My husband and I love ordering from here and I'm straight up addicted to it! The chicken is delicious, the sides are amazing and the prices can't be beat. Delivery is quick and everyone is very nice! It's now one of our go-to spots to order from. One time we screwed up and thought we were missing a part of our order so we called to let them know. They were very kind and sent us the stuff we thought we were missing. Even added a couple of free sodas. Both the delivery man and the management were very understanding of our mistake. We will definitely be ordering from here again! read more

I've heard nothing but good things about Peruvian chicken, so I wanted to try it for the first time. I loveeee empanadas, and Inca Chicken came up when I plugged in a search for "best empanadas". Let me tell you, their empanadas are to die for. This was my first time trying Peruvian empanadas and I'm hooked. So, I ordered a 1/2 chicken and 3 empanadas (2 chicken, 1 beef). The chicken looked delicious, but I'll be honest when I say it was nothing fantastic, it tasted like regular rotisserie to me. You can definitely taste the difference in how nicely roasted it is compared to grocery rotisserie though, and it was tender. It had a nice smoked flavor to it. Light seasoning, not bad. As for the empanadas, I will be back for more, no doubt. They are perfectly seasoned, a surprise in every bite. What really packed a punch though, was the pepper they put in there, idk what pepper it was but it was SPICYYY, I love spicy lol. There was a bite of pepper that had me running for some milk, but nothing I couldn't handle. If you can't do spicy or have a low tolerance for spicy foods, then I recommend to try their empanadas with caution. Beautiful crunch on the outside, juicy, flavorful and spicy on the inside. Don't forget the green sauce!! read more

This is a nice hole-in-the-wall place to get rotisserie chicken and comforting sides. The prices are very reasonable. I have been here over 10 times since it is close to where I live, and each experience was pleasant. The optional green sauce is nice, but do not over-do it. Use it in moderation. Try to avoid going during peak times as the inside is very small. If you're around Bushwick or have to be at Wyckoff Hospital, I'd definitely recommend Inca. read more

It's hard to think of chicken that tastes as good as the pollo à la brasa does at Inca. The sides are typically greasy and delicious, but that's not what you come to Inca for. You come for the killer chicken. So tender, moist, and perfectly seasoned! Don't forget to add the light green hot sauce on the side. That stuff is very spicy and totally incredible! My go-to is to order 1/4 chicken with yellow rice and mushrooms on the side. All in all, this is a very affordable meal; I believe it costs $6 or $7. If you're in the Bushwick area, a trip to Inca is a must! read more

I ordered five meals that were each supposed to contain a quarter of a rotisserie chicken. We were sent five plates with huge helpings of rice but the chicken was all skin and bone. It was like somebody had removed most of the meat from the chicken and sent us the skin and bones to try to camouflage. We also ordered sauteed vegetables. What they should have advertised was sauteed mushrooms because that was all we were sent. We ordered potato salad but they sent mashed potatoes instead. The order came to $74 on Uber Eats and we all came away hungry. I could have bought two rotisserie chickens at the supermarket for about $15 and my family would have been satisfied. Not sure how this place gets such high ratings. Maybe they run out of food after 6pm and were trying to cover. At any rate, we were cheated. read more

Chicken was nicely seasoned and tender. My veggies weren't too soft. . green sauce was a lil too spicy for my preference but was not overpowering. Green sauce was enjoyable. I ordered for delivery, the food came nice and warm. The potato salad was good, the chicken was good a little on the salty side but I ate it. I order a chicken empanada which was delicious and I also ordered the cheese arepa and might I say it was the best I've had!! I ordered fish and vegetables for the fam they seemed to enjoy it, only saying the fish needed a little bit of seasoning. The order came with this to die for avacado spicy sauce and let me tell you....I put that ____on everything overall I will be ordering again. read more

Sooo disappointed in this place. I read great reviews about this place and decided to try it. The portions were small for the amount of food that I paid. I also asked if I could have a side salad and was told it would be $1.25 and then got to the register and was told it was $3.25. For lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onion?? Fthoh! I paid for my food and left. I will say the chicken was seasoned, but not worth me ever returning there. read more

I *love* the quarter chicken here! I get the quarter chicken with corn and mashed potatoes. Their mashed potatoes are the BEST. There's usually a line out the door, and they sometimes run out because it's so good! If I could eat here every day, I would. It's so delicious and affordable. read more

Chicken is my drug and I found a new dealer: Inca Chicken. You don't go here to hang out and enjoy a sit down dinner, you come here to get your fix! They have a large rotisserie setup that is spinning all day. The chickens that come out of this machine are gloriously browned, thoroughly seasoned, and so juicy and tender. I really may have never had better chicken than what this place serves. As far as sides, I would recommend the smashed potatoes with red peppers and onions and the steamed broccoli. While the staff are always friendly, there is no ambiance to make you want to stay in this tiny restaurant. There is a tv and a few small booths that look like they came out of a McDonald's in the 70s...but I'm here to say THAT'S OKAY! Their forte is cooking chicken...and no one would question that they do it well. I hope they never change! read more

Okay chicken. Honestly, Boston Market is better. Pork chops are solid, sides are fine, price is fine. For all the praises lavished by other Yelpers, this place was underwhelming. Would come back to try the ribs though, haha. read more

