Yay for visiting new studios! I finally visited this location for a class on Sunday and I…read moreabsolutely loved it. I got the friendliest and fun reminder texts the day before that got me excited for the workout. The staff were all so welcoming and kind and the coach I had was great, too. The location and equipment is really nice and new. Overall, I loved it and I'll be back for more classes at Broad Ripple!

The best most addictive workout around! I've been a member of Orangetheory for 3 years and probably…read morespent at least 1/3 of my time taking classes at this location. Its got great coaches & staff and is super easy to book classes using the app. What to expect - If you've never taken a class at any studio before, let me break it down for you. Each class has 3 parts. A treadmill portion, a rowing portion and a free weights portion. The coaches guide you through what you should be doing on the treadmills, and rowers and demo all the weights for you to go at your own speed on the floor. Once you get into it, you will understand the buzzwords of Base, Push and All Out on the treads so you know how fast to go as a jogger/runner or what incline to hit as a power walker. Rowing is about strokes per minute and wattage (60% legs, 20% arms, 20% core). You'll have a warm up, and hard workout and a cool down all in an hour. Hot Topic - COVID. This place uses a temp check at the door, and gives you hand sanitizer upon walking in. Masks are required, just not while you're at your set station exerting yourself during the workout (but anytime you move from your station). You wipe down the equipment you use after use (can even do it before too) and the entire studio is fogged/sanitized in between classes. I feel more safe here than at the grocery store. If you're feeling overwhelmed, don't! Everyone is SO nice and happy to help with your form, help you find what pace is best for you and encouraging. Its definitely not easy, but its doable. I ran marathons prior to joining orangetheory and I'm pretty sure I went a threw up after my first class LOL but I'm still here 3 years later!

I don't write many Yelp reviews, but Mark Morgan & his team at F3 have earned every word of this…read moreone. I've worked with Mark Morgan for several years now, and he is, without question, the best trainer I've ever worked with. His knowledge of fitness, strength training, mobility, and overall health is incredible, but what really sets him apart is after all these years, he continues to challenge me, and somehow keeps me engaged even on the days I'm not feeling it. As a former college athlete, I've become noticeably stronger, my overall fitness has improved, and I can do things today that I couldn't do when I started. When I've had physical concerns (including a fun year with frozen shoulder) I relied so heavily on the expertise and experience of Dr. Jon Francis - who is absolutely incredible... and also a phenomenal trainer himself! But the biggest transformation hasn't been physical. The greatest gift F3 has given me has been my mental health. Life is busy, stressful, and demanding, and that hour has become something I genuinely need. No matter how I walk through the door--stressed, exhausted, overwhelmed, or distracted--I always leave feeling happier, more energized, and in a better headspace than when I arrived. The entire team at F3 is so welcoming & encouraging. I've made genuine friends in some of the trainers and others who work out there. I've seen great athletes improve, and I've seen people regain their lives there. It is a space for everyone, completely free of judgment. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you've been training for years, Mark meets you where you are and pushes you to become the best version of yourself. If you're looking for a gym that genuinely cares about you as a whole person, I cannot recommend F3 and Mark Morgan highly enough.

All the classes are fresh, challenging and fun. I have met a lot of nice people and formed friendships as a result. I look forward to going there all the time. With the New year approaching and goals set, look at F3 as a possibility. The team of trainers and staff will work with you and for you so your fitness goals and health will improve. Thanks Mark and Kelli for investing in F3 and making it a great place. A A

First off it's 24 hrs, which is awesome if you have a wonky work schedule or don't want to feel pressured to go to a packed class at 5:30pm. The space is great and the equipment is all up to date and clean. I also find there is a great balance between a group setting and working out alone since there are coach led classes and virtual in studio classes. You can show up to a class, become a regular, and make friends or you can go at less popular times like 8pm on a Saturday night in July and workout with just a few people. Very welcoming and it seems to hit all workout levels. The heart rate monitors are also able to connect to separate app and I use mine with my peloton. Definitely recommend going to at least a few classes! It usually only takes one though.

The workouts are challenging, and they rotate through Cardio, Agility and Strength and each week levels up. You workout while wearing a heart rate monitor and can see your heart rate on the screens. The cardio is done on bikes and rowers, and the resistance workout is split into traditional and functional. The traditional side has their version of dumbbells - nubells, and the functional side has racks with sandbags, TRX, and there's always some great challenging bodyweight movements mixed in there. A secret bonus of Eat the Frog...they have classes ALL THE TIME 24/7 ... so yeah everyone wants to go with the encouraging helpful instructors, but what if you're free at 2pm or 9pm or 4am...you can go! All members get a key fob and the virtual workouts play on the screen all day long! Each day includes virtual workouts for all types Cardio, Agility and Strength so you can snag whichever workout you want every day! There are always other challenges, programs and incentives going on. Plus, Marla really does a great job at creating a community. This gym looks similar to other corporate small group fitness places, but she gets to know her clients, reminds them of programs, and also benefits of the gym/program that might go unused! Pricing is competitive with other similar gyms, but I have tried a few others and I feel like I'm getting more value for my money here! They have a body scan scale you can get a membership that includes or buy a la carte to get a more accurate muscle, fat, water % with your weigh ins.

