My other option was to wait for them to go to O'Reillys auto store to get more studs. . After they made 2 trips to the auto parts store my truck was returned to me in what was supposed to be proper working condition. Time 2:24p.m.. While driving from 2/20-2/23 almost 210 miles the vehicle began to shake , I took the truck to a shop to have it looked over , once in the air the technician could wobble the tire just by hand . Each lugnut was on only by 2 or 3 threads .

Kayla was my assigned Service Asvisor. The dealership is easy to find and plenty of space to pull up and be received. The estimated wait was an hour and 45 minutes but everything was completed within an an hour and 15 Minutes. The waiting area is spacious and conducive to remote working. Travis met me at the door, pulled the car around, let me drive, and when we got back got me started on the sales process. I don't have the best credit. OK, I've got lousy credit. This is where the dealership really shined through. They made a fair offer on my trade (more than fair) and found me a lender who was willing to look past my mistakes and get me in to the car.
