They said no problem, can you come in 30 minutes? We said sure! When we arrived, the two young ladies in the front said they could not do one hour, only 30 min. We said no problem, we will come back in 2 days at 6 PM for a one hour couple's massage. They said it's okay, we can do an hour, please stay. The room was cold, they were coming in and out of the room multiple times, walked in on us undressing, then scolded us for lying between the sheets and kicked us off the table and told us to put towels on. I rated massage 1 out of 5 stars, my partner 2 out of 5 stars. It was a terrible experience. They skipped the hot stones that were advertised. Won't be going back! I'm really disappointed to have to give such a low rating. It's been a year since my last visit,…read moreand while I had some wonderful experiences in the past, today was unfortunately not one of them. I brought my cousin, who's visiting from LA, and she also had a less than satisfactory experience with her masseuse. It seems like my cousin had an older gentleman, who I remember not being the best from my previous visit. He's certainly a nice person, but he could benefit from some additional training in massage techniques. My massage was similarly lacking; my therapist kept rubbing in the same direction on my back and didn't really address any of my knots. In the past, the staff seemed to have a better intuition about where to focus, but today felt quite different. I really hope they can improve their training because I would love to come back--this place is so convenient and the staff is generally very friendly. It's just disappointing to have such a mixed experience.

Went on a weekday afternoon as a walk in and they gladly accepted. No worries. Got Jaisy as my helper and am glad I did, she definitely found my spots that needed a lot of attention. No pun intended. She started with a warm up with a towel while on my back from neck to calves. Then she worked on my upper body like shoulders and upper back with oil and kneaded with firm hands. I was feeling pretty confident and relaxed with her. No rush. For a no frills massage business at 60$ for an hour session, the private and clean room are worth it. The rooms are clean and have no open overhead, which is nice not to hear conversations or distractions. Enso forever. Professional. Clean. Friendly. Quiet and do not ask/ beg for a tip. NEVER AGAIN! Don't come here…read more We came to this location over 3 years ago when we lived in San Jose, we were in the area and wanted to treat ourselves. We walked in and they couldn't take us and asked if we could return in 30 min, mind u she didn't speak English, we only understood because she wrote the time on a piece of paper and she said pay now, so she had us pay up front. Why? That's ridiculous. We returned and my massage start 5 min after my husbands. I walked in the room and there was a beach towel there for me to cover myself, not a sheet, weird. The lady massaging me was texting while massaging me w one hand and whispered she was going to take another customer. Another lady walked in, and finished. The massage was probably the worst I've ever had, no technique and so many inconsistencies. The lady cut my massage by 5 min because she probably didn't know the other lady started late. I left $8 each and debated on even leaving that based on the massage. She demanded I leave more and was so rude. I explained why but she was not understanding. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!

Arrived at 11:40am, and paid for my session. The place was very small but clean and cute as they tried to make it look somewhat pretty. That was nice. One of the female therapists did may payment, and then she led me to my room where I prepared and got on the table, 11:45am. I heard another customer come in, and then he goes into another room. About 11:50am. The manager comes into my room and asks me if I want a male therapist or female therapist. I asked for female therapist. The staff talks around in the hallway but it was quite loud. Another female therapist comes in to ask if I wanted a good massage. I said yes. One of the therapists goes in to the other room with the other customer. About 11:58, someone comes in through the front door, and it's a male therapist to come work on me. I stopped that and started complaining. Eventually, the first female therapist comes back in and does my massage, 12:00pm. The massage was great. She had very nice firm pressure and worked out my muscles all over my back, and spent some good time on my lower back and hips too. Loved the massage, and I hope to be back for her again, Coco.
