Let me first start by saying I was intrigued to try Indochino. I truly enjoyed my experience thus far. The process works by one of two ways identifying things you liked online and coming in store to get fitted or by setting an appointment and allowing sales reps to help you. I will say Michael is a genius if you do not truly have a vision he can help you put some things together as you match different fabrics for different occasions. Abby is also very helpful and is always willing to help. Always check to see if there's a discount code available to get those extra savings. I do wish their wedding services were easier to gift a portion to those purchasing but you just have to grab gift cards for them. I also will say the quality has been quite impressive. I think the value was even better prior to current price adjustments due to new tariffs but always be on lookout for sales. read more

I had an appointment at this downtown location for a suit fitting. I am getting married in October, and wanted to make sure I had plenty of time to get the suit and make alterations if possible. The two employees, Bobby and KC, both walked me through what each material feels like and how it would look, wear on a wedding day. I already have one suit from indochino and loved the fit, so I returned for my wedding suit. They resized me just to make sure everything would fit (its been a few years since my last measurements) and made sure I was informed on all decisions being made. Both employees were very kind, and extremely knowledgable. The suit I purchased was on clearance as well, which was a great value for the suit and shirt. I cannot recommend them enough, I look forward to receiving my suit and going back to make sure it fits exactly how I want it to. read more

I have a wedding in a few weeks and I need to get a suit pretty quickly. Came over to indochino in the middle of the afternoon and there were several salesmen not doing anything and they were very helpful. Explain the process to me but then told me that I needed to make an appointment to get measured. He offered that I come back a few hours later to get measured as if I didn't already pave $10 for parking and I'd want to come back to this area in the middle of rush hour. There's not a single customer in the store and there are multiple employees doing nothing. I'm here now. There's not a measurement in the world that takes longer than 10 minutes, if that. We hadn't considered a custom suit before, but are so glad we went to Indochino! They made the process easier than buying one off the rack at another store, and the tailoring was perfect. Our son can go in any time to update his sizing for his next suit &/or any shirts. The pricing is incredibly reasonable; not that much different from standard shirts, but with the advantage of having the shirt truly fit. One last thing to mention: I worked with Michael at this location because I needed to send the suit to our son at college. Michael went above and beyond to help, making sure the suit was steamed before shipping it, that all pockets were open and the flap in back of the jacket was open, and sending it promptly so our son could have it in time for some important events. As a mom who doesn't know anything about men's clothing, especially suits, I truly appreciated all of Michael's help! He was beyond wonderful! TYSM!! read more

They make pretty expensive fancy men's suits and are located in the pretty spectacular and tall skyscraper style Mall in the downtown Loop of Chicago, known as North Bridge Shops. You can get some pretty fancy expensive tuxedos here and that's not what I'm in the market for a but I do like going in all the different stores in any given Mall which was Barbie's prerogative actually. Or rather she's the one that facilitates me doing it. Because she actually has a chance of buying things in a lot of these places. Or I buy things for her. Whereas on my own budget? Yeah right. The pants are way too tight around the calves so they will not drop down and hang correctly. He left the jacket at school, so I can't see how that looks. Won't lie - I'm really struggling with my rating for this location. I've been a huge fan of Indochino for years now because they are truly able to provide and price suits at a ridiculously affordable cost. I recently needed a bit of an wardrobe refresh and decide that I would go into the store to get re-measured figuring that the store would be able to do it better than hand measurements at home. Turns out that was a mistake, and now I'm feeling really disappointed with the Indochino process. First, the first suit I was measured for was horribly off. It was so bad that they needed to have an entirely new suit re-cut, which wouldn't be so bad except that the lining I had my heart sold on was no longer available and there was no effort to make it up to me that their mistake cost me the lining I wanted. Second, I had to visit the store maybe three times for alterations before the suit was finally at a place where I thought it looked like. This is time consuming and measurements varied based on who was doing the measurements. I would much rather just do this at home and in one go with an alteration if I have to. I think, all told, this process took me about two or three months before I was able to get the suits where I wanted them to be. read more

