They have water bottles and hot tea for you while you wait or for after your session. I checked in at the front and was immediately taken back to a massage room. The room is very nice and clean with relaxing music playing in the background as well as nature sounds of water. The lights are dim to your level of comfort. You can remove as much or as little clothing as you like. I laid down on the comfortable table and waited for my masseuse. You can choose a male or female masseuse when you make your appointment. Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right. It was so relaxing and therapeutic. I really liked my experience with Laura. She helped my back feel better which is a miracle. I will definitely be coming back here again for more services. The staff here are all very friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend coming here.

Parking is fine with three spots in front of the business and more areas to park on the sides. It did not seem like a busy area and parking does not seem to be an issue here. Amanda asked me if there were any areas she should focus on and also let me know I could let her know if I needed her to adjust the pressure. I've been getting massages in the San Jose area for years and Amanda is the first masseuse to ever ask me those questions. They also did a layer of heated towels between the sheet and the blanket that was magical and again, not something we've had done in other massage locations. The room was calming with low, warm lighting while we undressed. It was mostly shut off during our massage. The music was also playing low. Very easy to let yourself relax here. The lobby and overall space is well curated. The lobby has a coffee and tea bar that also has water post massage. 100/10 be sure to call and make an appt for you're girl! Can't wait to be back!

The atmosphere was also quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, which made the entire experience even better. Based on how we were treated, I will definitely be coming back to book a massage for myself. Highly recommend!

However, each time I've come in, the noise level, especially from the outdoor area has been extremely loud and disruptive. It would really help if doors were kept closed during sessions and if noise was minimized overall. Customers are walking in and out of that common area, so that door should remain closed at all times to avoid noise entering other people's sessons. I've heard loud conversations that felt like people were shouting across the space, cabinets slamming, and even staff walking around on speakerphone speaking loudly. While I was able to somewhat tune it out during previous visits, I recently brought a friend, and he was very unhappy with how noisy it was. People come in expecting a relaxing, and peaceful environment as that's the whole point of getting a massage. Unfortunately, the constant noise made it difficult to fully relax and took away from the overall experience. I hope improvements can be made to keep noise levels down, because a quiet atmosphere truly makes all the difference
