Ali at the Webster location (Jan 7) had terrible costumer service, especially considering the lack of costumers. Her position may need to be reconsidered given the staff at the register greet the public first. The food was amazing like always. read more

Took the family to try this new location in our area. They had never been. I've had INOB a few times in Las Vegas and Utah. I thought it was good but overrated. This location was just plain bad. Drive thru line was stupid long so we went inside. Service was great. We each ordered a double with fries. Food arrived with the expected wait of "cooked when ordered". Sandwiches were presented nicely and tasted good. My wife liked them but I think what I had in Utah was better. Here comes the bad... Fries=Terrible. We went to the counter and asked why they tasted weird. The lady said, no clue because they are made fresh. Not sure what part of the process made them taste "artificial" but our whole family thought they were nasty. My wife didn't believe they were real potatoes! We threw 2 orders in the trash. No desire to come back. Way better options without the wait. read more

Mostly bread, fries are weird,... Burgers aren't even that great... I don't get the hype AT ALL. I've tried 3 different locations of in and outs... really trying to give it a chance, thinking maybe it was just that one or whatever. But it never fails it's never good.. and I'm not gonna wait in that long of a line for a not good meal. Everyone who does is absolutely crazy. Good burgers, good fries, good shakes. This place is a classic. Every time I come to Texas I have to get my fix, and this lucky location got my money this time. Serious burger operation they got going on here people. Not a lot of options on the menu, however the food came out real quick and it was packed out. First time here, I got the cheeseburger and animal fries, but was disappointed by it. The service was great and the presentation of the burger was cute, but it wasn't that great. I don't know if my expectations were too high, but I expected the burger to blow me away. I wouldn't spend money on getting another one. And my animal fries were cold. Great at smiling, bad at service. So I order a double double combo with extra spread & peppers on the side. I get to the pay window & the lady repeats the order but doesn't say anything about peppers. So i ask "You got the peppers?" She says "Yes, the little yellow ones" I get to the second window & grab my order & pull off. As I'm leaving the parking lot I look in my bag & there's no peppers, so I make a u-turn & go inside. I tell the lady at the register i ordered peppers, she hands them to me & I leave. As I'm otw home I look down in the bag again & there's no spread. By this point my fries are cold & there's no sense in turning around again. Both employees at the windows were smiling, but the service sucked. When you're great at smiling but horrible at comprehension you give the appearance of mentally handicapped. I would prefer a place where the employees don't smile, but can get my order right. read more

Just moved out of California to Texas and drove from where we are living to Houston for a vacation and thankfully we saw this brand new In N Out and it's been 10 months since we had In N Out.. this place was so clean so organized and the staff was outstanding and so friendly. We even ran into a worker out here training employees from Cali! Cassie was so friendly and helpful. You almost felt like you're in a restaurant. Everyone checking on your table to make sure everything is ok or if we need anything. Hands down this does NOT compare to Whataburger. No comparison. The quality of In N Out is second to none. Not impressed. Cold fries, lukewarm burger. Milkshake was pretty good, though. And order taking for the drive-thru was very well organized and well executed. I probably won't go back. I prefer my food hot. Or at least closer to hot than this was. read more

I'm glad I was able to try it today. Now I know what their burnt grill buns, over stuff onions, and stupid stick frys taste like, I don't ever have to go back. Stupid animal frys with stale cheese, prepackaged burger and the stupid amount of onions again. My hands still reek of onions as I type this review. I find it funny there are ppl on TikTok making comparisons between in n out and Whataburger. In n out isn't on par with Burger King . 2 Star for the service speed read more

Service here was so fast! Every worker I've talked to has been so nice and talkative. Their burgers are top notch for fast food. And the animal fries are a MUST. Quick! BUT QUICK TO JUST DO EVERYTHING INCORRECTLY. I only tried this place due to everyone talking "good" things about it. I don't understand how you can mess up an order so simple, why offer animal style if you're not going to add it and still charge. Like you only have 4 items on the menu and can only get it 2 ways so wtf is going on in there. As well the sodas are just watered down like a mffff what kind of a new joint that just opened up is already low on syrups. This place should've stayed in California, ima just stick to my Texas Style Whataburger. Food is 100x's better and actually see what comes out the drive thru. read more

Finally they opened this location of El Dorado a little over a week ago. Pass by the last few days and noticed it was extremely busy! Drive thru was crazy and their was a line outside for people who wanted to dine in. Went on Black Friday around 3:00pm. They had police directing traffic. Parked and waited in line to dine in. Waited about 20 minutes in that line before I got inside. Placed my order and waited for another 30 minutes before they finally called my number. I figured the hype and amount of people will start to die down probably mid December or early January. Burgers were fantastic! Ordered the Double Double with fries. Will definitely visit on a consistent basis as the food and price are so good. read more

