They have water bottles and hot tea for you while you wait or for after your session. I checked in at the front and was immediately taken back to a massage room. The room is very nice and clean with relaxing music playing in the background as well as nature sounds of water. The lights are dim to your level of comfort. You can remove as much or as little clothing as you like. I laid down on the comfortable table and waited for my masseuse. You can choose a male or female masseuse when you make your appointment. Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right. It was so relaxing and therapeutic. I really liked my experience with Laura. She helped my back feel better which is a miracle. I will definitely be coming back here again for more services. The staff here are all very friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend coming here.

Parking is fine with three spots in front of the business and more areas to park on the sides. It did not seem like a busy area and parking does not seem to be an issue here. Amanda asked me if there were any areas she should focus on and also let me know I could let her know if I needed her to adjust the pressure. I've been getting massages in the San Jose area for years and Amanda is the first masseuse to ever ask me those questions. They also did a layer of heated towels between the sheet and the blanket that was magical and again, not something we've had done in other massage locations. The room was calming with low, warm lighting while we undressed. It was mostly shut off during our massage. The music was also playing low. Very easy to let yourself relax here. The massage itself felt shorter than 60 minutes since I was interrupted every 20 minutes, more like 45 minutes of actual service. The masseuse would either go out of the room or to talk to another person. The massage was $70, plus $10 for essential oil, for a total of $80. When I paid, I gave $95 - roughly a 20% tip. She looked visibly displeased with the amount, so I added another dollar. She then told me, "It's not like a restaurant, it's a VIP service," implying she expected a bigger tip. That experience was not VIP plus factor the masseuse' attitude. I won't be returning.

I booked the 60-minute foot massage in the community room (not a private room), and it was much more than just a foot massage. My therapist did an excellent job working on pressure points, especially around my sinuses, and incorporated stretching throughout the session. I left feeling refreshed and much more relaxed. My husband has neuropathy and requested that his massage focus only on his feet and ankles. His therapist was incredibly attentive, respected his request without hesitation, and made sure he was comfortable the entire time. The facility is nothing luxurious or fancy.
