After suffering a dramatic chip in my dip at the airport, I started calling around to nail salons in the area of the hotel after we checked in. They didn't have the greatest reviews but nothing specifically against their dip powder service. I called to make an appt and arrived a bit early and was taken immediately. Had a guy that did fine and happy to help me. Started with a pedi that went fine. Nothing exceptional but just fine if wanting a pedi. After the pedi, moved to a table to start the dip. He soaked off my previous set and started the dip service. Immediately, I could tell this was going to be super weak. He didn't reinforce the tips with the base powder and did less dips than my usual place back home which left the dip thin. I had to ask him to even out a couple spots and the cuticles. The most surprising was that he used a clear gel for the top coat and not the dip top coat they are supposed to use. This dip didn't last a week. I can usually get two weeks out of a set. A had 4 chips and one nail completely torn off after snagging on a chip before I could get to my usual place. They were shocked that they used gel for top coat when having trouble with the soak off not working. Staff was friendly. The place seemed clean and well-lit. read more

I'm 5 days out and still no chips on my basic manicure (with just regular Polish, no gel or dip). We got worked into a busy Sunday afternoon and had a great time chatting with a friend during our manicures. Needed my acrylics off, & this place was close to home so I stopped in. I've never had anyone take acrylics off this way but I could be wrong? They left my entire hands soaked in acetone water for 30 minutes at minimum. I didn't realize what it was, cause she just left it there and told me to stick my hands in and soak as they finished another customer up. *I thought it was hot water, until another person walked by and lifted the towel up and I could smell acetone like crazy* So, all week my hands have been peeling and burning and I couldn't figure out why and then I remembered it started after my nails were removed. Not to mention there's still residue left on my nails. If I could give this zero stars, I would. I've never had my whole entire hand submerged in it before, I've always had everyone use foil on my nails. Side note, I do not get acrylics a lot in my life, I got them for my wedding so I wasn't aware this isn't normal for taking them off as I've only had acrylics removed one other time in my life and it was with foil. So if you're new to acrylics and removing just beware. read more

they have a very nice space and it is very pretty inside but I will never come back, I payed $14 for an eyebrow wax which isnt bad, but the main tool the person used to do my eyebrows was one of those little razors. my eyebrows looked bad she cut to much in the front of my eyebrows creating a huge space and then then I still had a bunch of hairs I needed to pluck when I got home. and now my im breaking out around my eyebrow where she used the razor which is very unusual for me. now im thinking how sanitary are these tools? read more

I've never been to a nail salon where they are attentive and take their time on what they're doing until I found this nail salon. I felt welcome and comfortable the whole time. I brought inspiration pictures and they went above and beyond. Everyone there was very nice and christen SLAYED my nails. I am traveling and visiting friends. I thought we would stop in and get mani/pedis at this place because the reviews were so high. Huge disappointment!! I paid double for a deluxe spa pedicure. It was awful! The fastest pedicure I have ever had and the attendant doing my pedicure was really rough with my nails and it was really uncomfortable. I was going to get a gel manicure but after seeing how my pedicure went, I decided to just get a regular French manicure. I gave it two stars because the attendant did a good job on my French manicure. They were supposed to massage my forearms and my hands. They didn't. There was a tv going and two other attendants watching shows on their own phones. Way too noisy. Needless to say, it was not a relaxing experience at all and I would not recommend this place at all. read more

Me and a friend went in for manicure/pedicures and immediately noticed the floor was dirty. My pedicure was going decent we got the 38.00 "better pedicure". The lady who was doing my nails who you can see in the photo literally dropped the salt scrub on the floor and then scooped it off and rubbed it on my legs. I was horrified! The floor was already nasty. The lady was a bit aggressive with her hand motions and could not speak English . My friends pedicure took about 20 min less then mine. My friends manicure no arm massage literally 2 min on her hands at that's it. They had a soap opera on tv and 2 manicurist where also watching shows on there phones with no head phones very loud and not a peaceful Experience. We will not be returning here EVER! read more

Wasn't super busy which is great. Comparing the prices of other nail shops in town and what they do, this one has the lowest pricing and includes so much in their basic pedicure package. 10/10 would definitely come again! read more

The employees are extremely rude. The guy with the dyed hair does not know how to do nails. My nail polish was see through and many spots were missed. When I pointed these things out to him he got upset and walked away refusing to help me further. The manager made excuses for him and sent another employee to finish my nails. They still look horrible. They did not respect me as a customer and didn't care about my satisfaction. I will not be returning and will discourage others from going there. They typically don't rush through even when they're busy they provide quality. One time she rushed through and didn't do the greatest job but I really appreciated that when I pointed out the flaws she apologized and fixed them without hesitation or an attitude! Other places will make all kinds of excuses and have an attitude while here they have no problems correcting their errors in the friendliest atmosphere. Very disappointed. I get gel polish pedi and clear polish mani. Pedi polish is up on the cuticle, during buffing she buffed the cuticle on my big toe which now stings, red and missing skin. When doing mani she trimmed my nails acceptable then proceeded to file them to barely the tips of my fingers. I stated she filed them way too short then she asked a coworker who spoke English if I wanted the other hand to match. Really? You don't think that would look odd having one hand long and the other short? She also nicked my finger when trimming then proceeded to say I came in with that even though it was actively bleeding. I ended the mani without them doing any further damage. I expressed my disappointment but still had to pay full price for a mani that amounted to filing and cuticle cutting. Would suggest going elsewhere- too many places out there to pick from. read more

I'm giving this place two stars because it's clean and the staff is nice. However, the work is a little sloppy and they don't color match the gel for you. The clear coat they used on my feet left air bubbles (which looks horrible) and the gel on my hands was not clean. The tech who did my nails also didn't paint all the way to the edges, so you have a space between the color and cuticle. Not sure if I'll be giving this place another try. read more

I went here in November with my daughter and her friend for my daughter's birthday. I have never seen a salon so clean and sanitized with a lot of the stuff they use being one time use only. They were so nice and so friendly and bantered back-and-forth with the little girls. Everyone was smiling and talking it was a great atmosphere and they were all very professional. I have been to a lot of nail salons in the area and have been disappointed by the lack of sanitation. The work they did was awesome. We will be back. read more
