I have been using this service for over 2 years now but will no longer use them anymore! We scheduled an appointment for my dogs grooming and after waiting all day, they canceled my appointment due to Deborah having a "flat tire", I said ok no problem let's reschedule. We scheduled another appointment for the following day, only to be told that Deborah was stuck with a feisty dog and couldn't make it. At this point there were clearly lying. They offered me a $10 discount for my next appointment however I wouldn't be scheduled for another week. Overall a very unprofessional experience and I will never be booking with them again. read more

I hired this groomer to groom my long-hair cat. The groomer who was sent obviously had no experience grooming cats. My cat repeatedly left the room before she started. Then she began and couldn't continue because she said her equipment wasn't working. She called a second groomer to come and assist. I asked for a trim and de-shedding treatment and they shaved my cat. Like a dog. He is terribly uneven and looks awful but the worst part is is that he is totally traumatized. He is not the same cat he was. He is nervous and jumpy and doesn't want to be held. These groomers traumatized my cat and he looks terrible. I have a 2,5 years old long hair persian who is super shy and hates being grommed...he gets matted every couple of months specially on his stomach and between legs because that's the areas no way I can brush well, all his grooming appointments were always so stressful on the top of it almost after every each appointment once I could finnaly pet him I found 1or 2 pretty big mats grommer missed but I was always told he has "so much such a tricky hair..." I had one lady who was coming to groom him for over a year she was really great and patient with him but even she, after her last 2 appointments I found some mats...I don't like the look of lion cut and always thought giving him lion cut would be too stressful for him but also I always ask grommers for suggestions, no grommer never suggested lion cut because it's stressful for a cat and obviously would be for mine since all the grommers had hard time shaving only a few mats on his belly, the grommer who came a few months ago couldn't even shave mats, she could bearly manage brushing him and trimming nails...When someone recommended me Deborah and I contacted her my cat was a mess, after all my experience I didn't expect to find someone who can actually manage grooming my cat and just wanted to remove those mats so told Deborah to please just start with mats,please just shave mats probably he will lose his patience after you shave a few mats so just mats I don't care if you brush him, trim his nails nobody never could do that much during appointment and I just want those mats out...Deborah to my surprise showed up with assistant (and I think that's a great idea!) she asked me if after shaving mats my cat doesn't fight I would want her to shave more I said yes thinking good luck with that ... girls did amazing job I was surprised that my cat didn't start loosing his patient till basically when grooming was done, everything went so smoothly...he got a lion cut, as much as I don't like the look it looks like he loves his cut! he has been always so playful but after the cut he has been acting like when he was just a kitten,he plays like crazy, he seems so much happier... I was always against lion cut because didn't want to stress him by shaving so much but Deborah made things so easy. I was a bit scared if cut is not too short but it's just perfect and he just loves it...usually when grommer leaves he goes into hiding, hides behind bed for a bit, I was so surprised he came out as soon as Deborah closed the door behind her and went straight to the bathroom where he was grommed to check things out. I used Inda House Grooming to get my cats nails trimmed and to apply claw caps. I had a great experience with the company! They responded to my call right away, and I was also able to text them in order to schedule and discuss details of the appointment. This made it very convenient for me to communicate with them. They texted me the day before to confirm my 5:30 appointment, and then the groomer texted me at 5pm on the day of the appointment to let me know he was running about 10 minutes late and should arrive at 5:40 instead. I didn't mind him running late and appreciated the heads up on updated arrival time. I love that they came to my apartment to trim my cats nails, as to not add additional traveling stress on my cat, as well as everyone from the company was super nice and friendly. I definitely plan on using them in the future and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience! read more

I was truly surprised about the lack of professionalism from this company. InDa House Grooming neglected to follow through with their appointments. I requested two of them and received days that they would be available. They requested my address and phone number but never followed up. I became a bit worried since I hadn't heard from them and initiated contacting them. Via text, Instagram, and Thumbtack, I thought I was ghosted, until I received a reply on thumbtack stating that they called me several times, they actually didn't checked my phone calls and text. Total lack of professionalism. The groomers were an hour late. Never wore masks or gloves. And the worst part is giving my cat a shave when I asked for a sanitary trim only. Asked in advance for a full package, and they told me they forgot the ear solution, and other tools for the haircut. The brushes were extremely dirty with hair from other cats. Awful experience. Had a similar bad experience. Not with the groomer but, the owner of this company, Aurora. My dog was groomed over 8 weeks ago. At that time, I made a second appointment for last week with the groomer that groomed my dog. A day before the scheduled appointment, the owner messaged me to ask if I could change the appointment to another d ay and time. I told her that I couldn't, and she said OK. At 1130AM the morning of the appointment which was scheduled for 4, she texted me to tell me that the groomer had a flat and couldn't make it. Really?? For a 4PM appt? She then asked me to schedule for the next day. I reluctantly said OK. 10 minutes after the groomer was supposed to be at my home, I called to ask if she would be coming, and was told that a different groomer was on the way. I made an appointment with the same groomer, and that was unacceptable! I asked why the change and was told that there was a computer issue, and she didn't know who my groomer was. So, why not call and ask me? She did not have an answer but, offered me a 10% discount next time. Well, there will be no next time if that is the way that she runs this company!
