It was a great starter course for the second course with all the delicious kinds of meat, from steak, sausage, chicken, salmon, and kielbasa. The service was amazing as well; the waitstaff went above in beyond in making sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Terron was our main server, and was incredibly efficient and very attentive to us. He made sure we got everything we asked for, made sure we got our drinks in a timely manner, and was very friendly and talkative. We felt very well taken care of throughout the entire night thanks to Terron and the rest of the Fogo de Chao staff. The restaurant itself was beautiful and very relaxing. We will certainly be back (especially for the pineapple). Thank you for such an amazing experience! We definitely recommend this restaurant.

My daughter and I were looking forward to a special lunch together, but unfortunately it turned into one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I've ever had. After waiting more than 20 minutes for my meal, I was served chicken that was visibly undercooked. I immediately asked to speak with a manager and explained that I was no longer comfortable eating meat. Instead of bringing a manager, I was incessantly pressured to accept another serving. I reluctantly agreed, only to receive another piece of chicken that was bleeding. It then took another 15 minutes before someone in junior management came to speak with us, and the only resolution offered was to remove my meal from the bill. No GM ever came by. I chose not to post immediately because I wanted to give the restaurant an opportunity to make things right. I contacted corporate and received an acknowledgment that my email had been received and would be reviewed. Since then, no one has reached out to have a conversation with me, no one has taken the time to understand the full impact of what happened, and no one has offered any opportunity to make up for what was supposed to be a special lunch with my daughter. What makes this especially disappointing is that Fogo de Chão has been one of my family's favorite places to celebrate. I've brought friends and family there for birthdays, Mother's Day, and other special occasions over the years. I was a loyal, frequent customer who enthusiastically recommended the restaurant to others. Mistakes can happen at any restaurant. What matters is how they're handled. Unfortunately, the lack of meaningful follow-up has been just as disappointing as the experience itself. As a result, Fogo de Chão has lost a loyal customer. I truly wish this situation had been handled differently.

It's nothing fancy, sometimes a little hard to communicate with the cashier but they are great people and have great food. The Food~ The spicy sausage is juicy and rich with a bit of a kick. The garlic and regular Picanha meat are also soft and tender. The crusty skin with the garlic and salt bits mends well with the meat. Paired together with the jasmine butter rice neutralizes the saltiness and pulls you back for more. The oxtail and soup is also very good. The warm soup with the tender oxtail paired again with the rice is the perfect combo. There wasn't a lot of vegetable options but I'm not complaining :) The Logistics~ There is plenty of parking on the street and also a public parking lot near Blanchard. A party of 4 is considered large for this place and you'll end up taking all the seats. Don't like sticking around too long and the seating area is pretty limited and not the best for private conversations.

Most recently, I had the salmon and vegetables. The vegetables were tender without removing the taste and the salmon was cooked to perfection. I don't think I'm exaggerating either when I say that every plate is so lovingly and beautifully prepared that the food should be photographed for "Taste of Home" or the Food Network Magazine. In the Lowell, MA area, this place is tops!

There have been a few…read morewrinkles that I will mention but am willing to forgive because the food really is so delicious. The feijoada is one of the best I've ever had. No off cuts that would scare away those intimidated by some of the more rustic ingredients that are sometimes found in feijoada. There are beautiful ribs and delicious smokey flavor here and nothing to fear or peck at. The condiments. The chef from São Paulo has a real mastery of condiments. His salad dressing will literally turn you into a salad person even if you don't enjoy or typically opt for a salad. There is a little vinegar-based pepper condiment for the feijoada that perfectly balances the wieght of the dish. Don't sleep on any of the little liquids in plastic cups that are served to you. They are all gold. The few issues I've had are regarding communication to customers. I've driven to the restaurant during normal business hours THREE times in a row to find them closed. On two occasions they closed early because it was a slow day. This is especially odd because their hours are lunch-focused as opposed to dinner focused. This is common in Brazil but I feel a little out of place in the U.S. Being closed for dinner is not great, in my personal opinion. Another time they were closed for participating in a culture festival, which is wonderful, but when I called before coming there was no automated message or any type of communication at all informing me that they wouldn't be open that day. It was irritating. Despite the above, when you can make it in, call to make sure they are actually there, and your visit will be well worth it. They are a tiny, family-run kitchen, and I'm ok overlooking to bumps in the road for superb food and very nice people.

Ten-twenty years ago I would of, not so much now. It was $12 and change for my plate. The food is delectable, there's no other way to describe it. There is the buffet bar, then the carving station by the cashier. There are different meats on spits, and are carved up right there. This is a Brazilian restaurant, and yes Brazilian cuisine is awesome! Rice and beans, plantains, chickens, pork ribs, chicken, and beef rib were just some of the things I got to eat. When I went to pay, the price was wrong and I still had to pay! It costs $28 to eat as much as you want, but if you can pay by weight, too. In my case, my heavy meal cost $37. Normally, when it costs more than $27, they only charge $27 because it doesn't make sense. Well, the woman charged me $37. When I saw this, I questioned her. She told me that she couldn't give me my money back because it had already been charged on the computer! In other words, they stole it! I don't recommend anyone to go to this establishment! It's horrible, everything is really bad! I recommend you go to Alma Gaúcha!