Came day after opening. Their customer service was great and the coordinated effort for the expectedly large crowd was good. The hype for the food was lacking however. Felt like everything was stale. The fries were unsalted and not good at all. Even the animal style fries were gross, smothered in overly cooked grilled onions, terrible nacho cheese sauce, and their sauce. The burger was lacking but also very much lacking for what the pictures showed. I was also not expecting an entire cross section of onion to be inside between the patties. I like onions, but that is too much. The patties were decently cooked, but small, very small. The burger bun was stale and felt as if it sat out all day and hardened. Everything was unseasoned and bland. The only good thing was the chocolate shake. The price was decent, but given the quality and taste it was not worth the cheap prices. We paid $20 for a cheeseburger, a double double, regular fries, animal style fries, and two chocolate shakes. Whataburger is better. Honestly, McDonalds is better, and I don't like McDonalds. 3 stars for their customer service and how well coordinated it was. But honestly the food deserves negative points. read more

Good French fries which is what they are known for... regular hamburger is definitely on the small side. If you are hungry, either order two of them or at least a double decker. Otherwise the spicy yellow pepper is a nice touch if one likes the spicy side... read more

OMG....for years I've been hearing about the burgers in this place, what a huge disappointment!!!! Our burger buns were greasy, tomato wasn't ripe, too much lettuce, and too many onions and what happened to the meat patty, not much there, no salt or pepper or flavor whatsoever, and why would you use yellow potatoes for french fries, very bizarre and didn't work, they tasted like they were frozen. I should have complained to the Manager and asked for our money back. Will be doing that from now on. I hate wasting money on horrible food! Will never go back, save your money and go to Five Guys in League City. As a Chef I was embarrassed that anyone would serve horrible food like what we got. Shameful! read more

I've been coming here for many years and my most recent visit reminded me why it's stuck around for so long. We came in for lunch on a weekday. While there wasn't a wait, it was still fairly busy with tables moving in and out. The setting is super casual - laminated menus are at the table for use. Our server this time was Kayla, who was super friendly and efficient. I normally go for the Squealer, which is almost a standard burger with lettuce, tomato, and pickles; however the burger patty is sprinkled with bacon throughout. Can you imagine just how great that smells and tastes!? The rest of the table ordered that, but this time I decided to venture out. I went for the Rodeo Burger (Southern), which comes with bbq sauce, bacon, jalapeños, cheese, and topped with their Hula Hoops (onion strings). The burger was SO BIG when it came out, they had to place the top bun next to the burger. I struggled to fit this one into my mouth, as it was so big. But delicious! The patty was juicy and all of the toppings brought the southern flavor together well. For sides, we got the Fried Mushrooms, Onion Rings, Tater Tots, and Sweet Potato Fries. Super healthy, I know. But so dang good. Everything was crispy and steaming hot as you bit into it. All of the sides are very reasonably priced - the mushrooms were under $7 and the rest were even cheaper than that for generous portions. Our table of 4 struggled to finish these, as we were already pretty stuffed from our burgers. I will always appreciate Tookie's for a solid burger in the Clear Lake/Seabrook neighborhood. Aside from the burgers, don't sleep on the amazing patio that looks out to the Kemah marina if the weather is nice!

Doesn't have that old oily flavor that I get from most places. The pork is well seasoned and has a nice hint of smoke flavored that doesn't overwhelms the pork taste itself. Smoked pork belly- OMG these are sweet, soft and tender. The honey glaze isn't too hard to where it sticks on your teeth but just right where it melts in your mouth. The belly wasn't fatty and greasy (thank goodness) this is a must have. Pork ribs combo with chicken- chicken was cooked well but kind of bland. All the seasoning and flavor was on the skin of the chicken. The smoked pork was wonderful the flavor was actually in the ribs and really juicy. I got it with the green beans and carrots and they are great. I like how the carrots are cooked well enough where it's not mushy but has some firmness and the beans also has a nice flavor with an oil that I can't get my tongue wrapped around but it's really good. Now to my server Kyaana- she was FANTASTIC very friendly and polite. Checked up on us numerous times which I really appreciated. Best part, we said that we would share the pork Combo we ordered and she actually had it separated on 2 plates so we both won't have to be sharing from one. That's great anticipation of someone's needs (5 stars). I did come here at an earlier date and had another server and I feel bad I forgot to check-in because that gentleman was nice also. The meals on that day was: Prime burger- This was Wonderfully, juicy, and tasty. The meat was cooked to medium as requested and the fries were awesome as well. Pork ribs combo with brisket- ribs fantastic and juicy, smoke flavor is a hit. The briskets tasted well and wasn't as dry as they looked but it was a really small portion for the amount you pay for it. The Mac and cheese was really creamy and nice. The macaroni wasn't over cooked and soggy and the cheese wasn't too much where it was running. The mashed potatoes was a NO NO it was grainy which tells me it was boxed and not real mashed but still wasn't creamy. It felt like sandish or like grits. Other than that this is a wonderful spot and will be trying the brunch soon.

We were sat immediately even though the restaurant was fairly crowded. It was hard to choose what to get because there were lots of delicious sounding options. My sister got an appetizer - fried spinach and artichoke sticks. They were delicious! We enjoyed our dinner and our time together.
