Pancakes and waffles!
Alan S.

We arrived on a quiet Thursday morning half an hour after they opened. Only two tables were occupied and we had our choice. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My date got the Lemon infused waffles with marionberry syrup. It was wonderful and I had a taste to confirm. I had the 2x2x2. Eggs and sausage patty were good and the 2 pancakes were huge and a bit on the dense side. I enjoyed all and took home over half of the cakes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We enjoyed the nostalgic music from out teen years.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Quiet breakfast, great food and friendly service. Perfect.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The food is consistently fantastic! I had the grilled chicken with pesto and spinach on ciabatta bread. Choices of side salad or fries. My husband had the Six Corners omelette, which did not disappoint. Great and friendly service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A clean and comfortable place for brunch.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

NW scramble+ English muffin & lemon ricotta pancakes!

Y'all get to six corners ASAP and try these lemon ricotta pancakes!! It came with a side of Marionberry syrup, the contrast was delicious & not too sweet. We also got the NW scramble, but after eyeing everyone else's plate I might go with an omelette next time lol. The lunch options also looked pretty tasty; cannot wait to try some when we're back. The service was quick and friendly, I can see why they have quite a few regulars! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute little interior, classic breakfast cafe vibes, great spot for a casual sit down brekkie that does not break the bank![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Strawberry waffle - Decent! Strawberries were tasty and waffle was gooey. Chocolate latte - Also decent. Not as much taste as I'd like but it wasn't disappointing Side of sausage - Yummy! Tastes just like McDonald's Pancake - it was GOOOD! I'd like to have their bacon again next time and try the super pig next time

Smoked Salmon Benedict

Smoked Salmon Benedict: as good as any fine restaurant. Friendly service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Neighborhood charm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The waitress was attentive and welcoming. The food is delicious and food portion size are huge especially for an EATER like me I had the 6 Corners Omelette [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was nice and warm the minute I walked in and the vibe was nice with the soft music in the background[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Pancakes were amazing! Always great service and conversation...[[HIGHLIGHT]]It is interesting to see "the regulars" from the area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This place is super close to us so we wanted to try it out since the prices seemed reasonable and the food looked good. However, we were both pretty disappointed in our food. I got one of the skillets with spicy sausage and the potatoes were both undercooked and overcooked.. They were hard but like burnt if that makes sense? The skillet overall was just bland and overcooked and not good. My boyfriend got the six corners fill up skillet with biscuit and gravy and he said his was honestly bad. The meat was essentially a hot dog (weird for breakfast) and super small portion. Maybe we picked the wrong dishes cause with all that being said, the other food looked good. The omelets were huge and the pancakes looked fire. I just usually always love a skillet and have never been disappointed. The one plus is the prices are super reasonable! But overall just not a good experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Oh not to mention they were recording everyone eating WTF. There was a film crew just going around and filming everyone and everything, it was strange. I know there was a consent sign to being filmed but we didn't actually think they would film us eating, made us uncomfortable[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Farmer's omelet (without gravy)

I stopped here after my first-choice restaurant had too long of a wait, and I absolutely loved it. Being the New Year, the place was packed. We waited a few minutes to be seated, and it took a while for our orders to be taken. Since they were clearly swamped, I didn't mind the wait. Our food arrived shortly after. Overall, we sat, ordered, ate, and left all within the hour. I ordered the Farmer's Omelet (sausage, bacon, cheese, mushroom, onion, without gravy). It came with a side of pancakes. My partner got the classic breakfast (eggs, bacon/sausage, hash browns, and toast). This was probably the best omelet I've ever had. There wasn't too much egg, and the ingredients inside were cooked well. We also got lattes (not pictured) that were okay, but I wouldn't order again. Overall, I enjoyed the ambiance and food. It's a cute little place.

Ask the Community - Six Corners Cafe

Do they serve alcohol?

No. Although we are contemplating getting a alcohol servers permit, but that may be a few years. And alcohol is expensive, and we already kind of have to budget.

Do they have video lottery?

Not that I saw anywhere inside.

Are there any other vegan options here other than fruit and oatmeal without the milk?

