Very clean massage store
Lu W.

Very good place to get massage and relax. They Just had remodeling, it's very clean and they do good job at disinfect. I have been there 2 times. Tried 2 different masseurs, they all very professional, made me so relax each time, But the price is very cheap. I will definitely go back again. Also recommended to all my friends.

It's quiet, peaceful and for $20 you get a warm foot bath and an amazing massage.
Cherie S.

The massage I had by Owen was one of the best I've ever had in my life. I am a massage-snob and I'm happy to pay over $100 for a good massage. But I'd rather pay $20 for an excellent massage. If you like strong massages, Owen is your man. He's incredible. The foot massage (more than a foot massage) is performed in a room with about a dozen the red velvet chairs look like something that would be in a 50 Shades of Grey playroom. Christian and Ana would approve. It's quiet, peaceful, and for $20 you get a warm foot bath and an amazing massage that includes attention to the head, arms, shoulders, and legs. Come here to pamper yourself, release stress, and get a massage you won't forget. Tip: wear comfortable loose clothing, and don't come after you've styled your hair. Consider being generous with your tip. These masseurs work hard for their money. If you don't come to 100 Benefits, you can always get a free massage from your spouse. But those are never really "free", right? They always come with an expectation that you feel pressing against your back halfway through the half-assed massage your husband gives you. Pay $20 and get a real massage that is all about you. You deserve it! Bonus: they are happy to take last minute "walk-ins" and they are next door to 24-Hour Fitness.

Never had hives EVER in my life. Broke out into hives half hour after leaving.

There's a cozy library area with unlimited snacks, water, and beverages, which made it easy to relax before and after the service. The women's changing room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need, like hair dryers, vanity stations, hair ties, lotion, Q tips, towels, slippers, and more. Everything felt well maintained and smelled nice. If you need to head out for any dates or event after receiving the service, you can do so easily here. I booked a deep tissue massage, and my masseuse Mila was fantastic, very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. She asked where I wanted to focus and spent most of the time working on my back and shoulders, which I appreciated. The steam shower afterward was a perfect, relaxing bonus. There was a small mix up where my friend's fragrance allergy note got assigned to my therapist instead, and since many of the products used have fragrance, it made it harder for her to fully enjoy the experience. It would be great if they improved how they handle those sensitivities. Overall, I had a great time, relaxing, high end, and a perfect place to unwind, especially if you're going solo.

A few weeks after booking, the spa called asking if I could switch to a Friday. I clearly explained that weekdays don't work with my work schedule and explicitly requested to keep my original Saturday time slot. Fast forward to the Friday before my scheduled massage: at 4:00 PM, I received a call claiming I had missed a 3:00 PM appointment that day and would be charged a cancellation fee. When I explained that my appointment was for Saturday and that this was an error on their end, they completely refused to take responsibility. Despite providing zero written or email confirmation when the booking was made, they blamed me for their administrative mistake and charged my card anyway. Blaming the customer for a clear scheduling error on their own team is pathetic customer service. The management here is terrible, and I would never recommend this spa to anyone.

The spa is small, hidden on the top floor of a shopping center behind a Trader Joe's. The owner was kind and welcoming. I got the 90 minute Combination Thai massage with oils and I highly recommend!! There wasn't a muscle on my body that wasn't worked on. Then the stretching! And the massage while in different positions got to areas I've never had a massage therapist work on before. Diana's touch was warm, practiced, and skilled, without being robotic. We had a few laughs together and she seemed to genuinely enjoy the session with me. Afterwards, there was warm tea waiting for me to sip. All in all, a truly therapeutic experience and one I would highly recommend!

Loveeeee the entire massage, she was sweet and adjusted pressure accordingly and upon ask. I've had every tight area pushed out and my calf muscles (super tight bc I'm a runner), rolled out. My hips feel loose and my shoulders no longer pinch. Overall a 10/10 experience ! I'd definitely come back for sure

It is finally time for me to write a review on this place…read more A bit of background is that I've been dealing with an asthma flareup that has made it difficult for me to walk even a block without getting out of breathe. Before my flare up, I was at the gym regularly with pretty good cardio. A friend of mine suggested I go and try a session with her. I was admittedly pretty wary since I didn't see how sitting in a room of salt would make a difference. I went and after the session, I noticed I could walk and jog without issue. I was even able to get a good gym session in the next day! I've asked my pulmonologist about it and he said that it is indeed a thing and also offered me a corresponding medical treatment. With that and this, my breathing is slowly but sure improving overall rather than just spurts here and there. Avery, the owner, if friendly and knowledgeable about how each of her services work. You can call to book or schedule online. Either way works and it is super easy to do. The chairs are comfortable and you can lounge in them. There are also some yoga mats if you want to use those. You do need to bring clean socks (or you can buy a pair for $2!) to bring to each session. I have also used the individual booth sauna which has a setting to allow you to get salt inhalation too. You can use it as a sauna or, I can't handle heat so, you can have a low heat place to yourself. There is also a community room where you book a spot and you may share the room with others so be respectful! There are other services here too but since I've never used them, I won't give any opinion. Parking is plentiful here too. I definitely recommend this to people with health issues and those that just want to relax. There is a reason why back in the day doctors recommended going to the beach :P They might not have known the science behind the benefits but they knew! I really do recommend this and I do have about it to friends. :)

Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right.
