First off, I started coming to this location when it first opened and it was owned by Tammy. It's probably been about 8 years since they've been in business. They moved locations a couple doors down. The staff barely engage with their customers and the girl who did my manicure barely cleaned up my hands prior to painting them. The whole reason I get my nails professionally done is to mainly cut my cuticles cut and she did a horrible job on top of me having to ask her to clean my hands after they were painted because there was a bunch of paint residue on my hands. When I asked who the owner was they stated someone named Danielle so I asked when did she take over and they said she's been the owner which is false. The only reason they are getting two stars is because my feet were nicely done but I definitely won't be returning. read more

I've been meaning to check out this place because I live so close! I was excited to try it out because the outside of this place looks meh but the inside it looks cute! Don't judge a book by it's cover! Anyways, I arrive at 1pm and I tell the lady that I wanted a full set done. She tells me that they are busy, (didn't look like it but what do I know) so I understood and said okay no problem. She said to give her my number and name and she would call me at 1:45. I gave her my name and number and told her to call me. As the time went on, it was getting closer to 1:45. Then next thing I know, it was 2pm. And still no call. From that point on I decided to check out another nail salon and they instantly took me in. While I was at the different salon, I never received a call. It's 3pm now and no phone call. You guys should really call customers back when you said you would. You wasted my time waiting. I won't be coming back here and based on the reviews... (mostly bad) here's another one. read more

I love it here!! Danielle is the best and she really cares about making her customers comfortable .My best friend JoAnn introduce me to this nail salon and I've been coming here ever since then. Everyone at the salon is very friendly. I would always get acrylics and so I decided to start getting manicures and stop getting acrylics and Danielle did an amazing job on my gel manicure I am constantly getting compliments on my nails thanks to her ... I had danielle do my gel manicure which she drew a horseshoe and a cowboy hat for the George Strait Concert and i love my nails i was showing them off the entire night .... i must say daneille is a talented doll !!! read more

The atmosphere there is jovial, everyone has a smile on their faces, because they engage their customers and are genuine in their words. I have met some wonderful women too in the short time I've been a patron. This place is a hidden gem. Other places I've been to have never had a friendly atmosphere like this place and I never left with a smile on my face like I do here. I've been coming here for years! At first Tammy did my nails for a while, then Lily for a few years, and last Danielle. Every time I've come here, I would have to wait at least 20 min (if not more), but I kept coming here because I loved the way they did my nails. Well, today I had enough!! I had an appointment at 10am. I got there at 10am and Danielle looked at me and said, "you have to wait 10 min" even though she wasn't doing anything. So I told her I would go next door to the grocery store and come back. When I came back, she was working on someone else and ignored me. I sat and waited for 10 min and got up & said I had a conference call at 11am so couldn't wait longer. Danielle turned around and asked if I wanted to make another appointment? I said I had an appointment at 10 already and its 10:25 and walked out. I will never be back here again! read more

I would give this place a zero Star if it was possible. I went here for a pedicure with a friend. The ladies doing our pedis continued to harass us for a $25 spa treatment and even offered us $5 off. My friend and I figured $5 off was a pretty good bargain. At the end of our pedicures we went to go make our payment. The lady collecting the money from us tried to charge us with out the $5 discount they had offered to us. When my friend and I mentioned the $5 discount offered to us, they all acted like they didn't know what we're talking About and they continued to argue with each other for about 5 minutes in front of us. After the arguing they tried again to gip us of our $5 discount (which I know isn't too much of a discount but its the matter of the fact that they offered it to us). Finally after about 10 minutes they offered us the price with the $5 discount included. All the ladies looked very pissed off and irritated and the tension was very uncomfortable. Talk about bad customer service! I would not recommend this place! read more

I went there for a mani/pedi; I did a french tip and it was alright. They did my mani/pedi very fast; the total time spent was half hour. I paid the full price but did not get the full treatment. The place did not look sanitize. The towel seems old and dirty. I care about cleaniess and this place did not seem clean. The bathroom did not seem clean either. I It looked busy so I thought they would do good work. But the work was mediocre. I like the place to be clean. Will probably not go back. read more

I tried this place yesterday and I was amazed at their service. The best pedicures for miles; u got rough heels, they put more work and pride in their work, u won't go anywhere else. Forget getting a cramp twisted for an hour trying to get a fill and a pedi. Ur in a spa chair and do ur nails at ur side. Plus, their nails are thinner and more realistic!!!! I have tried this place Multiple times. They are very friendly and do a decent job. However, they take on more clients than they can handle. Even when I have an appointment, I end up waiting at least 10 minutes. At the same time, they continue to take walk-ins, causing you to wait even longer for your appt. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Went there for my first time to get a "spa" pedicure. Well, it was the furthest from it. For one, when i walked in, the ladies basically yelled across the salon to me and asked me what i wanted and to pick my color without even saying hi. I sat down, and the lady came over to check the water temperature and said "ill be right back, im going to eat" OMG, so rude. I understand they work long hard hours and have to eat in between customers, but atleast lie to me and say "ill be right back" while you go eat really quickly in the BACK ROOM. Not only did the lady eat right in front of me, she sat and ate with a co worker for TEN MINUTES. By this point, i was extremely irritated. So she finally came over to start my pedicure when the phone rang, and she ran to go answer it. She came back over and sat down and started to do the pedi while the customer was on speaker phone. The whole conversation, the lady was rolling her eyes at the customer on the phone, in front of me!!! I could not believe what i was witnessing. So finally, she started on my pedicure and it was the worst pedicure ever, and i go every 3 weeks for one. She barely scrubbed my feet, cleaned my nails etc. And the foot massage wasnt even 5 minutes, all the meanwhile, shes trying to sell me on a "deluxe" pedi. Before i could even give her an answer, she was already polishing my toes. Fastest, cheapest pedicure ever. And horrible horrible customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. And at the end when it was time to pay, I had a coupon and what do you think the lady did? YUP. She rolled her eyes when i handed it to her. Needless to say, I am NEVER going back!!!! read more

Last week was my first time at this salon. I came in for just a regular manicure, there were four women getting pedicures, and one other woman getting a gel manicure. They all seemed nice enough. After a while, I was the only one left in the salon...the girls were preoccupied on their iPads & phones, and chatting & laughing with each other, and why not. But I wish they were a little quieter, Yikes!! But that wasn't the problem. Not one of the women CLEANED OUT THE PEDICURE BASINS!! YUCK!! That's a D- raiting! But maybe I was their last appointment. I was directed over to the nail lights, I had to asked for a paper towel to clean it off...it was filthy. Just as I was finishing up, two women walked in for pedicures, they sat them down to the previously used DIRTY BASINS! I was so upset, I wanted to stand up and tell those women...but unlike myself they didn't even bother to look down to see the dead skin & dirt. Obviously I won't ever go back there. read more

The last time they did gel on my nails it lasted 2 days short of a month (I tried another place, because I nails was closed that day, and the gel started peeling in two days) My sister and I are super picky about our nail color and design. I don't know the lady who did my nails name she was kind of quiet but I didn't mind because you would tell she was really focused on my nails I don't mind that they speak a different language with me there. Tiffany is by far the best at manicures!