Pros: Chicken is juicy, greasy, and flavorful. The empanadas are very good, best part of the meal by far. The sides are OK. Cons: Fried shrimp were gross. Overcooked, dry, loaded with bread, and seemed old. The pork ribs had decent flavor but not tender and poorly cut. The prices are fair. The quality is also fair. I guess don't expect more than you pay for. read more

I've heard good things about this place and always saw it when I got off the L. Decided to walk over after a doctor's appointment. I ordered the Hot & Spicy Sandwich and a salad instead of fries. The sandwich was cold. The chicken and bacon were clearly not freshly made and had been sitting out for awhile. The food handlers weren't wearing gloves when they were preparing the food and that was worrisome. The vegetables on the salad were starting to brown and the beets were clearly canned. I really wanted to like this place! Such a disappointment. read more

4.5 stars... This little Latin spot (and I do mean little) is churning out some amazing rotisserie chicken. They only have a few small tables in the main area but last time I was there they were doing construction in the back, possibly to expand the seating. Inca was even in the list of the top 10 chicken dishes in NYC by the VillageVoice. Technically the place is Peruvian which means there are some Chinese influences, including the side option of lomein. The sides aren't that vast, especially once you cancel out the prefrozen steamed veges, bland fries, and boring rice. The super sweet and soft plantains and the made from scratch pinto beans are both tasty accompaniments to the moist and delicious chicken. If chicken isn't your thing they also have sausage, ribs, and a few other options. Prices can't be beat. Half a chicken with a mound of plantains and plenty of beans was only $6. A whole chicken (without sides) is $7.25. This year I'm not going to do turkey for thanksgiving but rather go to Inca and pick up a few birds to go. read more

My experience with Inca Chicken is limited but my love for it -- the chicken -- and them -- the masterminds behind the chicken -- is vast and full. My God, never in my life have I had chicken so moist (You know how cliche it is to cringe at this word at this point, right? It's the right word for the job.). The plantains are served piping hot, with sweet, crispy outers and soft, savory inners. Oh boy. I actually just wrote this review in between my first and second Inca Chicken meal. I'm walking there now: half a chicken and sweet plantains (the spicy variety, a first for me) for $8 with a lil tip! Come on, now. That's so sexy, honey. read more

The rotisserie chicken is done well at Inca. The white meat isn't dry as you'd expect. The skin is charred enough to give it a bit of a crunch. And like the other Yelpers suggest, put the house made green sauce on! The chicken is also good eaten cold. Use the carcass for soup stock!! read more

Delicious rotisserie chicken and that green sauce can make anything taste good. I eat chicken 3 times a day and this is definitely one of the moist-est juicy chickens I have eaten. There are plenty of sides to chose from as well. Perfect lunch for any day, lots of food for a bargain. I ordered the whole rotisserie chicken with potatoes, veggies, maduros and it comes with lots of green sauce. Make sure to douse it generously on everything!!! read more

"1 of the 10 Best Chicken Dishes in NYC" -VillageVoice. Living in the neighborhood I've always wondered if they added crack to the chicken since it's amazing. The old location a block down burned down years ago and I was genuinely saddened but am so thankful they re-opened again :) Chicken is their specialty and I dare anyone to find a better rotisserie/roasted chicken in NYC. Appreciate this place Brooklyn! read more

I LOVE this place! Their chicken, chorizo, sides are all so amazing, I go out of my way to back her even though I'm nowhere nearby anymore. The service is quick and efficient and my takeout orders are always ready. Never had a mix up or anything. Make sure to get extra green sauce! read more

Pretty good , they definitely get the chicken part of the game right , haven't really tried anything else other than the sausage which is also good , but little too expensive for each one I think it's $2.50 . The star of this place is the chicken and rice I must say , the delicious birds roast all day in the back , and the end result is obviously good based on the amount of people that come and go from this joint. If you've passed by it before and weren't sure if it was good or not , trust me (and the overall reviews) it is GOOD. Prices are moderate , I know they raised them up by $1 or so but that's okay , supply and demand baby! I also like the fact that they close somewhat late (9:00PM) , so if you're in the mood for quick yummy inexpensive dinner , this is the place to go. read more

Honestly... This place feeds families. It feeds me and my girlfriend regularly. It's delicious, with a friendly staff, and they're basically giving away the food there compared to other places prices. It's the neighborhood go-to for a quick meal. read more

This review is specifically based on a delivery order. My roomie and I decided to have something delivered on a Sat night since it was wet and gross out - so naturally we were anticipating our food to take a little longer than usual. The place is about a 15-20 min walk from us near the L Dekalb stop but we've never tried it before. We both went with the half chicken combo plate which comes with your choice of two sides. I had the white rice that has some peas corn and carrots in it so its sort of like a fried rice? But not. The veggies were nice and fresh but wish they were steamed longer so they would've been a little softer rather than crunchy. Anyway, the serving size was huge! By the time we were full, it looked as if we barely touched half of the plate. So you definitely get your moneys worth here, each of the half chicken and two sides combo was only $8! The chicken was soft and tender, not too dry until probably the next day of having to reheat it and everything. We also ordered fried plantains which were ehh, more on the dry starchy side. Overall, the chicken combo plate was filling and would consider this place again if I'm craving rotisserie chicken? Lol read more
