The guys at Inca did a wonderful job installing our granite countertops. They were professional, polite and skilled. We could not be happier with our new office!

Javier did a great job for us in a complete remodel. He and his crew installed 3 bathroom counter tops, kitchen counter top and he created a bar for us as well! He also tiled 3- bathroom floors, back splash's, kitchen floor, backslash and tiled the wall around the fireplace as well as a hearth! They did a great job and he was helpful/ patient picking out colors with me. I will use his services again! Thank you Javier!

My wife and I went to probably a dozen different marble and stone showrooms before going to TEZ in…read moreBurlingame. TEZ was the last place we went because they had an amazing assortment of natural stone, and their staff was really terrific. Johnathan was our representative and he handled everything in an outstanding manner, he never made us feel like we were asking too many questions or that we were being a bother. His responsiveness to phone calls and texts were timely and professional. We came in a few times to match tile and trim pieces to our quartzite slabs, and he never thought twice about pulling our slabs out so we could see them all lined up. We were so impressed that we purchased all of our slabs here, as well as our floor tile and trim pieces. They held everything there for several weeks until our fabricator was ready to pick them up. I'd recommend TEZ to anyone looking for stone without hesitation.

I would strongly advise any homeowner or contractor to take their business elsewhere. My experience…read morewith Tez Marble has been a months-long nightmare of incompetence, turnover, and blatant theft of $8,500. The issues began in July 2025 when I requested a quote from a saleswoman, Beyza, for 5-7 slabs and 2,000 sq. ft. of hardwood. It took her over a month to simply respond to an inquiry, causing them to lose the flooring portion of my business immediately. Against my better judgment, I moved forward with the slab purchase through a different salesman, Julio. We purchased 5 slabs, yet Julio accidentally charged us for 7, an overcharge of roughly $8,500. What followed was a masterclass in poor customer service: The Refund Delay: Julio dragged his feet for two months on the refund, only for us to find out he no longer worked at the company. Management Failure: I escalated the issue to Sam, the manager. He promised to process the refund immediately. Sam also made additional promises of delivering the slab the following day, but failed to do so. The Current Status: It is now February 2026--seven months after the initial contact and months after the overcharge--and we still have not received our money. Tez Marble has stopped responding and has made no effort to call or explain why they are still holding onto $8,500 of our money. They have been completely radio-silent while essentially "stealing" from a customer. Beautiful stone is not worth the risk of losing thousands of dollars to a company that clearly lacks the internal infrastructure or integrity to handle basic financial transactions. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

I've bought almost all the tile for my bathrooms and fireplaces here…read more The second time we ordered at 6pm for store pick up on a Saturday but decided to go in and pick it up instead. DONT DO THAT. They make a BIG fuss. Just order for pick up and wait for your ready message or go in store to pick it up yourself and buy at the register. Anyway, apart from the lady in the black apron making a fuss, this experience was top tier. We knew exactly what we wanted and knew the store was closing soon so my husband got the flat bed cart thing and carried our one year old straight to the back corner with my son following behind him. They left me in the dust because I am heavily pregnant and was waddling. Every store employee we passed told me "we're closing soon" so when I saw my husband up ahead walk past a worker and the worker look back at him, turn course, and begin to follow my husband I thought "we better hurry up" this guy is going to tell us they're closing soon but nope! He was soo nice! Asked us if we had questions, helped my husband load our flat bed cart because we were getting twelve boxes of 12x36 tile, got a forklift to pull out the boxes in the back and walked us to where the grout that was in display is located. I believe his name is Luis! Thank you Luis for a wonderful experience. We're sincerely sorry if we got you in trouble. You didn't know we ordered ahead until we got to the register. If anything this man deserves a promotion! Top tier customer service! Also, we hurried to this location to get the tile we wanted because it was $30 cheaper per box than the location by our home! Thats why we always make the trip to this location.

I should have known better....same thing happened last year and I ended going somewhere else for my hardwood floor.... That sad part is they have a lot of options.....and I really wanted to buy or order.....but after going to the tile section (same thing happened there) I was exhausted.... Jeff was fast, extremely knowledgable and willing to help me understand what needed to happen each step of the way. His team delivered quality work such that they would notice adjustments that were needed before I did. A pleasant surprise was also how helpful Jeff was during the process when I wanted to adjust the design or layout. He was upfront with what those changes would mean for my overall budget and timeline, but also had valuable input in regards to the integrity of the design and what I was trying to accomplish. I would work with Jeff and his team again without hesitation.

My folks had done an addition to the house in the late 1970's and without question it was time for the windows & doors to be replaced. We wanted to get some Pella Windows, and per Pella's website, JP Lindstrom was a certified contractor for their product. From the start, communication was great with Jeff. Jeff arrived at my dad's home with a Pella representative and measured the windows and doors. I received the bid and we went ahead with the project. Due to the holiday season, we waited until the first of the year to start work and work they did. I live in Sacramento, but my dad lives in San Mateo, and from the get go, I was getting daily reports of how great they were, how they took their time, and made sure everything was perfect. My dad could not say enough about them. I went home this past weekend 1/28/12 and upon entering the house, I could immediately see to the family room and was OPENED JAWED at the look and the work in which they had completed the job. THESE GUYS ARE ARTISTS. Truly, I was just STUNNED at the beauty and workmanship. The window frames were beautifully done as well as the installation being flawless. The finished product looked as if they had always been there. All I could do was stand and look, say "WOW, HOLY COW", "WOW, HOLY COW, I AM JUST AMAZED". Still am. Without hesitation I would recommend JP LINDSTROM and his crew for any work needed done on your home. I without question will use them again when the time comes. Thank you Jeff & your team of artists for doing such an AMAZING job.

It's not a Home Depot- so they may not have what you're looking for every time- but they have a lot of things, and it makes me happy to know my money is staying local. Also, side story: One day during the summer, it's like 90, and I am behind a contractor who's getting a bunch of stuff - lumber, rocks...I don't know- but he's paying for it, and he grabs some water bottles for him and his crew and puts them on the counter. Giulio totals him up and says a number; the guy says, "Oh, don't forget these waters". Giulio says, "The town where I come from in Italy has the best water in the world, and it flows right off the mountain. If my father knew I was charging people for water, he'd come back from the dead and strike me down. Those are free." C'mon. How can you not go here first?