They have been welcoming and kind as I learn proper form. I started typing out staff members' names but, honestly, they have all been fantastic! Myriad has multiple membership levels; mine is the Bootcamp + yoga plan. I'm still working back into fitness routines, but I've seen a lot of progress in this short time. So who knows, maybe CrossFit classes will start down the road as I build. My biggest surprise in joining this gym, though, was the yoga classes. This has been huge as I need to stretch out, but honestly, the warm yoga is probably the highest calorie burn I've seen in an hour's time. Oh and if you're looking for a gym, now is the perfect time to join as they prepare to open up their new space in the Stutz Building.

The group setting. It's so much more motivating (for me at least) to work out with a group with others pushing you. NapTown has so much more to offer than group fitness, too - yoga, nutrition, community events, workshops, etc. They've taken so many steps to help mitigate the pandemic, including virtual class options and designated workout space clearly marked out on the floor. They've been so communicative through the entire ordeal. Between the members-only Facebook page and weekly newsletter, I always feel informed about happenings and updates at the gym. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a fitness community to call home!

Anyway, have you ever noticed that FREE 6 weeks challenge advertisement in social media? Well, it's NOT FREE!!!  Nothing in life is free, you know that, right?! (being sarcastic here) What to expect with boot camp classes, especially with Fit Body Boot Camp....most classes are only 30 minutes.  Saaaay Whaaat?! Easy, huh.  NOPE, not at all.   The trainers are amazing and are very knowlegeable, so expect to do interval training, e.g. weights, high intensity, tabata, trx, ropes, etc......you name it.  You willl be huffing and puffing out of class, every single time. I started with a groupon deal over the summer, then the owner offered us to join the 6 weeks challeng program.  It's FREE only if you join the one year membership.  With some time to ponder over the commitment.  Yes - you can say no and walk away, buuuuut we decided to join..and you know why?!  This place is the bomb.  If you enjoy group training, workout with your gals and awesome music.............this place is for you.  There's so much more they offer here.  I love my Fit Body Boot Camp FAMILY! The reason why I joined was me, I want to be healthier .....yes, it's costly, BUT that doctor's visit in the near future will cost me a whole more.  I completed the 6 weeks challenge and I lost 8 pounds!  That's the most weight I've lost in years.  I have so much more energy and my body feels better. NOTE:  Please DO NOT sign any contract if you are not ready for a life change.  Ask for a free trial if you're unsure.  To be honest, gym memberhsip costs the same everywhere else especially if you want to see results.

' Their board of people who have lost 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, etc pounds is amazing and TRUE! If you are ready to make a real change in your life, NGPT is the place to begin the journey!

I began taking classes here to get off campus and get some exercise in (graduate school hasn't been so kind to my previous active lifestyle). After coming here I ended up finding community outside of graduate school that was health conscious and motivated. I lost a few pounds, and gained some serious strength. I'm not going to lie; getting motivated to hit the gym at the end of a stressful day is hard, but knowing that I've got a supportive crew waiting for me at the gym certainly helps. BONUSES: 1) Online scheduling: Helps keep class sizes under check and ensures that I hit the gym when I say I will. 2) Cool people: I was afraid I'd run into the classic 'jock' types but this is far from the case. The people who come here are personable and fun to be around. 3) Inspiration: So many people have lost weight and have managed to keep it off. If they can do it; I can keep a healthy lifestyle too! 4) TRX: Seriously the coolest workout thing ever. 5) Functional training: Since working out here I've noticed my day-to-day activity/energy has improved immensely; something I haven't been able to recreate from traditional gym workouts. DOWNSIDES: 1) Music: I get tired of listening to the same music at EVERY workout. In class you are guaranteed to be listening to repeat playlists of either classic rock, funk, random 80's beats, or uber hyped up pop music. It is tolerable the first 10 classes... then it gets old. Perhaps they could sync Spotify/Grooveshark/Pandora or something to vary it up a bit. 2) Equipment: The mats used for classes are old and beat up, but this isn't such a big deal if you bring your own. 3) Wish there were more late night classes (lately they've been getting better about changing the schedule up and adding in new ones) If you are looking to become more active, shed a few pounds, find some cool friends, or need an outlet to stay sane this place is the jam!
