Dr Levy is a very funny guy and made the visit fun. Can't imagine why anyone would give less than 4 stars, let alone complain. If you're referred to Dr Levy, believe me you'll be in good hands and not just another Dr visit. In my year of dealing with an injury I gotta say, I've seen many Dr in this journey to recover and Dr Levy is in my Top 3! Office staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

First off, it's almost impossible to get through to anyone in this office when you're calling by…read morephone. If they're on the phone with someone else, it automatically hangs up on you and makes you call again. The first time I tried calling their office, it took 6 tries before I actually got to talk to the receptionist. And let me tell you, she is a character. The receptionist is extremely sarcastic when she talks to you and she cuts you off mid sentence. I've called on two separate occasions and both times have been the same. She may think she's being nice but it's very condescending. According to my husband, Dr. Levy was nice and professional, but wasn't able to help my husband with his health concern and ended up referring him to an out of network rheumatologist (even though we got referred to Dr. Levy through providence), so I had to call back to get the receptionist to fax over the visit notes to a Providence office in order to continue my husband's care. While on the phone with the receptionist, she said "what am I doing with this" and I responded "the visit notes need to be faxed" and she said "I'm not talking to you". So while she's on the phone with me, she's having a side conversation with someone else? I hope she faxed over what I needed so I don't have to attempt to call this office again.

I'm young and stumbled across some growing thyroid nodules that my drs and I have been monitoring for years- it's been such a hassle to find a good endocrine dr.... my last one told me to leave and he couldn't help me. My mom just had her thyroid removed so I really felt the need to monitor mine. After my last Ultrasound I was in a panic thinking the worst.....I called so many and finally stumbled across dr Olsen- they were able to get me in way sooner than thought. Him and his nurse were ON it.... he literally showed up with my records I sent them the day before and had notes on everything. He sat down with me and ACTUALLY listened, was not rushed at all and took his time to answer my huge list of questions, reassure me on the workings of a thyroid and even took me to a mirror and showed me what he saw.... for peace of mind he had me get an fna- Who was done by another incredible referral. Litrally a day after the fna he called me early in the morning and his first words were Lauren, good news..... thank you- finally someone who knows people panic... Dr wouldn't listen to our problems, and then doctor walked out the door and never came back. We have issues that needed his attention!!!!!! My husband's memory is gone and he can't hear in his right ear and all the doctor said "you have wax in your ear" Then he said "we shouldn't take the wax out because then he'll need a hearing aid". WTF.! My husband has dementia and the doctor wouldn't listen to us! he also is a cancer survivor and they never asked any questions relating to his colon cancer. Then they said they're gonna take blood, but they did not tell us when we would get the results. The whole purpose of this particular appointment was to a get A. Get a physical B. Get the results of the CT scan C. Address the constant urination problem, He walked out the door before we could finish any of these issues and never came back. I need to have two doctors signature in order to use my long-term care for my husband, but this doctor just walked out the door and didn't do anything about it‍ my husband is 76 and they never asked him any questions. It's a higher level of service and attention that the fee covers. This is not a high volume, rushed medical practice. It's truly run like a small practice, where everyone treats you like family. He is very competent. Do not mistake happy talk and smiling faces as a sign of effective health care. He works very hard to make his patients feel comfortable and knows a lot more than he puts on. He's very smart, even for a doctor. And, he's not the slightest bit arrogant and full of himself. If you can accommodate the concierge fee, he's the obvious choice. Get starting right away. He's getting up there in age. Yon don't want to miss out after he retires.

Each time, my messages were left unanswered - no doctor to respond to my inquiries. I ended up going to Urgent Care for assistance to address the excruitating pain. When I finally was able to speak to someone, it was the front desk who provided me some advise (same that was on my handout - she was not a medical professional, so I didn't have any help in that conversation). I provided the feedback to Dr. ElKhoury- Front desk staff unprofessional, no follow-up at a very vulnerable time in the process and unfortunate. They never mentioned a fee if you miss appointment which is odd because I was told a follow up to see if the spray was working or not which doesn't seem like I was taking space for anyone else walking in. No voicemail was left. I am a medi-cal patient. $50 is a lot for me to pay all for a "missed appointment" that I was not informed about. I was told to send a letter stating what I am stating here and got no response. Just a recurring reminder in the mail. Will not recommend this place.
