Decided to come here on a Friday night with my sister and dog because they have a dog-friendly patio. This is my first time at this location, as I've only been to the Montrose location. They were pretty busy with it being Friday night. At around 7:30pm, there were a few groups ahead of me to order at the counter. Since we had the dog, we needed to sit on the patio. It was a colder night, so I kindly asked the employee behind the counter if they could turn on the heaters outside. He told me that they didn't have any propane, but when I asked about that further, he said he'd ask his manager. Upon returning, he told me that the manager would be right out to turn on a heater for us. The manager came out about 10 minutes later and started tinkering with a couple of the heaters. Indeed, no propane, but he finally found one that had propane and kindly lit that one for us and we moved over to be next to it. Props for the effort, but on cold nights like these, they should be prepared with the propane because I saw a few other groups wanting to sit outside but none of the other heaters worked. On Fridays, they have a fish & chips special that includes 4 pieces of fish, a mountain of potato wedges, and tartar sauce all for $14.99. This diverted my original intent of a burger because what are the chances I'll be back on a Friday? I thought this was a great deal, as the fish in itself tasted solid and was very filling; I couldn't even finish the chips and had to bring some home as leftovers. We also ordered a side of onion rings. These were really crispy and perfect for dipping in ketchup. Note their condiment station by the drink station includes ketchup, spicy ketchup, and mustard. To drink, I got a Saloon Door Ridiculous AF beer and it came in a half-pint glass for $4. I was almost expecting a full pint glass, but for the price it makes sense and perhaps the smaller glass size because this was a stout. Overall, Burger Joint is one of the first places that comes to mind when talking burgers in Houston. I can attest to the quality of their burgers from previous experiences at the Montrose location, but definitely don't sleep on the fish & chips if you find yourself here on a Friday.

We are from Florida. The food here is tasty and delicious. Found here by accident and think this place is large and open with happy friendly people with service thats Texas friendly. Great local joint

This is actually like my 5th time here but I never get the chance to snap a pic or post a review before inhaling my food. The food here is ALWAYS on point. Super happy I got to try the burger of the month for October: Slash Daddy Angus beef patty, Munster, grilled onions, "slasher sauce", lettuce on a black ink bun! Super fresh, definitely made to order. Fries here are great, hand cut and unsalted so you can put your own desired amount on. Good crispy-ness to them. 10/10 always! Love this local spot.

I was very excited to visit the burger joint based on all the great reviews. I left feeling a little underwhelmed. The service was amazing and there was plenty of seating, but I felt that our burgers were just OK. We should shared a classic and a Swiss mushroom burger. Of the two the Swiss burger was our favorite. I can't quite put my finger on what was missing, but they were not as flavorful as I'd hoped for. Prices are very reasonable so I guess you get what you pay for. I guess maybe I'm more of a craft burger, girl.

I can officially say that I'm hooked, the freshness, the fries and the atmosphere. So amazing.

Food was excellent and came out hot and fresh. You order at the counter and they bring you the food at your table. The counter service was not the best. Cashier was not happy to be there and was just going through the motions of her job. The restaurant was nice and clean and the bathrooms were clean as well. Wish I could put a 4.5 rating but it wouldn't let me.

We wanted to find a place to sit outside and the Burger Joint was the solution. It was our first time in and it will not be our last. The portion sizes are crazy and the food was delicious. They also have boozy shakes which sounded delicious. I may just have to try one when we return. They had multiple televisions showing multiple shows. They had plenty of outdoor seating and the service was great!

Fabulous spot, nearly empty at 4pm. Staff are upbeat and optimistic still. The mac and cheese is absolutely divine here, along with the mushroom burger.

Great juicy burgers at this fast-casual establishment. Sort of like BurgerFi but with more variety.

