I apologize and explained I did not, I just wanted to make sure they did fingerprinting. She was irritated and annoyed throughout the entire interaction, even though no one else was in the store. I asked how much they charged and she just sighed " I don't know! I wouldn't know until you brought them in. You need your paperwork." It was so an abrupt and rude I simply chuckled and left. We all have bad days but this was just rude.
