I went in for an inspection on a Can-Am spyder. They remembered my bike. I hung around in the shop. They offered their comfy chairs for me to wait. After the bike was inspected, they told me that my brakes need to be replaced in the near future because they were getting worn down. The mechanic even came out to make sure I knew about the brakes. There was no pressure to get this done. They made me aware of the issue. read more

I have been doing business with these folks for a couple of years for service on my Victory Vision. I knew when it came time to get a replacement or an additional motorcycle. I would be purchasing an Indian. I stopped in a few days ago to look at a couple of different models and talked to Scottie. She actually remembered me from a previous visit. She was very attentive and knowledgeable about their products. There was no pressure and she was very patient to listen to my long winded story. The particular motorcycle that I was interested in was in high demand and leadtimes on orders were approximately 30 days. As I was considering options, I received a call from Scottie two days later. A motorcycle exactly like the one I wanted, which was on order for another customer had been delivered and that customer decided not to complete the transaction. Stopped in here with my dad while he was visiting from out of town yesterday. He's been wanting to see the Indian motorcycles for a while and doesn't live anywhere near a place that sells them. It was kind'a confusing to find it bc the GPS had no idea where to take us but I called and their automated directions said it was located behind Firestone tires and we easily found it after that. They had bikes outside because the day was nice - the inside is laid out well and they had a pretty good selection of those Indian bikes my dad wanted to see and a ton of their accessories like t-shirts, jackets, gloves, etc. The Indian bikes ranged from the Scout ($11,000) to the high-end one which was about $24,000 and it was really really nice. They had Sea Doos and those new three-wheel Spyder things which were pretty neat as well as some off-road vehicle things. We were asked if we needed some help and my dad spent a little time talking to a friendly employee who gave him more info on the Indian bikes based on his experience with them. Overall we had a pretty good time here and my dad was glad to finally see the bikes. read more

I wish I could give this dealership less than one star. I started coming here because of the location to my home and the fact that I don't know much about watercraft in general. They seemed like a knowledgeable bunch but were sluggish to assist. It seemed like they were bothered by us. They were more than happy to have my business after one of my Sea Doos went under water however. They talked my into winterizing since it was close to the end of the season. I had both of my Sea Doos winterized as well. I was told to just fire them up when the season started, burn off the oil, and it'll work fine. At the beginning of the season neither watercraft would turn over. After following all instructions, I was still not able to get the watercraft to work. I brought my watercraft in without an appointment and was told that it would be at least a couple of weeks to GET TO IT, I told them that they did repair and winterization ($3800) on the unit and they agreed to look at as soon as possible. They called two days later saying that we would need to pay $2000 to repair the wiring harness due to corrosion (which was the reason it was repaired originally). I was told that this is something that could occur over time. Neither the service person, or the paperwork indicated this. So, they repaired a corrosion issue that could resurface and did not mention that at any point during the repair, after the repair, or after winterization. I told the person I was speaking to that I had no clue that this could have become an issue and no one spoke to me about it. In the exchange that followed, I was told that my ignorance of watercraft is not his problem (AH! But it IS sir!) and that I could take him to small claims court if needed. They'll definitely take your money here but you better already know about the mechanics of your own motorcycle or watercraft. Definitely NOT for the novice sporting consumer. read more

The sales team was knowledgeable and helpful while I was shopping for a motorcycle, yet I never felt a bit of pressure from them. Further, the service folks have been great, whether it being for oil changes and inspections or fitting me into the schedule to replace a tire after I found a nail in it. All Out Cycle, Chesapeake VA. Took sling there for front end problem. Parts were needed to fix it. They ordered parts, and they were on back order immediately. Finally had to get parts from another dealer. Had service and state inspection done while it was there. Picked it up yesterday, they said no charge, we'll take care of the bill for taking so long. We need more dealers like that. read more

Absolutely zero stars. went in the other day with my sons to look at some four wheelers. I asked the salesman if my son could sit on them? He said yes...I then asked him how much?... he gave me a price and I asked him if he could come down at all... he told me, he couldn't sell them to me because my sons were too young. First off I also have kids that were not there, that were of the appropriate age. He was a complete idiot and lost a customer. I will get what I need from another dealership, and living in Hickory, Chesapeake...I will be sure to do my best in ensuring that everyone I know steers clear from these idiots. Literally ridiculous, then he starts talking about federally mandated laws...oh yeah, 21 yrs in the Navy, so include the tons of people I know in the military that are looking to buy new bikes....Horrible, rude, and uncalled for. Purchased a 2016 Indian Chief Vintage from All Out Cycle. AJ was great in working with me and beating the price of the dealership in Newport News; they wanted $2K more for the same bike. Since the purchase, I shorted the VCM on the positive terminal connecting a trickle charger. When dropping the bike off for repairs, I confessed my sins to John in Parts/Service. John relayed my story to the owner, David, who called me to inquire about the incident and quote $2K in repairs - new VCM and wiring harness, plus labor. He thanked me for being honest about the incident, vice attempting to blame the manufacturer and claim under warrant. Then he recommended I call Indian to see if they would assist in providing parts. I told David it was my fault and declined. I was surprised a few weeks later when David called to tell me he had good news and bad news. The bad news was bike needed a bath and would not be ready until the next day. The good news, he discussed with Indian my incident and they agreed to provide the parts. My $2K job would only cost me the labor charge. David went above and beyond, more than I would expect from a dealer/owner. I do not think another dealership in Tidewater/Hampton Roads would have done the same. His staff has always been curteous and professional during my time in the dealership. I believe Out Cycle is one of the best dealerships in Hampton Roads. Not fancy, nor full of frills, but it is clean and comfortable; like an old pair of riding boots. read more

I love this dealership/store! The store is very clean and organize. They have variety of stuff to choose from. What got my attention is the Indian Scout Sixty, powerful bike in my size and with reasonable price tag. What I like the most are the associates and sales person: they are very helpful and knowledgeable, specially sales associate named AJ. He helped me get my dream bike with zero APR for 72 months and additional $500.00 discount for the apparels. AJ not only care for the customers' bike but also for the safety of his clients. He took his time to show me and my wife the different kinds of helmets, gloves, and add-ons to match with my ride and our needs. Very nice guy and easy to talk to. I am an owner of a 2016 polaris slingshot. My husband and I drove from Chicago to Virginia for vacation. We decided we wanted another slingshot for myself, we walked into all out cycles and they didn't give us the time of day. They didn't acknowledge us until we approached one of the 3 guys working there, oh did I mention we were the ONLY customers in there. They were rude, so we walked out!
