Called and made an appointment for 11, showed up a little bit early and they took me in right away. I did a full body massage for 1hr. Helen was my masseuse and did a great job. I told her my need and pain and she worked it all out. During the massage she kept checking with me if I was ok which I appreciated. It was sore, but worth it after my massage. I had so much stress and tension build up, muscles were tight! Totally needed the massage. Thanks to Helen. She's pretty strong! read more

NEVER AGAIN! Don't come here. We came to this location over 3 years ago when we lived in San Jose, we were in the area and wanted to treat ourselves. We walked in and they couldn't take us and asked if we could return in 30 min, mind u she didn't speak English, we only understood because she wrote the time on a piece of paper and she said pay now, so she had us pay up front. Why? That's ridiculous. We returned and my massage start 5 min after my husbands. I walked in the room and there was a beach towel there for me to cover myself, not a sheet, weird. The lady massaging me was texting while massaging me w one hand and whispered she was going to take another customer. Another lady walked in, and finished. The massage was probably the worst I've ever had, no technique and so many inconsistencies. The lady cut my massage by 5 min because she probably didn't know the other lady started late. I left $8 each and debated on even leaving that based on the massage. She demanded I leave more and was so rude. I explained why but she was not understanding. I WILL NEVER COME BACK! read more

This place has disrespect staff they get upset when you don't tip them at least $20 the receptionist did my massage and kept walking in and out of my massage to help people didn't get the full hour from all the disruptions. Plus the sheets smell and seems they don't wash them it's disgusting . This place needs an inspection with the better business bureau. Please do not go to this massage place it's disgusting and the workers want at least $20 tips read more

I have an awesome pampered myself for 1 hour body massage of $ 55 in private room. It's very relaxing & therapeutic. Nina was great with strength and pressure on my back , shoulders, and neck. She loosened knots, and she knead me like bread. The massage really helps mentally. , physically are soothing. Afterward, I came out and revived. The negative I don't like the front desk short hair lady kinda rude when I checked the body massage price & she stated that what the price on the wall said. Luckily, you are not an owner. Otherwise, you lose customers. read more

I DON'T RECOMMEND this place at all. Save your money! Find some other place. There was no receptionist and the lady who was giving me massage was doing both massage and receptionist role. In midway she would simply leave and talk to the customer coming in. I initially gave 4 stars for this place lol. The lady who gave me massage was disrespectful and was yawning and distracted throughout the massage. The place is dirty and stinks. read more

My girlfriend and I went in for a couple's massage. We called in to ask if there was an open time slot for the two of us. They kept calling us back over and over again to ask if we were coming. It was pretty intense and unusual but we went anyway because it was $60/per. However they charged me a $5 fee for using my card and had me pay upfront. One of the guy masseuse was laying face down on one of the clean tables as he was waiting on business traffic. First red flag. The massage was ok, but both of the ladies for both my girlfriend and I kept leaving the room and sent us out 10 mins earlier than the full hour. As we were walking out getting ready to leave, they demanded a $20 tip per massage lady. So a total of $40 additional dollars ( 36%) We said, we'd only give $10 each and no more because a tip is optional not obligatory. The lady at the desk (potentially the owner) kept saying, $15 each would be better as she was breaking my $100 bill. We said, we want $80 dollars change please and she kept demanding at least $15 each but they were lucky to get $10 ea at least. My girlfriend and I were considering maybe going back, prior to the tip extortion attempt. They lost 2 customers just for being greedy. Hopefully, this review will help them understand that it is not ok to demand a $20 tip or just a tip in general. Not OK, and also stop calling people over and over and texting to see if you're on your way or almost there. If $60 is not enough just set your rate at $80 and not $60. Stay away from this place. read more

I came to my appointment on time but the lady at the front desk was chilling on her phone for 10 minutes before she realized that she didn't ask anyone to come work on me. When the man finally came he touched my face without asking me first. I don't even know if they washed their hands. I also booked a FOOT massage so this man had no reason to touch my face at all. He was also coughing like he had a cold or somet Believe all the one star reviews. Idk how they're still in business. They also charge you before the service & not after. read more

