It establishes an unspoken trust in an industry riddled with untrustworthy types. Take it from me, I used to work in it. Having said that - this is the motorcycle shop an enthusiast, weekend warrior or someone just starting out can buy a bike, get it serviced or fill a parts order without having to second guess the professionalism or integrity of the staff.