Yes, we do have hash browns, salad and occasionally soups with vegetable broth or stock.

It's packed with savory flavor, and the egg has an incredibly light, cloud-like texture that pairs perfectly with the bacon, peppery arugula, and the rest of the ingredients. It's one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had. Their lattes are just as impressive. I've tried both the ube coconut latte and the black sesame latte, each made with plant-based milk instead of regular milk. The ube coconut latte was smooth, well-balanced, and not overly sweet. The black sesame latte, however, was the standout for me. It had a rich, nutty flavor and is hands-down my favorite of the two. I don't believe it's a regular menu item, so if you happen to see it, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. Loro is on the pricier side, which is why I don't visit as often as I'd like, but I genuinely think it's worth it. The quality of the food and drinks makes it feel like a special treat. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is the parking. The café is tucked between apartments and other retail spaces, so street parking is your only option. I've had to circle the block several times before finding a spot, making it less convenient if you're driving. Parking aside, this is a charming neighborhood coffee shop that consistently serves flavorful food and thoughtfully crafted drinks. If you're looking to treat yourself to an exceptional breakfast sandwich and a beautifully made latte, Loro Coffee is well worth the visit.

Hostess called the wrong 'Sarah' after waiting 50 minutes for a table, which is fine, mistakes happen, except she forgot to put us back on the waitlist which meant we had to wait even longer for a table. When we finally got seated for breakfast, we were told the kitchen was a little backed up so it would take a little longer than normal for food - we waited over an hour for our food to come, and no one came to provide us with an update until we asked for it. We stopped in for brunch around 10:00 on a Friday morning and didn't leave until almost 1:15 after waiting to be seated then waiting for our food. I will add, the Denver omelet (vegetarian with fried tofu instead of ham) was really good! We also loved the strawberry scones and chocolate chip cookies. Like I said - I would come back to grab some pastries and a coffee, but probably would not recommend this place to eat.

There's a fun and fresh local artist goods shop tucked in the front corner. It's a perfect place to find a gift for yourself or others. The menu is a nerdy dream come true. When we visited a couple of weeks ago in May, the themed drinks were Lord of the Rings and Mario. I had the Gondor, which, if I recall, may have had hazelnut and cinnamon. I DO recall that it was delish. I forgot what drink my daughter ordered, but she enjoyed it as well. I look forward to coming back and trying their London Fog, which is one of my favorite drinks and seems to have significant praise from other reviewers. We didn't get an opportunity to try the food, but look forward to in the future. One refreshing surprise is that this is a no-tip establishment. I don't recall what I paid for the drinks, but I appreciate places that charge what they need to make their business work and to (hopefully) pay their employees a living wage. Brickhaus is rooted in community and belonging, and I am here for it!

But one bite in and it was clear it hadn't been warmed. When I mentioned it wasn't fresh, the staff defended it saying it was made the night before. Exactly my point -- if it was made the night before, warm it up. Even Starbucks does that. It was dense, cold, and not enjoyable at all. The coffee I ordered extra hot, and it wasn't. Within a few sips it was already lukewarm. That's a basic request that should be easy to get right. The atmosphere is okay visually, but it's packed with laptop workers and there's barely any space to sit and relax. People treat this place like a co-working space and give you stares if your kid makes any noise. It's a coffee shop, not a library or an office. And the tip screen before you even taste anything? The Mocha ($6.50 for 16oz) is way too sugary for my taste, but still tastes good, consider getting water to wash it down. The pastries are brought in daily and made by Jenn. And we tried only the Croissant ($6) and the Spinach & Ricotta Lattice Pastry ($7) but these were much better than the freshly made Avocado Toast ($9.50), even though the avocado was ripe and the toast was good, however it was missing salt or whatever seasoning to make it as good as the other pastries. SERVICE Super fast and super friendly . One thing is having a decoration that calls for inclusion, but having a team that represents it, that's gold. ENVIRONMENT Loved how easy it's to find the counter with all supplies, and the decor is simple, yet inviting. It's an inclusive decor, but subtle. Bottom line: Definitely a place I'd like to come back to!
