My favorite was the Silken. The tasting room is beautiful and pretty big. They have a ton more seating on the wrap around porch and downstairs on the patio. They also have a short but good menu for food items as well. We got their charcuterie plate, a bowl of their daily soup, and a small salad. Everything was fresh with good flavor and the bread was addicting! Even my wife that doesn't eat bread couldn't put it down. I do wish the soup came out a bit hotter but it was tasty with a nice kick to it. Would definitely come back to Parrish for a tasting next time I'm in town.

Two of us ended up sharing the classic tasting, it came with 5 wines, and we got an extra bonus pour of another wine they had open. The tasting had 1 white and 4 reds when we were in. We were helped by Emily, she was great to chat with and knew a ton about the wine, winery, and Paso. My favorite thing about the tasting was that they had a section on the menu that talked about the 2023 vintage (all but one wine we tried were from 2023) and how it differed from 2022. It was great education and information on why the wine was the way it was that year. We didn't love any of the wines enough to take them home with us, but we did find that the 23's everywhere weren't our favorites, we'll have to come back once they have a new vintage!

On our last visit, we had the pleasure of being served by Tony for the first time. Tony is great with entertaining stories and recommendations for food pairing. Tastings are by appointment, which you can book and schedule online. When you arrive the gate is closed and you buzz in to let them know you're there, so I probably wouldn't try to just walk in. As we approached the tasting room someone met us outside with our first taste of wine, such a nice touch. We sat inside at one of the comfortable couch settings, but they also had bar seating and bigger tables larger groups. You are also able to take your wine outside and explore a little bit, which we did. We noticed other groups with dogs, so they are dog friendly even inside! We were helped by Taylor who led us through the tasting, which was already set up and ready to go at the table when we arrived. Even though the wines were all out, she stopped in as we worked our way through them to talk about them a bit more. Including the welcome pour when we arrive, the tasting menu had 2 whites and 3 reds when we were in. We ended up trying a couple other wines that weren't in the tasting, and ended up getting bottles of the sensibility from the menu and a zin that was and off menu pour. We thought they were a little pricy, but after tasting them actually ended up joining the wine club, they are that good. Second, our hostess Sarah was beyond accommodating and knowledgeable. We showed up as a walk-in (this place was recommended by a friend of mine at the last minute, so we REALLY wanted to check it out and hoping we could get in), and even though they were fully booked for the day and could not accommodate walk ins, Sarah somehow made it work. She very clearly explaining the situation, so we understood, but her service still never dropped below exceptional. At one point one of the owners even stopped by our table to chat briefly about the wines with us. We will definitely be back, and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for fabulous wines, knowledgeable and accommodating staff, and an overall exceptional time.

The grounds are absolutely stunning! They have an enormous industrial barn where the event was held and it is surrounded by rolling green hills and grapevines, as far as the eye can see.