tldr: Cheap suits measured by untrained amateur employees. Expect to need refittings that will take many weeks, and an end product that is, at best, not great. If you've ever wanted to experience what it feels like to be the day-old deli meat getting slapped on to a sandwich in your local gas station Subway, Indochino might be for you! 8 weeks ago I got a new job and I needed more suits in my wardrobe. I didn't start for two weeks so I figured a tailor made suit would be doable. Oh boy, was Indochino the wrong place to go. My original fitting was absolutly amateur. The employee seemed uninterested in my existence, nearly frustrated that I was even there, and so unfamiliar with the concept of taking someone's measurements that I had pins poking me the entire time. When I finally got the suit and three shirts, nearly 3 weeks later, the shirts were ill-fitting and choking me. So I took them back to a different store to be refitted, because there are absolutely no returns at Indochino. There, another employee retook all of my measurements and sent the shirts out to be remade. Later that day their suit pants, which I was wearing, blew-out on me because they were too tight as well. So I took them back to the same store, and the same person, who remeasured me, but said that he couldn't send the pants out to be remade until they finished remaking the shirts I just sent out that morning. Only one remake can be processed at a time. So I had to wait 10 days for my shirts to get done before my pants even shipped out to be remade. Another 10 days later and I get the pants back, and they had been turned into a cartoon version of a bell bottom. When I went back, for the third time to have them remade, the employee there, who was scheduled along for a busy day, was openly angry that he was so busy. When I told him that I only had 30 minutes that day to get these re-re-refitted, he said "well, you came in here, so I'm just trying to help you and everyone else." He then proceeded to talk poorly about his coworkers saying that they had reversed some of my previous measurements, and that they always mess up fittings. Any way, the pants were sent out again, and a week later I just got them back. What did I get for my trouble? A cheap, thin, and uncomfortable suit which fits worse than something I could have purchesed off the rack at my local outlet mal, and shirts with material so poor that they make my skin uncomfortable; but at least it only took a little over two months. read more

I haven't received my items yet, but wanted to give a shoutout to Brandon at the Walton location. He was very focused on getting me the right fit in the shirts and jackets I was ordering, including even subtle changes like shifting where the top of the shoulder aligns. He had every excuse to just revert to some prior measurements but preferred to spend the time to get it right. I have used Indochino in SF in the past for shirts and a jacket and generally had a good experience except for the pants which were too tight. Having ordered custom clothes for 30 years, the convenience of their overall value proposition compared to alternatives is hard to beat. read more

TL;DR-Indochino was slow in response at every turn, terrible customer service, inferior product, and they gave away my $2,000 order without a single attempt to contact me and inform me they were going to donate them. Literally the only good thing about the experience is that some underprivileged kids allegedly got my brand new suits and shirts. I had a laughably awful experience with Indochino. I ordered 4 suits and three shirts from them, sent my measurements, and was excited for my first experience with Indochino. The garments came in and were quite large. No big deal, better to be too big than too small. I booked my alteration appointment within the 10 day window they give you to come in and get remeasured. The day before my appointment, I was at my tailor and decided to have him pin the suits for them. Might as well save the workday hour the Indochino appointment would've taken. I dropped them off at the store, and they gave no indication that was unacceptable. A few days later I got an email from Brandon saying that I would have to come back to get my garments pinned by their tailor. I responded twice asking if that was really necessary since they were already pinned. More than a week went by without an answer. Brandon finally responded telling me that I would still have to come in for measuring. By this time, I was 2 days away from leaving for an extended trip overseas for 6 weeks and could not make it in before. I followed up about a week and a half after I got back to set up an appointment. After following up some more, Brandon finally responded 15 days after my original email. This time, he was out of the country (note that my emails were being sent to chicago@indochino.com, not Brandon specifically, so I'm guessing other people have access). His response after more than 2 weeks was that Indochino would no longer tailor my garments because of the amount of time that elapsed. Once again, note that they have been in possession of my garments since 9 days after they arrived. At this point, I'm getting pretty pissed off at the whole experience and decided that maybe Brandon just isn't cut out for customer service so I should go to the source. I reached out to Indochino's customer service, and they gave me run around, eventually giving me the same excuse that too much time had elapsed. Now admittedly, it fell off my radar and I let too much time go by after this communication with Indochino customer service. A couple months later, I remembered they still had the garments. My assistant reached out multiple times trying to set up a time to pick the garments up. Finally, I sent a stern email (probably more like sh**ty email) to the same email address asking why they were ignoring my assistant and what they were going to do about my clothes. Weeks after my assistant's first email, Brandon finally responded to my assistant (after uncopying me, the actual client) telling her they had donated my suits and shirts. Not a single attempt was made to contact me to tell me they were donating my clothes if I didn't pick them up. I have no idea how this company is still in business with the service they provide. They're one of 6 companies I've used for tailored clothes, and they're the only one I've ever had an issue with. They're a dime a dozen nowadays. Go somewhere else. read more

