Kim was horrible there was nobody in there, and I asked for a regular French tip and she couldn't even do that then threatened to take them all off cause I didn't like it , asked her to fix a few crooked nails then she got mad and when I asked her to take them off she aggressively removed my nails . I went in for a mani pedi and she told me after I started my nails she couldn't do my feet because my nails took so long. read more

Do not go to this nail salon! I spent over $100 and was there for 4 1/2 hours while people borrowed bad products and did not focus on their jobs. My nails are so clumpy and uneven and two different colors. I am so frustrated because it is so bad I want my money back! I called today and she basically said that she would call me back she was with a client and then hung up. She then when I called back and said I have caller ID, well you should've said that before you hung up on me. Do not go here there is nothing relaxing about your experience you will leave here disappointed. read more

the services were fine but at the end when I went to pay the two women there gave me two different totals -ranging between $10 to $15 more than what my actual total was. Then they sort of looked at each other and muttered things about how I had "add ons" and "extra for the thing" what? I literally had no add ons, plus get the story straight? so one charged me and I signed, and then the other told her she was $5 under so they talked at me for a few minutes and then ran my card again for $10! i tipped cash (as they stated on their sign we had to) but overall it left a bad taste in my mouth. Based on the menu i overpaid by $15 for no reason, and I hope it was worth having men never come back. read more

One person operation the owner Kim, has a sign advertising nail tech needed!! Kim had two wonderful nail techs Bonnie and Nancy, they both left. Apparently Kim can not keep employees at her establishment, I witnessed her rude behavior, lack of consideration and poor performance to her clients. I am NO LONGER A FAN OF INDIGO NAIL SALON. As of today (4/3/24) the website had not been updated with Pedicure services and higher prices. They have discontinued the Express for $28, and raised the Classic to $35. I was disappointed to be quoted higher price than what I was expecting. The service and results were fine. read more

I regularly come for eyebrow tint and eyelash lift and tint. Kim is so good at it, she's the only person I trust. She also does great SNS dip. It's a one stop shop. You won't be disappointed. I totally recommend! read more

The building itself is clean and they are sanitary with the plastic wrap in the bowls. Overall, they are very slow. We called and made an appointment but when we arrived they weren't ready for us. We came back later as they asked (which wasn't a problem), but when we came back they were still behind. My friend couldn't get the services she wanted because I finished well before her. Her feet soaked for more than an hour. For the prices you pay, it's really not worth it to get a deluxe pedicure. The extra sugar scrub and hot stone massage was done quickly. I could've done without and saved money. I would prefer to get the hot towel wrapped around my feet and the hot-stones used on my feet rather than my lower leg. My feet need the TLC more than anything. Clean place, staff seem friendly.. I just wouldn't go back. Also, if you want to tip... bring some cash because you can't add a gratuity to your bill. read more

I've given this place three chances now; it's close to home and really nice inside but three times later continue to regret trying. It's overpriced which I'm ok with if worth it but today was so bad I asked them not even to bother painting my toes during a pedicure. Pretty sure a used un-sanitized nail clipper was used because after she used on few nails got up to grab another from in the sanitizing machine station. Not normal. Another visit they tried to charge me $10 to remove shellac from finger nails during a manicure. Don't bother paying $28 for terrible pedicure. read more

I was looking for some ways to kill time while the boys were out playing golf so I decided to drop in without an appointment and get a pedicure. There was no wait and the the staff was very friendly. I got the jelly pedicure. It felt great on my feet and was so warm! They also have all new massage spa chairs you can control while you get your nails done. Nina did my nails and they look great. My feet feel great after that foot massage and they exfoliated with a great sugar scrub to get off any dead skin. Between the massage chair, the serine ambiance, and Nina rubbing my feet I almost fell asleep! If I find myself needing a pedicure in Charleston again I'll definitely return here! read more

One of the best nail salons I've been to, they do all the little things really well. Aesthetically very clean, down to the polishes lined up on the walls (organized into shades and well-known brands, they also have a great selection to choose from!) The employees were very warm and soft spoken, so it had more of a spa feel than your regular nail salon. Highly recommend :) read more

I love my nails, the guy did such a good job and really took his time for SNS nails. Although I believe it was the owner who did my eyebrows, she constantly asked to add on so much stuff and do this and that to my eyebrows and I told her all I wanted was a cleanup and told her no, but she kept trying to push me. I understand trying to sell extra stuff but i said no numerous times. Whenever I went to pay, I paid with a card and never keep cash on me. When I was signing my receipt she asked why I didn't have cash for a tip, I told him I'm sorry I don't keep cash. She said next time make sure you bring cash. i went there on my vacation to mt.pleasant and decided to get an acrylic fill, i'm very committed to my nail lady at home, but i've never been so disappointed. after going in for my acrylic nail fill, and after 2 days i had a chip in the gel, which has never happened and i've folded pizza boxes with acrylics. and after 4 days the acrylic chipped off adding to the 80% of gel that was missing. i went in to get it fixed and the lady tried to blame it on me, before getting it lazily repaired, it was very rushed and didn't match the shape of any of my other nails. i'm thoroughly disappointed, and am regretful i didn't stick to my usual nail lady. read more

It's a beautiful nail spa. Everything is clean and new considering it's a new complex. I walked in and asked for a pink and white gel manicure, and even showed a picture of what I wanted. I had three separate conversations about this, which should have tipped me off. Now, I'm already somewhat reserved and have a hard time expressing that I'm not pleased when someone is giving me a service which I'm not 100% happy with. So when she started painting clear polish and giving me a French manicure I didn't speak up, which was my mistake. Not until she asked me if the white line was too thick or was it ok did I say anything. I replied that it was too thick and in turn she got angry, and starting tossing my hand around in her hands. She was already giving me a service I didn't ask for and was costing me money, and was something that I was going to live with for the next two weeks, but for her to give me an attitude was too much.
