I wish I could take this gym and the coaches to Colorado with me! I'm truly sad to be leaving. I happened upon this gym while I was working in Beech Grove. They offered 24/7 access to the facility, by way of going through the Anytime Fitness that is located next door to them. This was key for me because my schedule didn't line up with their class schedule, but I could go and do the posted workouts at anytime! Even better, there was always a coach available that I could get clarification for movements that I wasn't familiar with. They program for crossfit, AFL (Advanced Fat Loss), Strength, and Physique training! I loved the different workout options and their program is definitely a challenge, but like any program, it's adjustable. I think this helps to maintain a positive, non-judgmental atmosphere because you're all there for a similar reason but you're probably all participating in different programs. They have an incredible staff of coaches. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and they truly know their movements. Noah, Anthony, and Jesse were super helpful and friendly with their feedback. These guys won't steer you wrong, regardless of the programming you participate in. The facility is clean and well maintained. If you need help with nutrition, they work with a Registered Dietitian who can help and they work with a meal prep and delivery service. Y'all, this place makes getting in shape a breeze. They have every service you need. Moreover, all of the staff and members that I came in contact with, were fantastic people. If you want to get fit they have every thing from yoga to crossfit to powerlifting. They have great instructors for Olympic lifting and great equipment. Squat Racks, climbing ropes and to much stuff for me to remember Their knowledgable instructors will help you to get to a fitness level you never thought possible ! One of the best gyms I've ever trained at. The gym has anytime fitness on one side and resultz1 attached. The resultz side has any piece of equipment you could need, and there are open gym hours which is awesome. The staff are all really cool, very accomodating and helpful. I love this place! I started coming here about 6 years ago when I wanted to improve my fitness. I was in my early 50s and not athletic. I started personal training with Valerie. She showed me proper technique and made me want to come back. When she relocated I started training with Wendy 2 -3 times per week. Our workouts were based in CrossFit and were challenging and fun. I saw results in my strength and my muscle tone. Recently I joined the advanced fat loss class run by Noah. I'm impressed that he can take a diverse group in both age and level of fitness and create a class that is challenging but doable for all. He coaches the proper technique and encourages you throughout. I found myself looking forward to the sweat which is not typically my attitude. I always feel energized after a session. The fellow classmates are also very welcoming and encouraging, I can't say enough good things. Jesse and Erica put a lot of effort into their business and it shows. Everyone there is anxious to help you make your goals become reality. I am moving out of state but now I know what I want in a gym, thanks so much Jesse, Erica, Wendy, and Noah! read more