It has now been 4 months since I placed my order per my receipt, and I still do not have a suit that fits. I had the original suit I received tailored by Indochino, and after multiple occurrences of "it'll be another 3 weeks" despite it originally only supposed to take 3 weeks total and two missed weddings later, my suit remained unwearable with the same issues I had upon initial receipt. Since I didn't want to wait that long again, I took the suit to my normal tailor to be altered as suggested by Indochino, and my tailor told me there wasn't enough fabric to make the adjustments needed despite Indochino's guidance. When I went back to the downtown Chicago location to tell Indochino the suit needed to be remade, I learned the Indochino store had closed. I would not put any faith in Indochino to provide you a suit that fits in a timely manner if ever, and I personally have no interest in their offers to remake the suit. This whole process that started out fun has turned into a long term headache. You are much, much better off buying a decent suit off the rack and having a tailor alter it to fit you which is what I ended up doing. read more

Sounds like a good idea but it's not. They measure you against templates and clothes are shipped to you from India/China. Ends up being the same experience as buying a suit off the internet except you can't return it if it doesn't fit; I'll explain below. Regardless of what they promise at the store when you buy, if the clothes don't fit there's not much they can or will do fix them. Just look at their reviews all complaining about this. I ignored the reviews because standard sizes fit me. 1- based on reviews and my experience their measurements seem to be off regularly since they're not tailors, just following template instructions. You'll notice this if you've had real tailor made clothes before where the tailor measures you. 2- you receive and try the clothes at home. If the clothes don't fit, you have to go back to the store. 3- at the store they'll argue with you that the clothes do fit, or they blame you that you may have lost or gained weight since you were measured. 4- they'll give you the snickering run around until it's past their return date policy. At this point they'll offer to fix your measurements for the next order--no joke. At the store they also said this Chris T person who emails you and comments on Yelp is not a real person. read more

I came here to do a suit as precursor to my wedding. If I were to have my groomsman come here thought I try one out eh...Thank God, I did. TLDR: I had made many suits before, avoid Indochino. The trip, started well but as time goes by it slowly went downhill. Looks like the Yelp reviews and Reddit disclaimers were right! (I thought I could be an exception as I was a veteran of many suits. so wrong I was) The service - Hit and miss. Katie (I might get the name wrong) was great, but there were others that were absolutely terrible. In fact they tried blaming me for some of the fit issue. If my shoulders were looking bad, it means you took the measurements badly. I literally went to the store for your staff to take the measurement The fit - As alluded above, it can be better, way better. My suit had terrible shoulders and they tried blaming me. Hey, if the paddings were bad, then dont let your staff recommend them. I went to the store for measurements. FYI all my other suits had padding and they didnt had that issues. My pants were another issue on its own. The funny thing was that they accidentally mentioned that it was because the initial measurements were off, so alternations does not resolve the issue, I was like if that is the case, can you just remake the pants and they were like no remakes for the pants (Geez, you made me waste all the time traveling) read more

You can do any, or all of your purchase on-line, or go to any of their showrooms. Pick your fabric, color, style and then go to town!! You get to customize everything!! Liner, pocket, boutonniere hole, monogram, lapel, buttons, stitching, collar and more... THEN they measure you....Not just standard measurements, but 30 minutes of measurements!! From your neck all the way down to your feet, they measure it all. Now your info is transmitted to their tailors (In China) and a new custom-made suit (or shirts, pants, etc) arrive at you door in under 2 weeks AND THE SUIT FITS LIKE A GLOVE!!! (Note - I have a 20" neck and a decent potbelly - NO ONE has a suit that fits me well...and this fit PERFECTLY!!) If it doesn't fit quite right, bring it in and they'll fix it, or even pay someone else to fix it if you can't get to the showroom. It doesn't get much better than this!! A new team member was being trained during my fitting, and I feel like you can tell a lot about the service by watching a training. I am very disappointed with my experience with Indochino. I ordered two suits from Indochino in early May 2018. The service has been mostly professional and polite, but I had to have my coats re-made three times to get a correct fit. I understand that I am a difficult size to get right, by my experience with another tailor was far superior, and I only had to be measured once and it fit perfectly. I came to Indochino as a lower cost option, and unfortunately it seems you get what you pay for. I am now awaiting my third re-make. I have been thanked for my patience by staff who were very apologetic and polite, but I cannot say I will use this service again, nor can I recommend the service to anyone else. Tony, the head tailor was very understanding and professional as were the staff, but I'm glad I wasn't in dire need for a suit this past spring, because I won't get a suit that fits until August - if the most recent re-make fits, that is. read more

