Medium-hot for both dishes turned out to be the right choice for us. The butter lamb was tender, generous, and beautifully spiced; palak paneer was savory and delicious. One order of garlic naan would have been enough. In fact, we ended up taking leftovers home. We couldn't resist another special they offered: 2 for 1 lassis. My husband got a salty lassi, which was thin and foamy, with a nice hit of salt and cumin. I got the mango lassi, which I loved. It was thick, fruity and just sweet enough.
