I started coming here in January during my late first/early second trimester, continued all the way through birth, and am now deep into my postpartum journey. I can confidently say I am determined to be a client here for a long time to come. Thanks to their incredible instructors, I was able to maintain my physical fitness throughout my entire pregnancy, continuing to do the outdoor activities I love, like hiking, without missing a beat. What truly sets Mama Flow apart, however, is the unmatched recovery support and community. Delivery left me with a traumatic third-degree tear, and I am absolutely certain that the targeted movement here helped me heal and recover incredibly fast. They don't just offer amazing classes; they connect you to an invaluable network of birth-work resources like pelvic floor therapists and lactation consultants. They have actively helped me heal my pelvic floor and rebuild my core strength safely and effectively. If you are looking for an empowering, expert-led space and a supportive community to lift you up through pregnancy and postpartum, look no further than Mama Flow!

For the postpartum phase I joined one of the cohorts and that was such a grounding part of my postpartum life. Having a spot every week to share my feelings and hear from other moms made a huge difference for my mental health while I was getting physically stronger and made me feel like a part of the community of amazing women experiencing this journey. I would recommend women going on this journey to get on the Mama flow train and have an amazing resource through this journey.

We just gave birth to our first baby and it was so wonderful to have Jasmin throughout my pregnancy…read moreand labor/delivery!! Since it was our first birth, we knew we wanted a doula to help support us through the unknown. From the first meeting, Jasmin felt warm and always respected what we wanted our birth plan to be. She's knowledgeable and explained everything to us very patiently. We went with the full package that included 4 classes (last one is a visit), unlimited prenatal massage and of course the delivery. Classes were super helpful and we didn't take anything else outside of that besides some breastfeeding classes. The massages were God-sent!! I loved it so much, I ended up gifting massages to another pregnant friend. I had gotten massages from everyone and it was always wonderful. Due to scheduling, I stuck with Amanda's schedule and she did wonders to my aching body. I'm so grateful to have had this resource during my pregnancy!! My last passage was a pressure point one and I went into labor that night! Lastly, the labor and delivery was more chaotic than I thought and I ended up having to shift my birth plan. Jasmin was so wonderful to come visit us at home to help with induction exercises and talk through additional options. She took the time to adjust her schedule to ensure she was reachable and within a good distance from the hospital during my labor. Once we checked into the hospital, she came to check in and continue the induction exercises along with ensuring our nurses were aligned with our birth plan. When we actually started active labor, she was by my side tending to my pain the whole time. She checked in on us a few days after delivery and I loved just sitting down to talk about the experience. She also shared photos of our labor and delivery, which I'm grateful for since it's something you're not thinking about in the moment. Overall, we're very happy with our first birth experience with Jasmin and her amazing team!! Thank you for everything!!!

I appreciated how thorough her communication was, she explained what she was doing and why, which really helped me to settle my mind and relax. The bodywork itself was such an enjoyable experience. Just from this first meeting with her, I can tell she's passionate about her work. She shared a lot of knowledge about prenatal care, and even post birth practices and care, which I appreciate so much! Definitely do recommend anyone looking for birth support to reach out. Thank you again Jasmin!

The entire team is very kind and caring and will provide very personal care throughout your pregnancy/postpartum period. The environment is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and intentionally designed to help you feel at ease. My birth experience could not have been more positive. I felt safe, in control, and fully supported by a team that truly honors the birthing process. If you're looking for a place where you will be treated as an individual, respected in your choices, and surrounded by skilled, caring professionals, Casa Natal is the one. I would 1000% recommend doing one-on-one training sessions--it's the best money I've ever spent on myself. Thanks to our workouts, I had an incredibly easy delivery and post-partum recovery. Tal radiates positive energy! She kept me smiling, fit, motivated, and--most importantly--SAFE throughout my pregnancy. Her workouts were not only fun but also incorporate many moves that can actually be used during labor. She was always in-tune to my needs and would adapt her routines--even mid-workout--to make sure I was safe and pain-free. I also loved that she emphasized important foundations (e.g. proper breathing technique, connecting breath to core and pelvic floor, safe ways to get in/out of bed, ways to avoid diastasis recti, etc). I continue to use those skills daily. Not only is Tal a mama herself, she has years of experience as a specialized prenatal/post-partum personal trainer. She even stays up-to-date with ACOG recommendations and takes refresher maternal health courses. As a physician, I was impressed with the depth of her knowledge. If you train with her, you get access to her Strong Mama Fitness online for free--another incredible resource. Although she is no longer local in the Bay Area, she is available for 1-on-1 virtual training via Zoom. Our virtual sessions were super convenient, all without sacrificing quality. I can't recommend Tal enough!

They have water bottles and hot tea for you while you wait or for after your session. I checked in at the front and was immediately taken back to a massage room. The room is very nice and clean with relaxing music playing in the background as well as nature sounds of water. The lights are dim to your level of comfort. You can remove as much or as little clothing as you like. I laid down on the comfortable table and waited for my masseuse. You can choose a male or female masseuse when you make your appointment. Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right. It was so relaxing and therapeutic. I really liked my experience with Laura. She helped my back feel better which is a miracle. I will definitely be coming back here again for more services. The New Mom & New Dad Community Hub…read more I think of The Nesting Spot as a one-stop support center for new parents -- and it has been one of the most meaningful resources across my entire journey from pregnancy through postpartum. My experience started with their birth prep class, where I learned calming and pain management techniques that I genuinely believe contributed to a more positive labor experience. Going into birth feeling informed and equipped made a real difference, and The Nesting Spot gave me that foundation. After baby arrived, I participated in the six-week New Moms Group facilitated by Aariel -- one class per week -- and what happened there was genuinely transformative. It wasn't just a class -- it became a tight-knit community of women at similar stages with their babies, sharing real experiences and learning from one another. Each week we supported each other through the emotional and identity shifts that come with new motherhood, got validation for what we were experiencing, and learned practical things about caring for our new babies. When you're in the thick of postpartum recovery, it's easy to stay home and isolate. But I think that isolation quietly feeds postpartum depression. Having a weekly class to show up to -- and an ongoing group of moms who truly get it -- made all the difference. What's especially beautiful is that the bonds you build don't end when the six weeks do. You leave with a close support community of moms whose babies are the same age as yours, and that relationship continues. What I'm most excited to tell other families about is the New Dads Group facilitated by Kevin, something that has been genuinely missing in the South Bay. My husband wanted to be involved and supportive, but in depth dad-specific resources are nearly impossible to find. What makes this group so special is that it gave my husband a space to connect with other men going through the same emotional and life changes that come with becoming a father -- something men rarely have the opportunity to do. That community made him a more present and supported partner, and I felt the difference. The Nesting Spot covers it all: birth prep classes, new mom classes, new dad classes, postpartum support, yoga, lactation, and more.