I bought 3 suits from here throughout summer for 4 weddings. The first suit pants were too tight, had to get adjusted. Second suit shoulders were tight and sleeves were different lengths, they had to redo the whole thing. Finally my third fit just right. Although the "luxury" Harrogate Black suit did not seem any better then standard (upsell for sure). This is pretty much a gamble that the people in China are paying attention. Because how can my measurements which stayed the same come out very different everytime? Overall the quality is not that great, you get what you pay for I guess. Great to build a collection of suits,and nice introduction to custom fitted suits. I would do Indochino for the summer, or funky colors, suits. But for classic suit colors I will go elsewhere. Tips -Ask for Alex hes the best, the rude brunette lady from other reviews exists, and choses who she wants to help ;( -Show up early, even if your 15 mins late they will not help you even though you booked an hour and measurements take 30 mins, they will just sit there on their phones. -Plan Early, you will prb need adjustments 1-3 times, and if they have to remake it, it comes from China can take 3 weeks! -If you get a uber they might drop you on lower Michigan by the Conrad hotel, or they might be on Upper Michigan at the Malls entrance, ps its in a mall Although I will say that it's not always about the how much your suit costs, a nicely fitted suit will look better then a big/small Hugo Boss. read more

I was very concerned with all the poor reviews, but I got a postcard in the mail for such an amazing price that I decided to bite the bullet. I figured if it was bad, 3 large bills wouldn't be a catastrophic loss. Besides, having owned both custom and off-the-rack suits, I agree with the previous poster that a custom-fitted "cheap" suit that drapes perfectly over your body is infinitely better than an off-the-rack expensive suit that is either one size too large or too small. The fit makes all the difference. I got my MTM suit and custom shirt through DHL today, and I must say it fits perfectly. I also would like to especially commend Jonele who measured me and helped me pick all the custom accouterments. She was friendly, funny, patient, and extremely helpful. She helped me customize every single thing on that suit so that it truly felt like a bespoke experience. She even talked me out of certain customizations that in hindsight would've made the suit gaudy. I will definitely be coming back for more! read more

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! My boyfriend and I heard such great things about this place and company, but all I can say now is 10000% AVOID. Do not use this service, it is complete trash. I am so mad, frustrated and feel lied to. 1. My boyfriend went into the Chicago location to have all of his measurements taken. When we got the suit 3ish weeks later it was a complete mess. Not even close to his size. The pants were 2x what they should be, the shirt was tight in the chest but loose in the arms and the coat was just enormous. Who is training these people to take measurements? 2. When he went back for his first fitting the tailor even agreed the sizing was all off but assured us after the first round of alterations things would be much better. Two weeks later the suit is still horribly fitting. The wedding my boyfriend is attending is in 2 weeks so we now have to take the $600+ suit to our own tailor and pay out of pocket for correct alterations. 3. Two of our friends had the same experience. One guys suit was so small he had to completely scrap it (again measurements done in store by the employees) and one suit was so large they are on their 3rd round of alterations (also measurements done in the store by an Indochino employee). THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! 0 for 3 on suits even being close to fitting. Please avoid this place and go elsewhere and spend the extra money for a true custom suit. We are now spending an additional $100+ just on alterations to make the suit wearable. I really mean it when I say, please please please avoid. Horrible service, horrible suit! read more

After ordering a suit online, I chose to go to the showroom (Chicago Old Town) for measurements. Working with Michael, we completed the fitting process and tweaked the customizations, with the measurements and physical examples on hand. He listened to my preferences and was aware of the trade-offs between those wishes and the reality of suitmaking. Michael has a contagious appreciation for well-crafted and well-fitted garments. This was a great experience, and our conversation reminded me of a brief stint in retail, back when department stores employed real tailors who could talk for hours about the perfect buttonhole or argue over the appropriate lapel width. I received the suit within three weeks of order and measurement. It still required a few revisions, which might annoy some, but seems rather customary, given the global chain of measurement and manufacture and the reality that all fabrics fall differently. The few tweaks were made by on-site tailors, and I walked away two weeks later, suit-in-hand. Given that this was my first purchase, getting made-to-measure within five weeks was not unreasonable. It is early, but the quality of the tailoring appears superior to many other M2M options. read more

