This place can make anyone excited about cycling. The energy is amazing. Carmen was my instructor and she kept the class interesting, all while encouraging everyone to try their absolute hardest. The room was dark, with some glow-in-the-dark lights and a fun P!NK-music-video-themed class (there was a P!NK concert in Indy the following day). I loved having a distraction while I cycled and we even played some fun games during the class, for example: "stand up while pedaling if you've been to a concert in the past month, gone to this restaurant, went to this school, etc." While you do stay on a stationary bike the entire class, there were weights and arm workouts involved. We each had to handheld dumbbells and also a weighted rod that we used towards the end of class. Everyone also receives a towel to wipe the sweat away (and everyone was super sweaty). The facility is nice, modern, and energized, as are all the staff. They have a current Yelp trial deal ($10 for a weekday, evening class) and it is totally worth it! read more

Absolutely the BEST place to get your workout in!! It will be so fun, you'll forget you're working out!! The spin classes are absolutely amazing and taught by the "best of the best" instructors!! Super fun to sing, dance along (from the seat on the bike) and even lift weights and use a body bar!! All from the comfort of your bike seat while riding!! The Strength Studio is equally awesome!! TRX, barre, stretching, etc!! I also love it because it's not in a dark place! Both InCycle and the strength studio are surrounded by windows!! It's lovely!! Try it!! You'll love it!! read more

I used class pass for this session. I was here for Sunday 4pm workout. There were 5 of us plus the instructor if you are looking for a class that's not busy. When I walked in, I was greeted by a nice old lady. She helped me check in, which takes 5 mins and since I was already late for class, I walked in and just started. The class room itself is tight, filled with at least 20-30 bikes. This class also includes weights and resistance band to work your arms. I liked this concept. The music was good and it had the beats that went with the workout and it also incorporated countdowns. The instructor was great and in a great shape. The front desk lady was nice and she didn't really push me to sell the sessions. Which was good. I would probably be back. My legs are still sore. read more

InCycle (formally known as SpinCycle) hooked me from the start. You know that feeling when you've had an extremely tough/wonderful/muscle aching/heart pumping workout? Well, you'll find that feeling here -- which is the best part. I was introduced to spin cycling a few years ago but I didn't end up continuing with it. But thanks to a Yelp Fit Club event a few weeks ago, I have found that I love this workout. Let's talk about the motivational instructors -- they rock. When I'm on the bike there are moments when I think I'm going to die (not really, but close) and it's as if the instructor senses our extreme pain. Right on cue the class gets another boost of cheering and support from the leader up front. And thank heavens for the music! The loud tunes pumping through your ears really gets you amped up. I'm currently in the "new member 2 week introductory period" that cost me $35. For that price I've been able to attend as many classes as I want in a two week period. Believe me - I am going to be incredibly bummed when the two weeks end. I'm already pondering how to budget in these spin classes and make it a regular thing for me. You see? That's how much I like it! I've never been one to enjoy lifting weights, but even with these classes I get a bit of the weight lifting and I'm actually enjoying it. Another bonus - they'll occasionally have themed spin classes. I attended a Michael Jackson one a few days ago and it was a-mazing. They really know how to make healthy living + exercising worth your time. This whole experience has opened a door for a few friends and me to hang out WHILE doing something healthy -- which is fantastic. Can't say enough good things. read more

Song 4 - My life is going to suck tomorrow. Song 5 - 120 rpms!? 50 seconds!? Bathroom break anyone? Song 6 - Weights, bars, speed peddling, more bar, and weights. Can't. Feel. My. Body. What a way to kick off 2016! The first Yelp Fit Club event of the year was a slam dunk. The 45 minute glow ride flew by! The instructor's energy was infectious, and I loved looking around at all the bright colors and glowing accessories (which I thought was an awesome touch for the facility to provide to make it even more fun). InCycle also had other themed rides (Michael Jackson music- yes please!) as well as options to book for birthday, bachelorette parties, etc. I would definitely go back for another ride or consider a booking for a girls night out! read more

I also like that they have a huge screen to play music videos on to distract you from the intense workout! Definitely helps!! Each class pushed my limits and I leave feeling accomplished every time! This place is the bomb! Their spin classes are ass-kicking fun, and they have this Ride & Restore class that is 30 minutes of spinning followed by 30 minutes of yoga. Love. It. Awesome spin studio. Dropped during my stay in the area on way to Niagra Falls. The manager and owner were very inviting and welcoming. The class was challenging and fun. I took the 9:45 combo class with pedal and then off the bike exercise, it was great!! The instructor was fun and gave very good instruction through out the ride. read more

The instructors are always full of energy and are willing to help you out if you need any assistance with your bike or if you accidentally drop a weight on the floor. They make cycling fun! Even at 5:45AM!! There are always some sort of theme or video rides going on so you don't get bored! Riding a bike and lifting weights at the same time is a struggle at first, but the instructors allow you to go at your own pace. Talk about energy! If you didn't bring yours, the InCycle instructors have plenty to give... and it's contagious! My first ride was a glow-in-the-dark ride, which was awesome. How could you not have fun sweating under black lights. The music videos added a whole new twist to cycling - I don't think I've watched a music video since I was 15 hanging out at Heather B's house after school. The best part: no one knew if I was singing along... because they were, too. I worked my tail off and smiled and laughed the whole time. Can't wait to go back! read more

My first time at InCycle happened because of a Yelp event held there, and i don't think it will be my last. It is unlike a normal spin class because of the full-body workout experience they provide. Not only are you working your butt off trying to keep your bike's RPMs above the level the instructor is telling you to be at, but you are doing several different exercises at the same time with dumbbells and other equipment. It took some concentration to keep everything moving at once. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff. It's nice that they have a yoga studio in the same building. You could go for a cool down yoga class right after the workout if that was something you were into. Everything in the facility seemed to be very well stocked. The bathrooms were nice. I didn't try the showers. I only had a couple small gripes. The space was a little small in the lobby area, likely that was just a combination of Yelp being there and 2 classes getting down while the next classes were waiting. And my other gripe was just some of the music selections. Not my taste exactly for working out, but hey, I guess if I want to have different music I can workout myself or become an instructor. Like I said, only very small gripes. My favorite thing that was different from other spin classes I have participated in were the music videos playing the entire workout. I've never been cycling before and thought I'd give this place a try. You can't go wrong for first time riders @ $35 unlimited for two weeks! The instructors kicked my butt! Sara was the instructor for my first cycle class and she was so nice and informative. She showed me how to adjust the seat, different hand positions, etc. If you're interested in attending a 8am Saturday class, I highly recommend you sign up at least 3 days in advance to guarantee a spot. They fill up fast! Cathy is the instructor for the Saturday 8am class and she is so motivating and really pushes you to try your hardest. I am not going to lie, this place is salty! But I have had a hard time finding a place that compares in quality. The studio seems to always be offering new classes with a twist. My favorites are the video rides with music videos playing and I recently attended a glow in the dark video ride. Very cool. They have quite a few teachers and they are all great and have different teaching styles. Everyone is always so friendly and although they push you I never feel judged. This is definatly an exercise splurge but I enjoy every minuite of it! read more

There is also a ton of variety in class style - love the new 30/30 class with 30 minutes of cycling and 30 minutes of circuit strength work including the use of TRX bands.