Rude staff, I called trying to make an appointment. Staff asked me what time, I then asked well what are your hours? He replied they are open til 9pm so I tried to make an appointment for after 7pm and then I was told I can only use my voucher before 6pm. Kept insisting it that it's only before 6pm, I don't see it stated on the website nor their online deal. After reading their reviews, one feedback states they used their voucher for 9pm appointment. I came in for a 30 minute full body massage today, and it was honestly better than some 90 minute sessions I've had at other places. Amy was my massage therapist and she worked deep into the muscles and really focused on the knots in my upper shoulders. I work out a lot and really need these type of strong massages. I left feeling completely refreshed. The space was clean and everyone there was super friendly. I will definitely be back soon for a longer massage! read more

I took a groupon. First Appt scheduling is bad experience because they don't understand English. Then the ambience is very low quality. I had a baby and the person there was smoking inside the cafe. Then the service was very poor. Usually after a swedish massage, i can feel the knots being taken out. This one i didn't feel that i got any massage done. My husband could give me better massage than the masseuse there. Finally, the person literally asked me to tip arnd 20 percent. I mean after such bad service, I didn't want to tip. But i knew i need to give atleast 10 percent . But she herself asked me that to tip more read more

This place is such a hidden gem. It's not lux or lavish, but great to relax after a long day or week. I've only gotten the combo ($30) of 30min foot massage and 30min body massage. It's wonderful every time. The masseuse are always courteous, kind, and check to make sure pressure is good. It's best to call ahead at least an hour or two to ensure you and/or guests can get in for the desired service. Prices are unbeatable! read more

I read the reviews and decided to give it a try anyways. The staff was friendly, they do have private rooms, and massages were ok. However I asked twice for my masseuse to focus on my head, neck, and shoulders, and that was disregarded. I was pretty disappointed because that was the reason we went there. She did spend an unnecessary amount of time rubbing my butt and deep inner thighs. My husband said he experienced the same thing and came home with oily "berries" from so many "accidental" graze's. All of these things aren't a big deal and I probably would of given them another try if they hadn't pressured us to leave a larger tip at the end of the lack luster massages. We paid $60 per massage and gave each girl a $15 cash tip. That's 25% and I wasn't even happy with the service I received. So unprofessional and awkward. read more

I have a negative experience here. The staff was very rude. At the end of the service the receptionist Emily Zhai was disrespectful, Once my massage was over I thanked everyone and was heading over to my car. I was planning on tipping but don't carry cash on me so I needed to get some change from my car. Emily stopped me in my tracks and informed me "i haven't payed yet" I informed her I payed on groupon and she specified that I haven't tipped yet. Before I could inform her of my plan she interrupted me and said I have to tip and how it's mandatory. I didn't feel like tipping after that pressure and my massage was also cut short 10mins. I told her I have no cash and she said they accept card, I tried apple pay but they don't accept apple pay, so I told her I can't tip then and then she was like that's fine we accept venmo. I just wanted to leave because this interaction ruined my experience/mood. I scanned her QR and venmo $5 which is a standard/okay tip. She asked me how much I sent and I saw she received it so I started walking away. She said $5 is not okay. and that the shop has a mandatory minimum tip of $10 which I find crazy. I'm a hairstylist and never expect or mandate tips so experiencing this was insane. I ended up leaving and don't plan on coming back. Massage 6/10 Vibe 2/10 read more

Used to love this place. They did good massages for the price point. But my most recent trip here... they no longer do the rewards card (10 massages get 11th free), their prices increased -- $50 for an hour body massage -- and they have a mandatory 20% tip. Oh and their card machine wasn't working, so cash only. Luckily I had that on me. I tried tipping my girl $7 and then her and the front desk lady said "oh she charges $10 for the table." Um what? Since when was a 20% tip MANDATORY? Tips are optional, to start with. And it's a little pathetic to ask your customer for a larger tip when I've already paid AND tipped you. Your prices increased and I'm already tipping 14%... Talk about price gouging. Yea sorry, I'm not coming back. Your customer service is garbage. Visit was April 2021. read more

For the price you can't beat it! I feel so much better after going. They used hot oil, rocks and did a full body massage.

