It was dry, tasteless and missing basic ingredients like the spread and onions. Please pay attention to your order before you eat it! We absolutely love In-N-Out, but we are so disappointed in this location. You get in the line where they have two lines that merged to one which is generally fine because they have someone out there taking orders. Today they had no one taking orders and it took us an hour just to get to the order box. This is so unacceptable. If you're going to have wait times like this, you're going to have to post that. With the way gas prices are and now food prices. This is ridiculous. You go to Chick-fil-A and they have misters and a covered area for their employees why don't you have that at your locations? Instead, you make your customers wait an hour to order and then another 15 minutes for food. Our gas light came on while we were waiting not to mention if there was an emergency you have everybody trapped in this small area. This is so unsafe. When we said something to your staff, they really don't seem to Care. It's almost like you feel like you're doing us a favor because you are there. We will never be back to this location and we will let everybody we know, that this location is a time and gas trap. You go to any of the other locations and they do not have this kind of wait time. I know this location is a newer location and you might be still working out the bugs but you need to fix this otherwise you're going to lose more customers. So I was just reading other reviews and it seems this is a problem we were told at the window. It was because of the heat that you couldn't have someone out there. We now know that is a lie because you guys get reviews all the time since you've opened that your wait times are 45 minutes plus. So this location just absolutely sucks. Not to mention our burgers were cold. When does that happen in In-N-Out? I read other reviews saying to go to another location and that is exactly what we are going to do. We will never be back to this location. It was amazing to see how many reviews you have for this location over 50 stating that the wait time is over 45 minutes in the line and all of the reviews also mentioned that the stack don't really care. The slowest, most chillest in n out I've ever been too. I don't mean the service is slow. I mean traffic. You get your food quickly and never have trouble finding seating. We sat on the patio since we took our dog. read more

I ordered the #2 and 3 combo with two pink lemonades and the food was flavorful. Service was good. The server who took my order understood my specific orders and was able to make sure it was clear to me. ILLEGAL HARRASSMENT OF SERVICE ANIMALS. AIDAN at this location was rude, condescending and after being asked if they were service dogs, and looked pointedly at both dogs and scoffed, "Really?" When we said we actually had cards to prove SERVICE, he asked again, "Really?" and when we told him they are wearing SERVICE VESTS, "He finally said, "Fine". In the state of CA you may only ask 2 questions, "Is that a Service animal?" The other being, "What service does the animal provide?". We didn't need the attitude nor did we need the consistent questions. When we showed him the CA legal Service Card and confronted him, he stated that he hadn't done any of that and claimed that he never saw the vest when he was glaring at them the minute we walked in. I got friendly fast service despite it being busy. I had no problems with my food and the staff did an excellent job keeping things clean despite there being many people there. I enjoy eating outside in this location as you can get a nice breeze in the back. People are pretty harsh on this location for some reason but maybe it's because there's not plentiful parking. I've always found a spot though. My burger was great and my fries were cooked perfect. Haters gon hate but nothing to hate about this place read more

This In-N-Out has messed up my order at least 6 times now. I was in the drive-thru on September 11, 2026, and heard the customer before me tell the employee that they were missing chopped chilies. Then I asked for chilies, and the employee gave me 5 spreads instead. To me, it seems like In-N-Out hires staff who don't care. Lowkey I would much rather go to Yucaipa or highland if I want in n out. This establishment is always lacking when it comes to the food. Where do I begin ......... It was a Saturday afternoon and we wanted a snack, and so it was In N Out Burger. As odd as it was, there wasn't a car line at the order window, check out my pic of the EV chargers and you won't see a car around! The staff here is a notch above ..... high energy and eager to get your order right. I was there for an "off" menu item, a type of not so secret fries - which took a bit of discussing, but we got it done. The restaurant was clean. This is also kudos to the staff due to the high volume of diners. We came for a snack. The worse kept secret in the restaurant world, is their "secret" menu. So check out the web sites and pics for your options. We came for the Well Done Fries, served Animal Style. So as you can see in my pic, the fries were very crispy, but not over cooked - that's the well done way. Even though they are on the thinner side, the insides were still soft and chewy. The Animal Style means you get a mess of diced grilled onions on top and that, in turn, is topped with their own spread (unchanged since 1948). The grilled onions were pretty good: not too greasy, a bit of onion flavor and moist. Their spread was very creamy (I'm guessing mayo based), rich and similar to a Russian dressing. New in Redlands, you have to come try it out if you're in town! I came through drive through and the workers are super nice and helpful. You can tell they have great communication and camaraderie. I like that they tell you where to go; which car to go behind once you place your order. I hope they continue this organization because so many places are missing that piece in drive through. They also have another person reviewing your order and total to be sure before you pay which I thought was a nice touch. I ordered a #3 combo with animal style fries, grilled onions on the burger, and a Neapolitan shake = $12.29 The food itself is delicious! Great location and ambiance. My meal cards did come in as promised and they gave me 4 so that's a plus. I just wish I didn't have to wait so long in line and have my order messed up and missing before work, granted I had no time to go back and get it fixed or a refund. In-n-out is the gold standard of "fast" food. The staff is always professional and friendly, the food always tastes great, and there's tons of options to customize your order. I usually get medium well fries and I recently learned that you can wrap the Flying Dutchman in whole grilled onions! We're so excited that there now is a In N Out nearby. We went later in the evening and happy to find out that even though this location just opened today, they will serve anyone who is still in line after 1 am. There was a ridiculous long line with traffic personnel making each car line up in order but we didn't mind waiting to order our favorite items. You could see the excitement with all the customers and employees so busily working with a friendly smile. We ordered the animal style fries, hamburger and a cheeseburger animal style. Burgers and fries. How can you go wrong. This is a great place for an In-N-Out, the only problem is that there really isn't enough parking. When you go on a Sunday at about 12:30, this place is full. The person helping me was pretty friendly, and took my order. I did forget to add whole grill to my burgers, and it seemed like she walked away to tell the cook, however, when I got my burgers, there was no whole grill on them. Like I said, the restaurant was packed, no place for parking, and all the tables were taken as well. Luckily my kids are small enough to fit in a single seat, together.