I've been to other Burger Joint locations, so I definitely knew what to expect coming in. It's a chill space that's great for groups and hangouts with friends! Me into the menuuu. Lots of drink options (shakes + boozy shakes, frozens, cocktails, mocktails, beer, soda/juice, and wine!) I decided to try the frozen pink lemonade and it was tasty!!! My server was super helpful at helping me navigate the menu. I ordered the fire burger and subbed it for fried chicken, caramelized onions, and added garlic aioli. I also got sweet potato fries on the side. And yall that meal was SO good! They even have a punch card where you get a free burger after 10 visits. Might take me a while, lol but it's a cool option to have!

Weekday lunch. Big space and lots of tables and TVs around. both inside and outside seating. You order at the counter and they bring your food to the table. 3.5 edging down to 3. BBQ Burger, $11: Best item we had for lunch. It was large and all the ingredents were good. It is just a nicely put together burger and I would 100% recommend. Mexi, $11: This burger in contrast to the BBQ was just not that good. It seemed dry and I needed to add ketchup to it to even finish eating it. I would not recommend. Queso Fries, $6: Not bad, made with a liquid cheese. They are very heavy but solid cheese fries. Bacon Parm Fries, $7: Pass on these. The bacon was good, but the Garlic Aioli made the dish look greasy. Just seemed that it was covered in oil, so much so I had to ask the server if that was the way they were supposed to be. In the end it was just a bit to oily for me. In the end I think there are some good items on the menu and some that you should pass on. If I would not have tried the BBQ burger and only had the Mexi I would have probably rated this place 1 star. But the BBQ was very good and the Cheese fries were solid. I would say give The Burger Joint a try. I think the BBQ burger was worth the cost of admission.

This place is pricey but it is good. It's the same people that own the taco stand. Order at the counter and they bring it to you.

Is the patio area dog friendly? I'd love to come with my fur baby.

We saw several dogs there on patio. They even had dishes for water

Wow. WOW is the word to describe this place…read more Let me tell you about Bella the bartender, the BEST bartender I have ever encountered in my entire life. And listen, I'm basically a certified alcoholic (just kidding... allegedly), so trust me when I say I know a good drink when I taste one. I've sampled enough lovely liquors in my day to know what's good and what's just overpriced sadness in a glass. Bella is COMMITTED to her craft. She literally told me she studies cocktail recipes day and night. Like... how cute is that? Meanwhile I can barely commit to folding my laundry. Then she proceeds to make me the SMOOTHEST, yummiest espresso martini my tastebuds have ever had the privilege of experiencing. One sip and I was astonished, emotional, slightly turned on, all of the above. This woman has the shake hands of a goddess. I think I fell in love a little bit. Also, shoutout to the super friendly man in the Hawaiian shirt and Bob Ross-style beret. He brought immaculate vibes to the whole place and made the experience even better (for the most part). Anyways, the drinks at this place are phenomenal. 1000% give this place a try. And if you get Bella as your bartender, congratulations- you ARE one of God's favorites.

Limited Pleasure!…read more Allow me to start off by saying it was delicious fulfillment and they never seem to fail. This location near the Baybrook Mall is perfect for shopping and dining. Plenty of room and fast service. The severs are amazing and work to get it right for you everytime. The noise level is always pleasant and you can actually hear the music as well. First up is the Farmers Market Soup. Initially, I thought a cup of this would suffice and I was gravely mistaken, so I ended up ordering a bowl, after finishing the cup. Simply said a sweet potato has been transformed into an such an array of flavors that your palette begs for more. Next up will be the Fire Roasted Veggies, who stand firm and flavored coming straight from the grill to you plate and then your table, only to be found by your fork to be appreciated by you. However I cannot leave out the chili sauce they are layered in with a hint of spice. I need this recipe. OMG! Last up will be My Specialty, a small amount of the soup accompanied with the veggies will encourage your taste buds to sing for more. Amazing location and service. The prices are bad either. Unless the menu changes at least one of these will be in my order, if not both. Bye ~ Bye !

