Hi, My girlfriend and I have bought several guns from this place. The staff is very professional and are very friendly. Each and every worker takes the time to show any one who may be interested in buying a gun the proper way to handle it and to use it. One worker have showed my girlfriend the proper way to hold her new 38 special. They also have a nice gun range where you can practice shooting. I'll definitely recommend this place to any one who wants to buy a gun.

I have never been here even though it's a stones throw from my house. I have my carry license and a couple of guns that need cleaned so today I came. I didn't know anything about the guns I had and both were loaded. They were very nice in explaining to me how to load and unload both guns. I'm leaving them to be professionally cleaned. Everyone here was nice and very helpful. The shooting range is very cool and I will be using it to make sure I can shoot straight as an arrow. I highly recommend that you stop by and check this place out. If you're a woman, they make you feel welcome.

I've been going to Indy gun bunker since 2015 for all my firearms and firearm accessories, I called today to see how late there indoor range is open and they proceed to tell me they don't have one ?? Since when ?? I've been to there gun range multiple times and they still advertise a indoor range on there website . Not sure if it's closed or what but he made it sound like they've never had one ?? And if it is closed they need to make that change to there website and google advertisements. Definitely a 2 star experience if not lower .

One of the nicest guys to deal with. Came in with the wife to help with a gun purchase. Thinking they might take advantage of her as a perceived weaker or not knowledgeable. Only took a few minutes of listening to the guys making suggestions and showing her gun to feel real comfortable with their sales approach. When she asked I helped her but over all a great store with good people.

This place is great!…read more Just recently found it, but this Broad Ripple outdoorsy shop has been around for quite some time. There's a front and back entrance, the back has 1-2 reserved parking spots. It's a fairly small place but packed with stuff: sleeping bags to keep you warm in the mountains, apparel from brands like Patagonia, water bottles, candles that smell amazing, camping chairs, knives, and more! The customer service is out of this world. Multiple folks working, all really friendly. When you ask to see something from the case, they answer questions about the product t but don't try to sell it - thank god, that is annoying and it's nice to not have that pressure. They sell quality items so their sales folk don't really have to hustle like that. Anyways, very pleasant experience!

Everyone at the store is very helpful and knowledgeable. My last visit I bought Lowa hiking boots. Knew nothing about the brand before walking in. Felt confident I made the right purchase as I walked out. Stop by the store and warm your hands by the fire outside or go inside to visit with the friendly shop dog. No one is going to rush you.

I was looking for Merrell hiking shoes to replace the Vasque shoes I have been wearing for the last ten years. I have been wearing high end hiking shoes as everyday footwear since I discovered mountain trail hiking in Tucson back in 2002. Their online web site said they had a pair normally retailing for $120 on sale for $80 but it must have been online only since I could not find it in the store. This store did not carry Vasque but I had previously owned a pair of Merrell shoes and knew they were good quality and would last a long time. They offered two choices which were waterproof and not waterproof. I chose the waterproof although I liked the color of the non-waterproof better. The pair I chose were basically brown and I was hoping to get a different color since I had been wearing brown for so long. They offered two other colors, an olive green and a lighter color online but they did not appeal to me. I was hoping for a dark gray or something to match black and jeans better. Service was only so-so. Another customer and I waited in the shoe department for someone to wait on us while other employees looked at us but didn't assist us. It's not like we can help ourselves. Someone has to go in the back and grab a box and bring it out for us to try on. Eventually someone came to help me but the other customer gave up and left. Checking out was equally frustrating. Two cashiers both stuck with customers for a long time, one bickering over a return and not getting a full credit. This is where other stores have a separate counter for these issues so customers who want to simply pay and go can do so without a long wait and no one getting checked out. Standing in line or waiting to be helped while multiple other employees seem to be available to help is frustrating.

While it's smaller than the massive outdoor stores, it was organized, well-stocked, and has a great selection of clothing, gear, and gifts. They have a beautiful fireplace and sitting area by the entrance that sets a "cozy cabin in the mountains" vibe. One of the first things you see is the beloved aquarium - always the highlight for the kids and what I remember from similar stores growing up. Next, what we really came for. We visited to see Santa with our toddler and had a wonderful time. You can pre-register to ensure your spot for a FREE photo, and those that walk in can wait in line once those that registered in advance are through. I saw everything from families in matching PJs to couples with their dogs and I was all about it. Once they snap the photo, you get a free printout and can opt to purchase additional if desired. They even gave a festive little wooden frame, which is currently hanging on our fridge and bringing me joy. This setup to see Santa was memorable, efficient, and perfect for a wiggly toddler. We'll be back in the future!
