This was key for me because my schedule didn't line up with their class schedule, but I could go and do the posted workouts at anytime! Even better, there was always a coach available that I could get clarification for movements that I wasn't familiar with. They program for crossfit, AFL (Advanced Fat Loss), Strength, and Physique training! I loved the different workout options and their program is definitely a challenge, but like any program, it's adjustable. I think this helps to maintain a positive, non-judgmental atmosphere because you're all there for a similar reason but you're probably all participating in different programs. They have an incredible staff of coaches. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and they truly know their movements. Noah, Anthony, and Jesse were super helpful and friendly with their feedback. These guys won't steer you wrong, regardless of the programming you participate in. The facility is clean and well maintained. If you need help with nutrition, they work with a Registered Dietitian who can help and they work with a meal prep and delivery service. Y'all, this place makes getting in shape a breeze. As I runner, I have always struggled to do consistent strength training. In the past I would go to…read morethe gym for a few days or maybe a week, then my body was so sore I wasn't able to do my run workouts, so I would give up. This cycle has repeated countless times until I discovered F45. I started F45 training in November 2023 and have completed nearly 150 classes. I started going to the strength classes (Tues, Thurs, Sun) and now pick-up a cardio class or two during the week. I love the structure of F45. The exercises are varied enough that it is never boring, but the class is already designed for you and you just have to do the sets and move on without having to think too much. The coaches are great! They are helpful to correct your form and offer suggestions of modifications that will allow you to accommodate any weakness, injury, or limitations. In the past, I found workout classes to be intimidating, and I was worried about not being able to do the exercise. The trainers at F45 make everyone feel welcome and like you belong. Aside from the physical improvements in strength, body composition, and running speed/endurance that I have gained from F45. I am so thankful for the supportive community. I have made several friends and enjoy seeing people in class and having the accountability to continue to show-up. F45 offers unlimited members, limited members, and class passes. I started with class pass but then committed to the unlimited membership once I used my class passes. There's a variety of class based times and the workouts change daily. f45 does a fantastic job of meeting everyone where they are and pushing them to be there best. They want you to learn proper form and correct technique so you don't get hurt doing something you don't know how to do; or get hurt doing something you thought you knew how to do. And guess what, I found out there is a lot I thought I knew but my form was off. Definitely explains those days of "oh my shoulder hurts" or "won't do that move again". We only know as much as we are taught, right? These coaches are awesome! There is so much offered here: multiple classes throughout the day, open gym, partner WODs, OnRamp (beginners training), and personal training. Not only does this gym support its members in their health and fitness goals but they are a huge supporter of the community. They do community events to raise money for our city! How cool is that??
