I've written a review a little over a year and a half ago with Nari but she is no longer there. By luck when I went to schedule an appointment online there was a new masseuse, Casper. I'm writing this review after my second massage with her. Putting aside my affinity for the friendly ghost, Casper is new to the industry according to her from my first massage with her. If she had not told me I would have thought she was a seasoned professional with that level of confidence and skill. With her technique along with her knowledge of anatomy she was like Beethoven and I her piano as she wrote a symphony knowing exactly what every knot and muscle needed to relax. For someone so new she was at least as good as Nari. I absolutely love this place and couldn't recommend it or Casper more highly.

I had the pleasure of booking a massage session with Vicky, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Vicky's expertise in deep tissue massage truly shone through as she expertly addressed my specific needs with precision and care. From the moment I walked into the massage office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Vicky's warm demeanor immediately put me at ease, and her professionalism was evident as she attentively listened to my concerns about the knots that had built up over the past year. What truly impressed me was Vicky's ability to understand exactly what I needed without much explanation. Her years of experience in deep tissue massage were evident as she skillfully targeted and addressed each knot with precision. While the process of removing knots can be slightly uncomfortable, Vicky's technique was both effective and considerate, making the experience manageable and ultimately rewarding. Addressing long-standing knots requires dedication and regular sessions. I realized that one appointment alone cannot fully resolve such issues. With each session, I noticed a significant improvement in my overall well-being and mobility. I wholeheartedly recommend Vicky to anyone seeking relief from muscle knots and tension. Trust me, your body will thank you! read more

I recently had an exceptional massage experience at Ban Sabai, and I can't recommend it highly enough. My massage therapist, Lily, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was incredibly attentive throughout the session. What really impressed me was how Lily explained the techniques she was using and why they were beneficial for my specific issues. This level of personalized care made me feel valued as a client and helped me understand the purpose behind each part of the massage. Lily's expertise was evident in every aspect of the treatment. Her knowledge of massage therapy techniques was impressive, and she skillfully combined deep tissue work with Swedish massage elements to address my needs. Her proficiency in her craft significantly enhanced the overall experience. The combination of Lily's technical skill, attentiveness, and willingness to educate made this massage stand out from others I've had. I left feeling relaxed, informed, and already looking forward to my next visit. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to Ban Sabai for future massages. If you're looking for a top-notch massage experience with a therapist who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend booking a session with Lily at Ban Sabai. read more

I had an appointment with Lily today, and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. The appointment was scheduled for 4:45 pm, and I arrived at 4:30 pm. However, Lily was still checking out her previous customer at 4:50 pm, and the session finally started at 5 pm. During the first 20 minutes, she only stepped on my legs, and to my astonishment, SHE WAS EATING! I was extremely shocked. I could clearly hear her unwrapping some kind of snack and chewing her food throughout the massage. This continued from the beginning of the massage, and the constant chewing sound became intolerable. After almost 30 minutes of her eating (while only massaging my feet and legs with her feet), I asked her to stop and canceled the session. I understand that appointments can sometimes be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, and breaks may be needed between sessions. However, eating while providing a service is highly unprofessional and inappropriate, which is unacceptable. Vicky was the person who checked me out after I ended the session early. I reported my experience to her, and she kindly offered me a free 30-minute session next time. Despite all this, I still paid the full price. However, I am seriously reconsidering returning in the future. read more

I came back for a second time to Ban Sabai Spa for a massage, and it was nothing short of transformative. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming, with soothing music, soft lighting, and a faint aroma of essential oils setting the perfect mood for relaxation. Vicky was absolutely amazing. She took the time to understand my needs, focusing on areas of tension while ensuring the pressure was just right throughout the session. Every movement felt intentional, blending deep tissue techniques with gentle, flowing motions that melted away stress and left me feeling completely rejuvenated. By the end of the session, I felt lighter, more centered, and free from the knots I walked in with. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality, professional massage experience. Parking is super easy back of the building. The main door is locked, so make sure you text Lydia when you arrive. The massage was excellent. Lydia checked multiple times during the session to make sure the pressure, temperature etc was fine. She also asked for any specific areas to target before starting the session. She took proper time to remove knots, the pressure was perfect and the technique was great. She didn't use elbows (unlike few other places, which was a relief). I felt completely relaxed, no soreness after the massage. She also did some stretching addressing tightness in the body. The room was super clean, and nice. Lydia was warm and friendly. Highly recommend it and hope to be back soon.

She is very professional and knows what she is doing and as someone who rarely stretches even though I should be, I felt amazing after scheduling an appointment with her. If you are in any pain or need a chance to relax in this crazy world, then book a session with Lydia. I look forward to coming back!
