I've never had a pedicure where a massage literally resulted in bruising. I also had a small ingrown toenail that needed to be taken care of. Instead of properly removing it, she filed it down and made it significantly worse. If you're not comfortable dealing with an ingrown, that's completely fine--but don't make the situation worse by doing something that isn't helping. Overall, the service felt rushed, careless, and painful. I paid for a relaxing pedicure and left with a bruised foot and a more irritated ingrown toenail. When I went in yesterday, Leo wasn't available so Mya did my nails and was very sweet, but at the conclusion told me because I didn't get color my total was only $55. I was confused as I had just paid $40 a few weeks prior. I went to the front to pay and asked the guy at the front desk (who is always pushy and not the most welcoming) why I was being charged different prices in which he responded it's $62 always for bio gel with or without color. So now, no one is on the same page and I've been told 3 different prices. Annoyed is an understatement. On top of this, the workers sit in the booths while they have no clients with their shoes off and dirty feet propped up on the benches which is not only gross, but super unprofessional. It's a shame the place is tan this way, it's a huge turnoff. Especially being treated like you're in the wrong when none of them are on the same page. I looked at the reviews and I feel better knowing it wasn't only me that saw the issues here. Won't be going back anymore.

The ladies are nice and funny, and the atmosphere is so inviting. There are three tvs, chargers for your phone - I've even seen people bring their laptops to work. I'm a plain Jane when it comes to nails but I've seen them execute stunning designs. I almost don't want to share this place because I don't want ya'll taking my appointment times but I can't, not share. They do more than nails too! Tips: cash payment for services only and tip them well-they work hard!! Appointments are scheduled via text. They really try to work around your schedule.
