This was by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I was treated with an attitude instead of the basic courtesy every paying customer deserves. I will never return, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Wow! So happy I found a new nail spot. After not having anything done for a few months due to Covid, I was happy to find a space that made me feel very comfortable. They required masks, had barriers up, were constantly cleaning, kept distancing, etc. My nail technician was wonderful. Her conversation was engaging, she took her time, she was very neat with the polish and was thorough with my manicure and pedicure. She worked magic on my cuticles! I also had my eyebrows waxed. They did them right in the chair I was getting my manicure at. Saved time and was quick. A week later, my nails are still looking amazing. My nails look and feel healthier than they have in a few months and are growing quickly. They have a large selection of polish, both gel and regular. I believe they also have dip selections. The space looks small but I never felt cramped or like I was on top of anyone else. They have so many options for what kind of manicure and pedicure you'd like and add-ons if you only want specific things, like a paraffin wax dip for example. The location was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. I highly recommend this nail salon! read more

I went back to the salon and explained what happened and was told it was my fault. She said everything from water, to heat, to me pulling my own lashes off smh. Save you money and time! read more

I am completely disappointed in the service I received. The tech was recommended by two of my closest friends whom I have seen their nails and the quality of work done by this tech. my nail beds look awful nails aren't polished completely sharpe edges polish on my hands not a clean freshly manicured look I called back to complain and was told by him that he would fix it; his idea of fixing was filing away any issues I had. I told him I wasn't coming back but after speaking with his clients they suggested I give him a chance to fix the issues and it was an epic fail. one and done never a repeat customer at this place read more

Today I chose myself first and needed self-care and to lift my mood and spirit. L.A. Nails was the perfect space for me. I'm not fussy about my nails and just needed them painted because when I try to paint my nails it looks like a two year old painted them. A very nice man painted them for me and they are perfect! Then I tried waxing my eyebrows for the first time. There, I met Jessica. Jessica let me know what to expect. She calmed my nerves and showed me immense kindness. She was very professional and respectful and spoke to me in a soft, gentle way. I felt so much more peaceful and cared for when I left. WHAT A RIP-OFF! (I went there for a gel manicure which was listed for $30.00. I also had cat eyes done which usually cost an extra $2.00. When I got to the register I was presented with a bill for $43.00! When I questioned the charges I was told there was an extra charge of $5.00 for taking off my existing polish ( how would they give me a manicure and not take off the existing polish?), cat eyes were $7.00, not the normal $2.00 I usually pay, they said the polish was more expensive, let's see, if they get 10 manicures out of a bottle of polish that is an extra $50.00, you can't tell me that this special polish is $50.00 more a bottle!!! They also charged $1.00 extra for using a credit card! The manicure was okay, but nothing to write home about! He didn't even put lotion on my arms or massage them. Small placed packed with chairs. They get you in and out pretty quickly, however the service was not that great. Tech had a hard time filing nails evenly and when I tried to correct him he just looked at me like I was crazy. They have a couple of pedicure options for you to select from, the basic is just that, basic. Not a lot of effort when into it. Waxing is done in the middle (literally) of the place which is a little awkward. Not the friendliest bunch either. Not somewhere I'll be going back anytime soon. read more

I went there for a full set an my nails started popping off, I called the Manager to explain the situation an his response was that I can pay to get them repaired, I continued to explain that the nails didn't break they popped off, I've been getting my nails done for years an never had a issue before now. If you want a half done job this is the place to go!!!! They don't stand by or guarantee there services. read more
