I had a french manicure. They were beautiful when I had them done. But half of the polish chipped off on one of my nails. I was on vacation, so I did nothing that might have caused it to chip off. Being out of state, I couldn't get back to the shop to have it fixed. Was very disappointed. read more

More so I'm annoyed and frustrated. My friend and I walked in to get 2 full sets, we showed the EXACT photos we wanted done and they said YES no problem. They said they only take cash and it would be a 30 min wait. so we waited 30 mins, then when we get called we are told they can't do what we wanted. They don't know how to do ombré. Annoyed because why say you can then we wait and now you can't, but cool I will get pink and white COFFIN. I get seated, she starts clipping my nails and cuts me. So thats nice. Adds tips, then acrylic and files. I ask for "more coffin" and she said "THIS IS COFFIN". Cool, obviously she doesn't know what coffin is despite me showing a picture. She files then has me wash my hands and sit in the waiting chairs so she can do someone else. At this point I'm like I don't even a top coat I just wanna leave and go fix my nails somewhere else. 5 mins later she said once this other girl will do top coat and I said no, I'm Good I'll just wait for my friend and leave. like I don't even care I waisted nearly 2 hours and I hate them.. welp, $80 later and this is what they look like read more

What a horrible experience. They were so rude and disrespectful . Poor attitude. So rushed .

My friend and I came in and both showed them a picture of what we wanted. My friend wanted white with silver ombré and I wanted a split color design on 2 fingers with foil (see attached pictures). They assured us they could do it. They said they only accepted cash which was fine. They quoted us for a soak off and new full set. When we sat down, they literally ripped my nails off. One of my nails ripped straight down the middle. It hurt so bad I had to fight back tears. I repeatedly asked for a soak off and was told that they could only do soak off with gel (what?). Then she informed me that she couldn't do the design I showed her a picture of prior to waiting 30 minutes. I asked if she could just do a pink and white ombré. They said they couldn't do ombré. Then I pick a solid color and by this point, I'm just frustrated and upset. We get to the counter and they charged us the original quoted price $65 for one solid color and ripping my nails off for the new set. I handed them 80 and walked out. My nails are on FIRE and they look awful. The shaping is off, some are curved, some tips are slanted. and the worst part is I have to keep these until my ripped off nail heals read more

I had just arrived in town and decided to get a pedi for vacation week. I was greeted warmly and was advised since I didn't have an appointmentn if I I would mind waiting for a little bit. Apparently there was an appointment coming in within 5 minutes. I was very pleased with the upfront honesty and the courtesy of letting me know. I chose to wait and within 15 minutes they were ready for me. So glad I waited as the pedi was thorough and relaxing. It is a small establishment but very clean and organized. Call ahead for appointments, they get very busy! I did make an appointment and still had to wait about 15-20 minutes to be seen because of walk-ins before me. It's a very small salon with only a few nail stations and 2 spa pedicure chairs. They do cash only, no debit cards, so be prepared when you go in. The staff is very friendly and make your visit enjoyable. I was referred by my daughters teacher. The pedicure was nothing out of the norm, just a regular pedicure. read more

Worse experience EVER! Van was my tech on last 4 visits even though I tried to schedule with another tech.She goes at it like she's running a race and digging potatoes - has burned my nails with the drill each time going too fast and hard. I've had enough - not going back. No sense in her being that rough. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience. To make matters even worse, I had a cracked acrylic nail this time showed it to her. Instead of taking it off and replacing it, she just put acrylic over the crack. Now I'm worried there may be water below and I will develop a fungus underneath. Another tech did my nails the first time. She was great - gentle, beautiful quality job. Besides, why does Van charge $16 and the others charge $15 for the same service? Forget it. Why go here and pay to be hurt and probably have my nails damaged. Too many other shops to choose from. read more