They were nice and all, but honestly my massage was so bad a left crying. I went for the 60 minute foot/back combo. First they make you lay back with your feet in a tub which killed my back worse than it already was when I came in. Then they rubbed my feet super lightly where it felt more like tickling or exfoliating more than massaging. It was so disappointing. When it came time for my back, they used elbows and forearms, and were pressing way to hard no matter how many times I asked them to go gentle. They also have you take off your shirt without giving you any privacy which is so uncomfortable. My whole experience there was terrible. If I were a pushy person I would have demanded a refund. Instead I just cried and left. The front desk person said "all I can do is make sure you get a different person next time", but there definitely won't be a next time for me with this place read more

I rarely give reviews. Exceptions are when something is really great, or not so much. Unfortunately, this falls into the latter category. Here's the deal: This was my first time to this establishment, and this was a couples massage Groupon gift for my birthday, scheduled on my birthday, confirmed a week prior. Upon arriving 15 minutes early, everything seemed fine. We were taken to the back rooms, then told that we have to be in separate rooms because someone else was scheduled at the same time as us. This turned out not to be true. They accepted a walk-in couple ahead of us, most likely because walk-ins are more money than a Groupon. Not cool! A bad business practice if you're trying to attract new clientele. As far as the Massage went, the quality of the massage was good, however, the girl that I had, Jenny, was for the most part non-English speaking. We were able to work things out through signals, so that didn't really bother me, as she was very nice and attentive to my request for emphasis on certain areas of my back. My GF said that she had a similar experience and enjoyed her massage as well. The Groupon was for a couples massage with hot stones and essential oil, although I don't recall getting any essential oil. Still, overall the massage was a good experience. Emphasis on the Massage. Not the business transaction part of it. A reservation is a contract, and this reservation was made a month prior, and confirmed earlier in the week prior to the appointment. Also mentioned it was for a birthday at the time I made the reservation, not that it should matter. If there was a problem with scheduling, they could've let us known at any time. read more

I've been going to this place for years, so it saddens me to have to write this. The massages are okay, nothing super amazing or awful. Julie is the best masseuse there. Used this massage place for 1st time and walked away extremely disappointed. Not only was the place a hot sauna, they never use the Air Conditioning, it was extremely hot. The main factor was the 30 min massage I received which if I can give 0 stars I would, either the woman was undertrained or hated her job, she gave zero effort in the massage as I told her to go harder, it was the worst massage ever! I had to leave after 15 min and abort the mission. read more

Not bad for the price. I paid $40 for a 1 hour full body massage in a private room. The woman who was massaging me must not have spoken English as she did not fulfill my request of massaging harder/stronger. Afterwards, the woman at the front offered to give me another 10 minute massage (for $10) to get the knots out of my shoulder/neck, but I was already dressed and ready to go to another appointment. One pro is that they have a punchcard where you can get a free massage after so many (8 or 10--I can't remember). I may return if I'm in the area, but I will proceed to try other places. read more

I'm a little weirded out, like I should confess to my priest or something. Came here with my buddy who made reservations, because it's that busy here. As soon as I sit down for an hour long foot massage the lady asks me to take my shirt off. I'm not looking for a full body massage I tell her, just a foot massage and she tells me to remove my shirt once again. Um, is this that kind of massage parlor I wonder? If so, I've come to the wrong place. My buddy seems to know the drill so I don't argue. Though I'm thinking what's going on here? As I remove my shirt I'm joking that I should buy the lady dinner first or something but my buddy just ignores my jokes, and just chalked it up to me being a smart ass again. I'm uncomfortable the whole time, as the masseuse only spends 15 minutes on my feet and spends the rest of the time working on my back. I now know the reason for removing the shirt but it still felt weird out in a public room with other shirtless people around. Felt kind of pervy really. I mean usually they can massage over the clothing. I really just wanted a classic foot massage and though I've been to a lot of places, this was the first time I've been asked to remove my clothing for a foot massage. The massage was weak on the feet, but the shoulders and back seemed to be what the masseuse knew best. But once again, that's not what I wanted. I just wanted an honest to goodness foot massage, without the awkwardness thank you very much. read more

