and purchased one. These guys should come out to the front and converse. I would not have posted this but it has twice now that I have had to leave this store and go to Indy Arms Company (2550 E 55th St, Indianapolis, IN 46220) to get service. I can't prove it, but I strongly suspect this store sold me a used revolver as new. After I got it home, I found the grip had superglue all over it where someone had re-glued an emblem back in place and botched the job. The same gun kept breaking and had to be returned to the manufacturer 4 times in the first year of ownership. Eventually, the manufacturer replaced the gun, and the replacement has worked fine. read more

Each and every worker takes the time to show any one who may be interested in buying a gun the proper way to handle it and to use it. I have never been here even though it's a stones throw from my house. I have my carry license and a couple of guns that need cleaned so today I came. I didn't know anything about the guns I had and both were loaded. They were very nice in explaining to me how to load and unload both guns. I'm leaving them to be professionally cleaned. Everyone here was nice and very helpful. The shooting range is very cool and I will be using it to make sure I can shoot straight as an arrow. I've been going to Indy gun bunker since 2015 for all my firearms and firearm accessories, I called today to see how late there indoor range is open and they proceed to tell me they don't have one ?? Since when ?? I've been to there gun range multiple times and they still advertise a indoor range on there website . Not sure if it's closed or what but he made it sound like they've never had one ?? And if it is closed they need to make that change to there website and google advertisements. Definitely a 2 star experience if not lower . read more

Terrible service from the older guy, salt and pepper hair. Disinterested in helping my friend and I get information about rentals, range and general questions about firearms. Completely missed opportunity to educate my friend who is new to firearms (but very interested) instead just gave us a hurried voice, conveyed he was annoyed at novice questions, flippant with his replies. Defending the 2nd amendment starts with good gun education, this was a missed opportunity, no telling how many others he's turned off or away from it and this store. All this was AFTER my friend told him he was interested in buying his first gun. Pathetic customer service! He should have jumped at the chance to be helpful. One of the nicest guys to deal with. Came in with the wife to help with a gun purchase. Thinking they might take advantage of her as a perceived weaker or not knowledgeable. Only took a few minutes of listening to the guys making suggestions and showing her gun to feel real comfortable with their sales approach. I went to the store to get a part and it wasn't in stock so the salesman mike said I can leave my info and they could call me when it's in stock. After a few days I callto check and the manager Terry was real smug and kinda quick on the phone like I was bothering him and made it seem like my questions were unnecessary since he told me they were in stock and he was unpacking them as we speak. I go to the store a couple days later and he was getting smart with me again only this time saying the parts didn't come in yet and that I should know that cuz they didn't call me yet smh ‍ good thing the salesman mike was there to save the day and me as a customer because I was never going to go back there again based on the way Terry treated me but Mike was so cool and even though they were close to closing he took time and found me a piece I needed. I was headed to another gun range and decided to save some time and stop at Indy Gun Bunker which was much closer to my location. The range was small and nothing to brag about but it was functional. They guy at the register asked if it was my first time there and I said "yes". I was quickly assigned a shooting lane and didn't have much time so I did all the target practice that I had planned and was back at the counter to check out thirty-five minutes later. I was charged for a full hour of shooting. This is how you treat a first-time (and potential repeat) customer? I'll be making the drive to another range in the future where I'm sure a first-time customer and potential range member will be welcomed and treated fairly. read more

STAY AWAY!!!!! rude borderline mean and aggressive sales staff! Prices are insulting they must get a lot of people who know nothing about guns and gun prices in that store because anyone who did would not buy anything from them.... the range and system for getting people in the range was a joke i left after 2 hours of waiting when i was told 30 minutes ... i left without shooting because they laughed when i asked how much longer and told me there where still 2 members in front of me... Me and my husband will never purchase a gun from there again, nor will we use the shooting range. The older man (possibly the owner) is rude and a complete ass! Every time we go in there he has an attitude. My husband purchased a body guard for me and the first time we shoot it, there at the shooting range, the clip broke. He had purchased the gun just 3 days prior to us shooting it for the first time. Which we understand things like that happen, no biggie. So my husband to it back up to the counter and the man said "this clip has been used tones of times, there's no way this is the first time you have shot this!!" My husband stated that he bought the gun from him just 3 days ago and this is the first time we had ever shot it. He was a complete ass about the situation and if the clip had really been used "tons" of times then he sold us a used gun and/or clip that was suppose to be new! I've been there twice and there won't be a third time. Selection, yes they have a fair selection, and that is the nicest thing I can say about their establishment. Both times I have been in there they seem to make a point of letting you know you're an outsider. The first time I went in just to browse. There must have been at least 3 gentlemen behind the counter. I was at the display cases for about 10min or so and never once did any of them ask if I needed or wanted any help. They just stared me down as if I was a criminal trying to steal something. The second time I went in there I was looking for a Walther P22. Yes they did have one. A used one they wanted better than a new price for. Well, I figured while I was in there I would see if they happened to do any gunsmithing. I stood at the register for a little while before an employee politely asked, "What do you want?" I asked if they happened to do any gunsmithing there. He said "No" and walked off. OK, yes he did technically answer my question. Maybe I just didn't realize how offensive a question that was. So I stood by the counter a while longer while he did his best to pretend I didn't exist. Finally after I had gotten tired of waiting I spoke up and asked if he knew of any good places around the area to get work done. He walked back over to the register and grabbed a business card off a rack tossed it on the counter in front of me and said, "You can try that." and walked off again. I guess when you sell your inventory about 20% higher than the competition you can forgo the annoyance of good customer service. read more
