Jeffrey is very knowledgeable about the trade and took his time to explain to me how vinyl worked and what the different types of materials are. Had some couple of graphics printed and installed here. there were a few complications like my car not being ready in time despite scheduling a week early ahead of time which resulted in me missing a costly flight, and a no free/small fee redo policy (small design annoyance that only bothered me after looking at it for a day). Despite all that, I'd still give 5 stars, because the front desk, Diana, was very friendly and took time outside her work schedule to try and get my car done. But most importantly, the price was still easily the best I've found. the print quality and install was perfection (to what they wanted). despite what happened, I honestly can't complain due to the price, though getting it redone would end up making it pricier than other places that have free redo policies. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!! BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!!!!!!!! I called them about the price of wrapping my 95 Integra GSR. At the beginning, the quote me for $1800 with 3M materiel. And they told me this price is only good for that weekend, so told me to visit them asap. When i arrived there, they look around on my car, and kind of laughing behind me about my old Integra ( I am not sure why they laugh, may be their cars are more expansive than mine) After they checked my car, and make sure there is no damage at all, they asked me for a $500 deposit. I paid the deposit by cash, and they told me that i can pick up the car next day. Next day around 4pm, i tried to pick up my car. When i got there, they just finished to wrap my hood only. And i told them i need my car asap since i have to work at night time. And they told me that they will try to wrap it asap. I was totally do not understand why they can just wrap a hood only since it almost over 24 hours. After few hours, they finished the work. I was totally shocked when i see the wrapping. IT WAS TOTALLY MESS UP!!!!!!!! There have a lot of bubbles on my bumper, and also the wrapping skill is SO BAD.. i can totally see it is A WARP!!!!! It is not like their advertised showed that nice. I think i can even wrap better than them. I tried to ask for their manager for additional information regarding this issue, and they told me is "$1800 is using this kind of material, not 3M, so that's why you can see the bubble around", it is NORMAL!!!!!!!!!!" Man...This is totally not normal...I paid $1800 for a mess up S@#&!!!!!!!!!! And i tried to ask Michael (their manager) to re-do it for me since this is not acceptable. And he told me that they can't do anything now since the job has been done and what i paid for should be like that. OMG...i feel so upset and disappointed.....And Michael offered me $1500 at the end....And i accepted it since i have no idea what i can do now and they said they already wrapped it. Even thought they removed, i still have to paid that $1500. After i got home, i tried to yelp them..and i found out there have a lot of people complaining their work since they are really not acceptable. Their average age is about 25 years old, and they said they have about 5 years exp., but i don't think so. DO NOT BELIEVE their price on the phone since it is not accurate. I didn't realize that didn't post or link the review back in May. Update: 12/21/2012 - The vinyl wrap on my Lotus still looks outstanding and all the edges are still smooth and straight. I've take a few long trip, 4-6 hours drive, in all weather conditions: sunny, cloudy, and rainy - the outstanding wrap job and material still holding up very well and look new as the day Michael and Raymond installed it. The young friendly and skillful owners, John (?), Michael and Raymond, carefully did a meticulous wrapping job themselves. Michael even told me if I have any bubble problems to come back as he guaranteed his work. Due the curvy rear paneling near the hot engine bay, there were a few bubbles developed. I actually hang out and chat about cars with other car guys and their car industries business associates. So today, I brought the car back due to the bubles near the engine bay and Michael and his crew removed and rewrapped more that half, totally free of charge. It came out even better than the first time around. I even have them partial front wrap and got a killer deal as before. I highly recommend this shop as the owners are very talented in what they do, just car wrap, super friendly, humble, and offer great great deal/service - however, beyond reasonable prices = CHEAP . I called a few places in LA and OC, and they wanted to charge me double to what Impressive Wrap charged me - what a rip off! Photos don't lie. The photos of those cars wrapped are legit! I wasn't getting a full wrap, just the roof. My first impressions when pulling up to Impressive Wrap was excellent. The parking lot was full of exotic and regular cars. Hard to believe that they were wrapped, but they were. Brian and Ryan were great. No hassle transaction, informative, thorough walk around and enthusiastic. Great price for the quality of service. They beat a competitor's quote by 43% less. These guys are here to get your business, not to rip you off. I'm pretty sure that the other place sends their cars here. They gave me a courtesy ride home and an hour and a half later, my car was done. Shark fin antenna was removed and wrapped and the roof was done completely. By removing the antenna, it ensures the look of being painted. They went underneath the roof rails and even all the way to the inner edge of the sunroof. There is no visa le white paint on the roof. I'll be going back for a clear bra and maybe the mirrors. I'm a lifetime customer. Impressive Wrap has a great reputation and it's well deserved. Thanks, guys. read more

I got a roof wrap done on my 2013 Subaru STI yesterday. I was very impressed with the welcome, the service, attentiveness and professionalism I received by everyone involved in the shop. The work was outstanding and done in a timely manner. The price was also outstanding. I didn't know what to expect after recovering the quote but this shop definitely knows what they're doing. The biggest thing was that these guys love cars. They'll suggest future ideas for not only things their shop can do for you but every other avenue to possibly go for customizing your car to make it unique.