100 Benefits is a great place! We have been coming here for about 1.5 years , getting chair massage. Cindy and Yo-yo are great massage therapists and they always work through the knots in my neck and back. We always call ahead to book our appointment-- 8 hours to 24 hours ahead. I like that they wash your feet before they massage the feet. I appreciate there is a cost effective place to get a massage but still have great service. We (my husband and I) always tip $20 for a $40 (90 min) full body chair massage. The therapists work very hard and based on $40 they couldn't be making that much money. Tip well when you go! They are good people. read more

You can't beat the value even with the tip. $40 for 90 minute chair massage is unbelievable and even with a $10-20 tip it's still a steal (eg. 50% plus savings over 50 min massage at most spas not even including tip.) YES you should tip and yes they get grumpy if you don't. You would too if you work your ass off making probably minimum wage. Hints: ask for the gender that works for you, remember the name of person if you like them, and tell them if you like or don't like something (that can't read your mind and probably don't read your review). read more

The good: It's cheap. $19.99 for a foot massage and $39.99 for a full body. My full body massage was just okay, but the foot massage was quite nice. The ambiance isn't shady. It doesn't seem like it's a "rub & tug" place. :) The bad: There's not a lot of privacy here, even though they have some private rooms in the back. You walk in and you are getting massaged in the same room with 10 other people. I didn't feel like taking off my clothes and paying more for a private room. So, I had a difficult time relaxing. It's a bit noisy. Then again, that might not have been the case if I opted for a private room? During the entire massage you hear the mini mall outside, and on top of that you hear other customers coming and going making it difficult to relax. Also the communication isn't the best. The people who run the place seem to have limited English skills. I requested for a focus on my upper body for my neck and shoulders. What did I get? A full body massage with barely anytime on my neck and shoulders. But I did enjoy the foot massage, and would maybe consider going back for that. read more

Me and my fiancé went here for a massage. We heard it was under new management. I was quite impressed. Place has had a complete overhaul. Everything was very clean. Had a couples massage with Lisa and Kevin. We were both extremely satisfied. It was a very pleasant experience the price has went up five dollars Per massage but it was only $60 for one hour which is still cheaper than most massage places. I totally recommend this place and will be going back. read more

I was introduced to this place through a Groupon that I had last year and having had several back surgeries felt so blessed to have found them. Especially since I realized I didn't have to use Groupon to get the $60 hot stone massage that I wanted and needed every month. Previously I had some great massages whereby I had a masseuse that spoke English and she used hot stones on my back and my legs and then essential oils in the oil and then turned me over and worked on my neck and my shoulders and the fronts of my legs and my arms. However this last time I went in, everything seemed to have changed! My friend and I had to book our appointments through the manager because the person who answered the phone earlier in the day didn't even speak English, and didn't understand what we were asking for. It was so frustrating to speak to someone answering the phone that didn't speak English. That's horrible customer service. But then we arrived to our appointments and both of us had massuses that didn't speak English, did not use the essential oils we requested, did not use the hot stones like they did before, and then only turned us over for the massage on the other side two minutes before our time was up! Mine looked at me completely confused when I asked her to massage "my other side" as she looked at the clock. We were not able to see the clock as we were face down facing the opposite direction from the clock so only are massage therapist could see it and did not manage it well. I was so disappointed even though the price is good I feel like they're really skimping and have started to minimize their services because they don't have enough people or good people working for them. The other massage therapist seem to have left. I hope management will see this in respond and make positive changes back to the way it was. read more

The water for foot spa is not warm. The staff probably served me the water used by previous customer. The staff is unprofessional and rude. I have no language barrier with them. I pointed out a spot on my shin with a visible mark and asked the staff to not touch it, but the staff ignored my instruction and kept touching that spot with hand and towel. I should not have paid anything for this kind of service damaging my health. Because I have an appointment later, I tipped $5 for the $25 service. However, the staff even said the tip is not enough and asked for more tips at the end.
