I have been using Lulu at Luxe Day Spa and she's amongst the best massage therapists I've ever had:…read moreHer capacity to identify the knots in my back and apply firm pressure from numerous angles to knock out (using her elbow and knuckles) has worked miracles for my shoulder pain. Lulu also is trained in walking on the back applying perfect pressure to precise areas of the back using her toes--amazing--and she is also very well trained in stretching the arms and legs, even using her whole body to pull out tight muscles. The rhythm of the massage moving through different moves is like nothing I've experienced at other Day Spas and Massage Therapy outlets. Lucy, the owner, who oversees and manages the place knows a lot about what her specific client's need and want,, and she astutely connects you to one of her massage therapists that's just the right fit for the client. I've been using Lucy (and her team) for years now, and utilizing therapists like LuLu, Julia, Summer, and others weekly to biweekly has dramatically improved how my body feels on a regular basis (limber and loose vs tight and tense). I'm very grateful for the massage therapy service she provides for the customer.

Let me start by saying I wrote a raving review about them on Classpass where I booked my first…read moreappointment. I was sure I was going to come back as a regular. However, this most recent interaction has made me rethink this. I got a massage and it was wonderful. They had thoughtful touches, including brushing my hair back, massaging my ears, wiping down the massage oils so I don't finish all oily, and they expertly found knots in my shoulder and even got a few good cracks. I was incredibly satisfied, especially for the price point. I was so impressed that after I was done, I asked the front desk to book an appointment for my husband later that week. I thought it was odd when the lady handed me a scrap of paper and so I just wrote down the date I wanted the massage and the time I wanted it (5:30). She looked at it, handed it back to me, and said that she wanted my phone number. That's fine. It was more odd that they didn't ask for a name and I got no proof of confirmation sent to me at all. I just assumed good faith and went on my way. The day comes that my husband comes in and they tell him he has no reservation. Then, they tell him that the reservation was for 1:30 even though I specifically wrote it on a piece of paper for them. They ask him when I came in and my phone number and they still said they didn't have a reservation. They found someone to take him but they were upset with him. That was especially upsetting to me. His massage went well, but they did not offer any kind of apology for the misunderstanding and even had the audacity to ask for a tip. I was so excited to share this place with my loved ones but I think I will bring them elsewhere.

IMPORTANT: Martha deals with deep tissue and sciatic issues! And thank God!…read more I came here on emergency with my bestie. Martha gave us same-day appointments. (Of course, this isn't a guarantee that you can always get same-day appointments, but I'm so grateful Martha was able to that day.) The place is small but adorable, and the massage rooms are so cozy and soothing. But the thing I absolutely adored the most about Martha was that she is willing and QUICK to listen to her clients, whether it be their concerns or requests. I told her something was too painful (just due to my sciatic muscle issues of at least six months) and she immediately took a break from the area to focus on something else. She listened to me throughout the whole thing and made sure to consult me about my history and how something felt or if her massage technique was doing what it should. I also have bacne and had leg stubble that I was fairly insecure of--Martha did not care. She worked through them both as if they were not there. I'll have to come back because the muscles are still messed up but it hurt too much to keep going--mind you, though, that's to be expected after being messed up for so long, and I was 50% looser walking out of the place. Bestie said he absolutely enjoyed his massage. While some parts were painful, it turned out it was the only way to get his own relief; now those areas are no longer tight or bothering him! Glad to have found you, Martha. :)

Spoke to Martha, who informed me that Cheryl is available in few days and that she is incredible. I booked the 90 minute session and Cheryl did her magic. She concentrated on my shoulder and lower back as I requested. Cheryl has that warm touch which makes you relax. My shoulder felt good after she was done with her magic. I didn't have any of the post massage body pains with Cheryl. What ever her trick is, I need to be back for more since I feel so much better. My 90 minutes went by fast and I wished that I had booked 2 hours. Yep, she's that good! This isn't a fancy shmancy spa. It's clean, relaxed atmosphere and the rooms are calming. The prices are reasonable and Cheryl is a magician with her hands. Looking forward to next time! Highly recommend Cheryl. She's kind and knows her craft.

I really liked that I got a quick head and face massage as well. I wasn't expecting that at all. But the reason for my 4 stars is because someone was vacuuming during my session and it bothered me a bit. The walls are really thin so you can hear people talking too. I was hoping the room would be a bit dim but the lights were on so it was a bit distracting when I was facing the ceiling. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place.
