My favorite class is Saturday morning! It is an intense, challenging, body changing exercise! I love it!

The best most addictive workout around! I've been a member of Orangetheory for 3 years and probably…read morespent at least 1/3 of my time taking classes at this location. Its got great coaches & staff and is super easy to book classes using the app. What to expect - If you've never taken a class at any studio before, let me break it down for you. Each class has 3 parts. A treadmill portion, a rowing portion and a free weights portion. The coaches guide you through what you should be doing on the treadmills, and rowers and demo all the weights for you to go at your own speed on the floor. Once you get into it, you will understand the buzzwords of Base, Push and All Out on the treads so you know how fast to go as a jogger/runner or what incline to hit as a power walker. Rowing is about strokes per minute and wattage (60% legs, 20% arms, 20% core). You'll have a warm up, and hard workout and a cool down all in an hour. Hot Topic - COVID. This place uses a temp check at the door, and gives you hand sanitizer upon walking in. Masks are required, just not while you're at your set station exerting yourself during the workout (but anytime you move from your station). You wipe down the equipment you use after use (can even do it before too) and the entire studio is fogged/sanitized in between classes. I feel more safe here than at the grocery store. If you're feeling overwhelmed, don't! Everyone is SO nice and happy to help with your form, help you find what pace is best for you and encouraging. Its definitely not easy, but its doable. I ran marathons prior to joining orangetheory and I'm pretty sure I went a threw up after my first class LOL but I'm still here 3 years later!

What else would you want as you're working out?! These workouts are hard, but the supportive environment and motivating coaches will help you achieve your goals and get the most out of your workout. I had a membership here for a few months - my membership was for 8 classes a month - roughly 2 classes a week. I paid about $90 a month, making each class about $11. I loved my workouts here, and would highly recommend it to anyone. The only reason I cancelled was because I didn't want to spend so much money.
