We came in a few times to match tile and trim pieces to our quartzite slabs, and he never thought twice about pulling our slabs out so we could see them all lined up. We were so impressed that we purchased all of our slabs here, as well as our floor tile and trim pieces. They held everything there for several weeks until our fabricator was ready to pick them up. DONT DO THAT. They make a BIG fuss. Just order for pick up and wait for your ready message or go in store to pick it up yourself and buy at the register. We knew exactly what we wanted and knew the store was closing soon so my husband got the flat bed cart thing and carried our one year old straight to the back corner with my son following behind him. They left me in the dust because I am heavily pregnant and was waddling. Every store employee we passed told me "we're closing soon" so when I saw my husband up ahead walk past a worker and the worker look back at him, turn course, and begin to follow my husband I thought "we better hurry up" this guy is going to tell us they're closing soon but nope! He was soo nice! Asked us if we had questions, helped my husband load our flat bed cart because we were getting twelve boxes of 12x36 tile, got a forklift to pull out the boxes in the back and walked us to where the grout that was in display is located. I believe his name is Luis! Thank you Luis for a wonderful experience. We're sincerely sorry if we got you in trouble. You didn't know we ordered ahead until we got to the register. All the counter tops, including kitchen, vanity and some other cabinet needed to be remade. Xiaoqing sent her crews to carefully measure the size needed and tried her best to cut down the area of quartz that might be wasted. She even gave two set of plans and let us choose the best one. We were in a hurry to finish the remodeling (who doesn't?), and she was able to squeeze a time for her crews to come to my home and finish the installation. There are two amazing details: 1. when they were about to transport the marble for the waterfall island in the kitchen, one of the stones were broken by accident. She immediately find another quartz with almost exactly the same pattern for us without delaying the remodeling. 2. right after the day I paid Xiaoqing for the Quartz, trade war between China and US started. And all the material from China had a huge bump on the price, including the one I bought. Xiaoqing actually hadn't bought the quartz yet, but she still honored the original price! The overall experience is very smooth. We are very satisfied the result!

My folks had done an addition to the house in the late 1970's and without question it was time for the windows & doors to be replaced. We wanted to get some Pella Windows, and per Pella's website, JP Lindstrom was a certified contractor for their product. From the start, communication was great with Jeff. Jeff arrived at my dad's home with a Pella representative and measured the windows and doors. I received the bid and we went ahead with the project. Due to the holiday season, we waited until the first of the year to start work and work they did. I live in Sacramento, but my dad lives in San Mateo, and from the get go, I was getting daily reports of how great they were, how they took their time, and made sure everything was perfect. My dad could not say enough about them. I went home this past weekend 1/28/12 and upon entering the house, I could immediately see to the family room and was OPENED JAWED at the look and the work in which they had completed the job. THESE GUYS ARE ARTISTS. Truly, I was just STUNNED at the beauty and workmanship. The window frames were beautifully done as well as the installation being flawless.
