I hesitate to post this because this is a hidden In-N-Out. I never knew it existed. Everytime I've gone there, there were less than 5 cars in the drive thru. I only have a 30 min lunch break at my job and I can literally be 'in and out" and still have time to eat it and get back to work. And the prices are still very reasonable. read more

This location alone gets 5 stars just for the drive thru process. I live in Mira Mesa but the drive thru at that location is #%^!#! There's plenty of space for cars at this location and it also shares a huge parking lot with Kohls. 9x/10 they will have someone outside taking your order and the wait time is quick! I tried the grilled onion wrapped Flying Dutchman which was so good but I forgot to say I wanted it wrapped in lettuce. Next time for sure! I recently went to this in n out and was there with my husband and we went to order and the cashier named Kayley with pink hair was extremely rude and she was trying to flirt with my husband and even asked for his number and asked to meet after her shift was over. I feel like this is very disrespectful and she needs to be fired immediately. She was extremely unprofessional not to mention she got our order wrong. In-N-Out Burger is the best! Have visited multiple sites and two of our favorites are Poway and Friars by CVS & Armstrong's Nursery. All the people that work there are really nice and the meatless Burger I get which is the cheeseburger minus the meat is delicious. Has lots of lettuce tomato onions raw or sauteed pickles and maybe other things I don't know about. Their sauce is delicious but you can have it or not have it they make it just the way you want it. And so affordable. They have protein style which is a hamburger or anything you get without the bun and they have Flying Dutchman which is gluten free. I came the other night with a friend and everything was perfectly normal and routine until I got up to the first window to pay. I've never had a bad in n out. I've had in n out maybe 1000 times. You can customize the burger however you like. You can get up to four Pattie's if you're really hungry or do a lettuce wrap if you feel like skipping the processed carbohydrates such as the buns. The double beef patties tasted great. To my surprise that actually cooked the meat a little under, which I prefer, so the meat was a little extra juicy. The cheese was perfectly melted, and all the rest of the ingredients were fresh, and the sauteed onions were sweet and tender. The bread was soft and warm the way it should be.
