Was greeted by friendly staff who helped me through their special offers They also have a load of options. I ended up with their March Special - $5.75 12 oz Irish cream latte. It was delicious. I added a toasted croissant- amazing. Sat by the window on a cozy leather sofa sipping on the latte and savoring the warm croissant. I didn't want to leave. I'll definitely be back.

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but I have to be honest about my Mother's Day experience here. I…read morecame in to surprise my mom with one small iced drink which I thought was simple enough. Yes, there was a line, and I was totally fine with that. What I wasn't fine with was waiting over 30 minutes for a single drink. There were 5 or 6 people behind the bar, so I expected reasonably paced service. Instead, the whole place seemed to be running in slow motion. Maybe they were still recovering from an early rush ( I was there around 10am), but it showed. Our order got messed up, we had to remind the baristas what we'd ordered, and the energy from the staff was pretty cold throughout. The final straw: our drink was presumably forgotten. Multiple people who ordered after us got their drinks first. I eventually had to walk up to the bar, point behind the counter, and explain that we'd been waiting and my mom was sitting in the car. For a lot of people, going out for coffee is a treat; It certainly is for me as a student. When you're spending that money, you'd hope for at least decent service. Unfortunately, this visit was the opposite of that expectation.

Wow, was this a great coffee experience. We were traveling and in search of a nearby coffee spot to…read morehave a relaxing coffee date and this place delivered. The staff was notably welcoming, it totally set the tone and made me feel excited to be there too. The shop was very clean and modern and a place you could totally stay awhile and feel comfy and cozy. The coffee was delicious, lots of depth of flavor and the latte was well made with great foam. The cold brew was also wonderful, rich, smooth flavors without being bitter. We loved it enough to buy beans to take back home. I wish I lived nearby to make this our regular weekend hangout but will make a point to come back when we're in Portland!

This place was meant to be a quick caffeine stop but became a whole afternoon…read more Every corner feels intentional, clean, warm, and quietly welcoming. Art lines the walls, all for sale, giving the space personality without noise. My wife and I sat for hours talking, totally undisturbed and comfortable. Outside parking is tricky, but once you're in, you'll forget all about that. Coffee-wise, the Mayan Mocha stole the show: Creamy, chocolatey, then BOOM!: HEAT! Honestly, like a spicy margarita's classy cousin living in a latte world. And that little burn in the back of the throat is the perfect touch. Plus, the espresso had great flavor even without the fancy soda-water ritual. Although I still don't know what that water is for... I just pretend I do! Really: I'd order both drinks again without hesitation. Right behind the coffee, though, the service wins everything. I asked for help fixing my loose wedding band, and she went into hero mode. Tijeras, cutter, whatever she found, she brought it with a smile. A human kindness like that makes a place unforgettable. ( )

The drinks offered are made by knowledgeable baristas who clearly take pride in the craft of what they're making. They have a unique Matcha menu and a specialty coffee bar. The space has ample seating inside and a large area around the corner with outdoor seating, which you can enjoy. They also seem to have a good selection of both pastries and breakfast options for people with various dietary preferences and/or allergies. I definitely look forward to returning to try more of what they have to offer.

But one bite in and it was clear it hadn't been warmed. When I mentioned it wasn't fresh, the staff defended it saying it was made the night before. Exactly my point -- if it was made the night before, warm it up. Even Starbucks does that. It was dense, cold, and not enjoyable at all. The coffee I ordered extra hot, and it wasn't. Within a few sips it was already lukewarm. That's a basic request that should be easy to get right. The atmosphere is okay visually, but it's packed with laptop workers and there's barely any space to sit and relax. People treat this place like a co-working space and give you stares if your kid makes any noise. It's a coffee shop, not a library or an office. And the tip screen before you even taste anything? Hard pass on that concept. I carry cash and I tip based on actual experience -- that's how it should work. Service was polite but dismissive when there was a real complaint. Probably won't be back.
