He's certainly a nice person, but he could benefit from some additional training in massage techniques. My massage was similarly lacking; my therapist kept rubbing in the same direction on my back and didn't really address any of my knots. In the past, the staff seemed to have a better intuition about where to focus, but today felt quite different. I really hope they can improve their training because I would love to come back--this place is so convenient and the staff is generally very friendly.