Update: Indochino complained to Yelp that I reviewed both the specific location that messed up my suit and the company in general. They called it a duplicate review. It's interesting I've seen many "duplicate positive reviews" that are not requested to be taken down on Yelp for Indochino. This really confirms this is a terrible business with no ethics. Completely untrustworthy. I wouldn't trust them to get another suit right after my terrible, costly, and time consuming experience with them. Original review: I bought my first suit from Indochino about two years ago. I had it tailored and revised my measurements. The second suit I had to have tailored as well and had to update measurements. I then purchased two suits with perfect measurements. Finally I went to their showroom to select a summer suit from their lighter materials. I ordered in store and the woman in the store deleted my perfect measurements that I had spent almost $2,000 and at least a dozen hours in suits and alterations to achieve. She over rode my measurements in the system to put in her own measurements. After the suit was sent, they refused to pay for alterations since I didn't try on the suit immediately after receiving. I purchased it in the winter for the summer. I waited until a couple months later until I had the occasion to wear it. My previous two suits required no alteration at all. I didn't expect my third in a row after having perfected my measurements to be so terrible. They didn't care that their company representative deleted my measurements without my authorization. They didn't care that the previous two suits didn't need alterations because I had my measurements perfect. This place is a huge waste of time. At any moment they will alter your measurements without your permission. The entire reason I started using this service. Thankfully other better services have popped up like suit supply among others. I wouldn't give this company another dollar of business after they refused to apologize for deleting my measurements, wasting my time, and refusing to cover the tailor bill for the suit they sent. They spend more time monitoring negative reviews than helping customers. The big mistake I made was to trust this company. Trust that they would not alter my measurements especially after receiving two suits that were perfect. They did mess with my measurements without my authorization and never apologized. I then trusted they would make up for their employee's error of changing my measurements by paying for the alterations and apologizing for making me waste time at the tailor again! They never apologized and refused to reimburse. Now their social media team instead of addressing my issue, petitioned Yelp to simply remove my reviews. This is a completely untrustworthy company that you shouldn't give your business to. The point of the company is to get tailored suits without the hassle. I went through the arduous process of measurements and tailor and measurements and tailor to get my perfect suit. A suit I ordered for my wedding arrived about 3-4 sizes too small. I was told i could get a remake but it wouldn't be ready for the wedding. I had to buy a replacement suit off the rack At Macy's instead, where I received EXCELLENT customer service. I have visited the showroom in Chicago twice now, and all I do is get the runaround. Apparently their terms of conditions state no refunds, which I was never told about and never agreed to. No one bothered to follow up with my concerns, either in-store or after TWO customer service requests. All I received was pithy attitudes from the staff and rude comments directed towards me. I am now moving towards contacting the BBB and planning on seeking legal recourse, as this was an expensive purchase even before I had to go buy a second suit. EDIT: Their response to negative reviews is the same always. A request for a direct message, which doesn't seem possible through Yelp. Months later the suit I got from Indochino is falling apart and the material was so poor that I'm considering throwing the suit away. Can't stress enough how much of a waste of money Indo-cheapo is. I ordered several shirts and a few suits from them. After an in-person initial fitting and several in-person re-fittings, the majority of the garments were so poorly designed that they would have been embarrassing to wear, and the clothes that were tolerable enough to wear have fallen apart at the seams within 3-4 months of normal use. I worked with customer service to have the garments remade several times, requesting a refund at each turn. Because the clothes are "custom", you're stuck with whatever they give you and no recourse. Don't waste your money - buy off the rack and go see a decent tailor to get a significantly higher quality garment at a comparable price. read more