Although we understood it was a busy holiday evening, the overall service felt extremely unorganized. It was very apparent that employees were rushing, and the atmosphere felt chaotic rather than coordinated. My drink was made incorrectly twice. We ordered the same dishes we typically enjoy, but this time the plate presentation was noticeably different and appeared rushed, as if the food had simply been placed on the plate without care. Additionally, we chose to take a slice of cake to go instead of dining in for dessert, yet we waited over 25 minutes just to receive it. And while I waited that long no one checked in with me they just stared at me. Unfortunately, what we hoped would be a special Valentine's dinner date turned into a very disappointing experience. We have always held this restaurant to a high standard, which is why this visit was so surprising to us

Getting to this area from Pearland is much easier than heading into Houston so I was more than happy to come here. I've been here a couple of times and the most recent visit brought me and a party bus full of friends here on a Saturday night. The place gets busy but parking hasn't been an issue on any of my visits. It's a narrow bar that may seem tight, but it keeps going towards the back with more seating as well as a spacious patio. Customer service is always great and the bartenders know their stuff here. They have a pretty extensive drink menu here and there is something for everyone's preferences. They have a long list of cocktails and they can make you anything you want as well. The staff are experts here. They also have an impressive bourbon collections with about 200 kinds to choose from. Along with their cocktails, they have a long list of martinis. I love a good martini and here they have so many options. You can't go wrong with my favorite espresso martini, but the one that wowed me here was the Cucumber Patch. Cucumber flavor profile is not typically something I seek out, but I was in the mood for something refreshing and this was suggested to me. Get it and thank me later. As far as food goes, they have a separate BBQ business on site that sells some food. Don't sleep on the Bay Area if you are looking for a nice cocktail. This place will quickly be one of your favorites. I will surely be back.

I've driven by a countless number of times, and you'd never really know it's there. But walking in, you immediately get that local dive bar kinda vibe in the best way possible. I met up with some friends here for a chill drink after work, and to our surprise it was karaoke night! I have to applaud the regulars here because they can really SING! But don't be shy if you can't, they were welcome to everyone going up for a song. As far as drinks go, I had the Alimony. I was sold on it because it's gin, guava juice and elderflower liquor. Balanced, not too sweet, and had a little bit of sparkling effervescence. Pair that with a shot or a beer, and we were having a great time catching up with old friends. I don't remember our bartender's name, but she gave us great service. Overall 10/10 recommend the Davenport Lounge Clear Lake if you're looking for where the locals go, trust me they know best.

Almost 80 degrees on Christmas Eve isn't unheard of. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas and very busy. Well, I'll just get right down to it. I don't typically like to give a negative review on Christmas Eve, because I know restaurants can be short staffed and busy. But it genuinely felt like our time wasn't valued. I've been a server (and for many years) so I understand people and learned it pretty quick from day 1. Our server, Jacob was ok, but it was obvious he was trying too hard. Every time he said he was going to do something, it took f.o.r.e.v.e.r. We ordered dessert and sat there for over 15 minutes still waiting for dessert. By the time it came, we were so frustrated at how we had been forgotten once we got our meal that we just wanted the check. They did offer us the dessert for free, but that wasn't the point. We ordered the zucchini fritta and waygu meatballs. Both were great! The bathroom...there are 2 stalls in the ladies bathroom. 2. Two. The line was long and by the time I got back to the table, our food had been delivered and mine was cool. My other half ordered the shrimp scampi and said his shrimp was tough and he had no idea it would come with so much pasta. Even though my food was cold, it tasted good. But there was WAY too much pasta and not enough chicken or mushrooms. Eating here was a pretty big and sad disappointment. Especially for our 2 hour drive. If you're looking for snacks and drinks, this is a place to go. If you're looking for great Italian food with great service, go to Angelo's. I won't be eating dinner here again. I might go for drinks if I can pinpoint another bathroom somewhere.
