My experience with them has been horrible. After quoting me, I tried to make an appointment, and Yelp messages show you if the business has read your messages, so I can see that they've read it. I have sent multiple messages (i attached screenshots) and they still haven't gotten back to me, not sure if theyre still in business or whats going on, Really slow service or unprofessional ghosting. I had the opportunity to meet Michael and his team and it was such a great experience! First of all, Michael provides the best customer service ever. He is kind, honest, and just a great business owner who understands all facets of the industry. He did a great job on my sister's Model 3 and he did a great job in managing my expectations. I didn't particularly need the car and so I told him to just take his sweet time. He told me it would be 3 weeks to finish the car and he had it done before then! The matte PPF is such great quality as well. It was so soft to the touch and it makes it so much easier to wash. I know there are so many other wrap shops but I've done so much research before coming to Maverick. Michael has the best price with its respective value. Materials are not cheap and it's honestly such an art to wrap a car. It is something I can't do. Especially if you buy a new car, you want to get a PPF to protect the paint and be able to drive a new car every day. Michael does not play and he gets the job done. This place is truly awesome-possum. I'm a fan! A couple months back I decided on a whim to wrap my car. Well, mostly because there was that one time where I couldn't figure out which white car belonged to me at the supercharger in Chino Hills.....and to top it off, nobody had front license plates! Anyway, did some research, called around high and low, originally had a PPF appt at a popular shop in Riverside but cancelled that. Mike's place was the all around best pricing for vinyl wraps so I switched to that instead. He seemed very knowledgable and friendly when I called the first time so I decided I would swing by and take a look at his "color books". Trust...hes got quite a few colors up his sleeves...... I decided on a wrap, baby pink painted calipers (I know I'm too extra..) and satin rims. Paid a deposit same day and booked my appointment several months out for the day after Christmas. Not going to lie, I had a tad more trust in him because I heard he was a firefighter. So fast forward. Everything took a tad more than a week. I was dying inside without my car, but the finished look was TOTALLY WORTH IT...seams were perfect and so far have survived the crazy rainy days this past week. I've gotten lots of compliments already. Mike was so easygoing that he had agreed to wrap my emblems and "mickey mouse ear" my rearview mirrors at the last minute without taking any extra $$$. I'm telling you, this guy is awesome!! It must've been fate because I ran into him a week after picking up my car all the way in Snow Valley...LITERALLY AS I WAS GETTING HOT COCOA IN THE MOUNTAINS. February 2023: Maverick Wraps printed our files that had been designed somewhere else. Their machine cut out the narrow lines of the large symbol on the rear windows. AND it was installed to perfection. Even after a year and probably 40 car washes, it remained flawless. But then a perfectly timed tree fell while driving, and it smashed the beautiful van 03/24. Overall a good experience! i reached out to the owner and got a reasonable quote so I made an appointment. I brought in my brand new Tesla model Y and got a full body PPF coverage through Maverick wraps. If I recall correctly, it took a total of 4ish days. We did run into a slight hiccup where the template they used didn't seem to fit the new models anymore and so there were a few gaps in the wrap but they went ahead and booked me for another appointment free of charge to get the front & rear bumpers redone. Moreover, they also upgraded my PPF free of charge as well (tbh I don't know the name of the film but I was told this one was also hydrophobic). During my second appointment, they helped touch up a few air bubbles and spots where the PPF was sticking up on the side mirrors. Moreover, I also got my brake calipers painted red which I absolutely love and think they look amazing! I'm writing this a few months after the job and things have been holding up pretty well. I'm incredibly glad I got my car protected because I do a lot of road trips and the film has saved my car from a lot of road wear and tear. I have noticed a few gaps in the PPF and I'm not sure if it's also a template issue but it isn't super noticeable unless you look really close. Naturally, since it's a template wrap, the edges of the film have a bit of dirt but unless you're standing really close and looking for it, you likely won't notice it. I inquired for a quote through the Yelp app, the owner Mike was very responsive and helpful. I know nothing about cars I just know I wanted my car head to toe black. Mike gave me a quote for a chrome delete and my wheels. It wasn't the lowest quote I received but it also wasn't the highest. I figured given the quote, combined with the awesome reviews it meant that Mike was running a solid and fair business. Attached are photos before and after and I couldn't be happier. This review is long overdue, but it's because I told Mike I wanted to be able to sit down and give him the proper recognition he deserves. First wrap job for me and when contracting any type of work I have two things working against me. 1 is my OCD and 2 is how picky I am with who does the work. I'm the type where if I want something done right I'd rather do it myself. However, there are certain things I can't do. Insert Maverick Wraps. They say with labor you have to choose 2/3 things when it comes to the work being good, the work being affordable, and the work done in a timely manner. 1. When I went to pick up my car, the tire pressure light was on. The left rear tire had really low tire pressure. Michael helped me filled it up and I was good to go. I later discovered that the tire is definitely damaged in some way because the tire pressure just kept getting pretty low. Like Michael mentioned, it could have been I was on my way to the shop and punctured my tire. The fact is, ever since I picked up my car, it's been like that. The job description does include removing and reinstalling the tire, so it is not 100% irrelevant to them. Not saying they damaged the tire, but what are the chances of my brand new car's tire got damaged right after they finished the job. 2. When I received my key card back, it is all scratched up. I never used my key card because I just use my phone key. The key card is so fragile that it will be easily scratched just by dropping to the ground. 3. This is sort of nit-picking, but 4 out of 10 times they actually pick up their phone calls. It is just Michael that picks up phone call so the chances are he is busy and no one will answer the call when you have questions. Their phone number provided online is basically useless. Called around and Mike was able to give the best price for PPF wrap on the front of my RAV4. I'm going to be honest, the first attempt wasn't great, there were issues with bubbling and edge peeling. I let him know and he offered to fix it, no questions asked. He was already fully booked but he took me the same day and stayed late into the night to make it right. He ended up replacing the entire thing, and it was perfect the second time around. Called in on Monday to make the appointment with Mike (the owner), got in on Thursday morning, and the car was done by 6pm the same day. Super professional and efficient. Benny was kind enough to open the shop a little early for me so I can drop off the car and go to work right after. He also showed me around the shop and explained all the services they offer there. They not only do wrapping, PPF for cars but also advertising printing and wrapping for vans and bigger vehicles. I'm am so glad I did my business with Maverick. I came in the shop and was greeted by both the Owner himself, Mike and his co-worker, Benny. Mike is also a Veteran and he takes care of his fellow veterans. Mike went above and beyond to help with my pick up situation. Michael went above and beyond with my car wrap. I had him do a full PPF, ceramic coating, tint, essentially the whole nine yards. The car came out amazing and his attention to detail is immaculate. I've had other cars wrapped and what sets Michael apart is his aftercare. With any wrap there's going to be a few air bubbles or peeling on some edges, however after 2-3 weeks Michael had me come back so he could do another walk around and correct a few areas.