The last item (custom made shirt with french cuffs) in the outfit I purchased for my son's wedding arrived this past weekend. It fits perfectly as does the suit I also purchased. The problem was that it took Indochino FOUR iterations to get the shirt right. The first try at the suit resulted in a jacket that was about six inches too long. Oh and the wedding occurred a week BEFORE the shirt arrived. The last shirt before this was too tight to sit down in, but looked OK standing up. I asked if I could use it for the ceremony (I was planning on changing to something more comfortable after the ceremony), but they refused to trust me to return it when the new one arrived. Nice customer relations. So I had to make my own arrangements for a French cuffed white shirt. Their tailoring measurements were awful with three tries each on the jacket and slacks as well as the four on the shirt. It was the end of the day and I'm sure anyone who has to deal with Michigan Ave shoppers all day wouldn't be in the best of moods, but the gentleman who helped me at the store was sarcastic and demeaning. The first suit I ordered was the wrong color, and the replacement pants were a bit large. I wanted to come in to get my pants re-sized, yet every suggestion I had for how I wanted them to look was immediately shot down by the sales associate who helped me. Due to the 6 week lead time to get the suit re-sized, I went to an outside tailor and had it done in 2 days. Good business idea, however was difficult trying to get in-store help. Only two sales associates working the store, during the peak/middle of the day. I had an appt, and waited about 30mins before leaving, as I was on my lunch break. The associate that was to help me already had a walk-in customer who was picking out shirts and ties, etc., so he was attending to him and it was moving slowly. I really wanted to like this company and use them, but I may just go back to the big name chain stores where there are many associates available to help you. I am not sure how this location on Michigan Ave, in a such a busy area, mid-day, would only have two sales people working. Unfortunately, it cost me a cab fare each way from my office - and we will see if I give it a shot again. Definitely disappointing after hearing good things about them. read more

Had a great experience getting fitted for a suit with Christopher at Indochino. He seemed knowledgeable and detail oriented. Saw some bad reviews on here about the fit, so when the suit comes in will have to revisit my review. Its not often I upgrade a company from 1 star to 5! I was very leary about ordering a suit online, but I had a really good coupon so I gave it a go. I recorded my measurements as they instructed with their videos. I was VERY accurate, but when the suit came, it was a disaster. It didn't fit right anywhere. It was too small, pants sagged weirdly and it looked like an old man suit. Seeing there were no returns, I was pretty sure I got scammed by an sketchy company, but they actually took the time to respond to my complaint and brought me in to the Chicago location. 3 weeks later I had a brand new suit with nice modern cuts that looks GREAT! The customer service was 5 star - super attentive both in emails and in the store. So just be aware, measure yourself and who knows what will happen - but go into a location and have them measure you first; once they have your dimensions saved, then you can shop online. I've purchased five suits, a sport coat, six shirts, and eight pairs of pants from here and as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." There are several approaches a person can take when it comes to building a wardrobe. One is to pay a premium for high quality garments that will last. Another is to buy cheap, wear it 'til it frays or fades, toss it, and repeat. On a spectrum of "quality," the former is Banana Republic and the latter, Old Navy. But since this is Chicago, a more apropos analogy might be the difference between a visit to Weiner's Circle and a meal at Chicago Cut. If you want good food and service, the choice is obvious. Similarly, Indochino is the Old Navy/Weiner's Circle of suiting, so long as you don't expect much, you'll be satisfied. There are reasons why Indochino's suits are inexpensive, some of which are: (1) below-average materials and construction; (2) made in china; (3) (for in-store fittings) the delivered garments are not truly made-to-measure (merely based off of in-store sizes from which they take the differences in measurements); (4) the showroom staff, while mostly courteous, can come across as pretentious and have made careless mistakes resulting in additional visits (example below); and (5) poor online customer service. I recently brought in five pairs of pants to be altered. I had a garment fitting appointment during my lunch break. At first I was pleased by how quickly I was in and out but when I received the pants back, I found that the Indochino employee (who shall remain nameless since this isn't meant to be personal) reversed the measurements. Instead of shortening the pant leg, they were lengthened! All because of his (or her) carelessness. I started using Indochino for my "disposable" suiting needs but it's not worth the trouble. I'd rather pay a premium for better service and garments. For mid-tier suits I recommend Knot Standard or Suit Supply and at the high-end, the made-to-measure service at Tom Ford and Daniel George are smart choices. For made-to-measure dress shirts, Proper Cloth is a great option. Best of luck! UPDATE (about 3 hours after initially posting this review): Just wanted to point out that Indochino's response to this post was about 2 hours whereas their customer service department took 48 hours to respond. Perhaps Indochino should place the same emphasis on its customer service and product execution as it places on curating it's social media presence. read more
