This is literally the first time I have been so disappointed in my food that I felt compelled to write a review. My $10 "italian sub", if you can even call it that, was literally just bread and 2 slices of meat. Maybe it's my fault for not specifying cheese, lettuce, tomato, etc. when I ordered but never in my life have I gotten an Italian sub where the default was to leave everything off. Moreover, if that is the default, I would have expected the cashier to ask what I want on it. To top it all off, my "bread and meat" was not even good. My fiancée tells me their calzones are terrible too. I will never go back here again and if I could give it negative stars, I would. If I could go take my tip back, I would. Terrible quality and terrible service. My girlfriend and I ordered two salads to-go. After we brought them home we discovered both salads contained mold. I called Inbound to reconcile the situation and be refunded for the two salads. They were polite and apologetic over the phone and had agreed to refund us for the two salads. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt, and refrained from sharing a negative review. However, we were never refunded, despite them agreeing to!!! Not only did this business sell us unacceptable food (mold!!!), they lied to our face. Absolutely livid with how this restaurant operates and treats their customers. If I could I would give zero stars. I called to order for delivery and after an hour, called again to check my status. The first three times I called no one actually answered the phone but I could hear background noise. Then they would hang up. The fourth time I called I was told it had been delivered (it hasn't) and then that it was out for delivery. Then they hung up when I asked where it was being delivered. We were at BC and ordered takeout (cheese, hawaiian, and buffalo chicken), and this place is truly awesome! It got to us warm, and there wasn't too much crust, but not too little either. Toppings are plentiful, and cheese/sauce ratio is just right so the pizzas turned out great. We got some chicken tenders too which were nicely breaded. They're on Ubereats too so really viable option. Way better than Pino's, which is what most of us at BC get. read more

I can deal with that in this day and age... I ordered an Italian sub and he asked me what i wanted on it. I said onions and lettuce, and that I would like it toasted. However he took my order so quickly while he was looking at other things I had to make sure he heard me say toasted, so I repeated myself. (Note: it was not busy in there, this was about 5pm.) He snaps back 'I know!' So i notice the other guy making it and he was putting lettuce and onions on it... so i assumed he wasn't going to toast it, as they usually put those things on after. Again, I ask, 'toasted, right?' He snaps back again, 'yes, no problem, toasted.' So I turn away for a bit and come back to pick up my sub and pay and leave. I get in my car and notice the sub is cold! So much for the toasted! I also notice that it's missing the provolone cheese... So I go back in and tell the guy, quite angrily that it's not toasted... and it's missing the cheese. He looks befuddled and turns to another guy who snaps at me 'what's wrong??' I explain the situation to him and ask if he can put the cheese on it and toast it for me. I also mention the fact that I asked 3 times for it to be toasted. He angrily snaps back first with 'you never asked for it to be toasted!' Then he yells at me and says that i asked for onions and lettuce, and that I didn't say anything about cheese... Excuse me, but doesn't a freakin' Italian come with cheese? Isn't that a given? So at this point i'm just pissed off and I tell him that provolone cheese in an italian is a given. I shouldn't have had to mention it. He then yells back saying it was my fault..... Enough is enough, so I ask to speak to the manager. He yells back, 'I am the fucking manager!' Let's just say I never went back. I've heard similar experiences from some other people and I'm not at all surprised. Shit service, and shit food. Inbound took over Bravo as my go-to for cheap, solid pizza. Reason: they are always consistent. There have been several occasions when my Bravo pizza has been hastily and sloppily put together. This saddens me, because the last thing I want to witness is a beautiful, sweet pie destroyed by carelessness. Pizza is a delicate flower, that needs to be prepared sensually. Become one with the pizza. Anyways, Inbound is good. Slices are easily foldable, but never weak enough that you can't hold a slice with one hand, while balancing a spinning plate on a stick with the other. Horrible service, just horrible. I called and ordered my food and it came out way more expensive than advertised. They said, "Oh, you must have an old menu. We'll send you a new one with your order." No offer for a one-time discount or something. And in the end they didn't even give me a new menu! Also, I ordered their "Ace of Club" sandwich, which sounded good: chicken, guac, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, bacon, garlic. What I got was a travesty, soggy lettuce on a soggy burger bun with a tiny smear of industrial-grade powder+water guac and gristly chicken. The bacon was okay, but bacon is always okay. With every bite of my pizza, I had a new reason to hate this place. First of all, the dough tastes like it's been sitting there all day and they found it in the back behind some old empty boxes, and said "Hey don't let it go to waste just serve it to the next customer" and I conveniently happen to be that next customer. Second of all, they got my order wrong, so they charged me for extra ingredients that were not on the pizza. Third of all, I'm pretty sure at one point I was chewing cardboard with tomato sauce on it... But I couldn't tell because the whole thing just tasted terrible. This is one of those places that makes money off of drunk people who are really hungry and don't know what things taste like anymore. Unfortunately, I tasted it when I was sober. With the cost of delivery it came out to $22.50 for a medium pizza (remember though, they charged me for ingredients that weren't on my pizza). That being said, even if I had to spend millions of dollars and the next twenty years of my life to build a time machine, I would still do it just so I could come back to this day and save that little piece of my soul that died this evening.
