Troy gets you out the door and Larry ensures that you keep coming back. I've purchased 2 cars from Troy. He's very personable and he always takes care of me. I love the birthday cards that I get from him personally and looks forward to them each year. What can I say... Troy has made me a "Toyota girl". If you're in need of a new car I would highly recommend Troy at Butler Toyota.

Rescheduled for the next week, took it, still not there. The 3rd time they were finally there. Less than 5,000 miles later, the front two tires were already completely bare on the inner half. Took it back, they said there's nothing we can do, sorry. I took it to Lowe Toyota in Warner Robins, their service manager said, "yea the front end was definitely never aligned after tires were installed". $600 down the drain. Never, ever, come here. They lost my business and everyone I'm able to tell all over 2 tires. Also if you're looking to buy a car, the sales team sits on golf carts and will drive over and start asking you about trade in value/buying a car. Very overwhelming and annoying, so if you're not into that, also don't come here. That being said, Lowe Toyota Service team is 1,000 times better and more professional than Butler's.

We broke down on our way to Arkansas. We were meeting up with family members also going camping in Arkansas. Our daughter and her family lives in Lizella right outside of Macon. Our truck pulling a 38' camper broke down. Engine lights flashing, gauges overheating. Well you get the picture. Our daughter-in-law recommended a place down the street from their house called Stephens Automotive. We came in limping late Thursday to Arrowhead campground. While we were parking our daughter-in-law went down the road to talk to Stephens. She explained our situation. We were to leave with the group at 5AM Friday. Surprisingly the owner/ manager said to come on over. They would look at our truck. You NEVER get a place to see you if 1- show up on short notice, 2- have deadline, 3- have never met or done business with, 4- around closing time and 5- present them with no chance of repeat business. These wonderful people took our truck, hunted down the parts we needed, and made repairs. In less than 24 hours we were back on the road to Arkansas. If you ever need mechanical assistance go to this local shop. The work is top notch. The staff from the front desk to the mechanics in the back are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile on your behalf.

When I see the commercial it always made me smile! :o) Anyway I drove around and checked out the riverside area, went shopping and had lunch. The 2009 RX300 SUV is Amazing! The Service Consultant (Wayne) was the best! He was friendly, courteous, and very professional. Thanks everyone for getting my vehicle serviced and out in a timely matter and for letting me drive that beautiful new machine around!!! This is my second visit here and I am very pleased each time I come in. I know that most dealerships provide loaners, but my excitement came when they gave me THAT one!!

Never trade a vehicle with them, here is their business model. They put Kelly Blue Book on their…read morewebsite to lure you in, lure you in for what your vehicle would be worth. You get the KBB estimate, decide it's not too bad. You go there and they say kbb is just a tool and their tool they use is wayyy lower based off of whatever they want to say in order to low ball the trade. Keep in mind kbb uses avg of all sales and purchases to give you these trade in prices. Well here is where you get played, they say this amount ($$) is the best we can do. They tell you they don't have a margin to be able to offer more based off "their business" model. They suggest hey we are a certified CARMX certified trade company or something like that. Send in the vin an miles and pics and they will give you a price which is usually more than our. We can use that amount as a trade and CARMAX will come pick the car up and sale it because we can't make a better profit. They already know what CARMAX offer will be and come in lower in order to insinuate CARMAX offers more because they make their profits on the finance side rather than the sale side. We guess what, they didn't sell the vehicle (little blue SUV on their lot) to CARMAX as they said they were because there is not profit in it. They chose to keep it and list it for more than $8K more lol. They lied about this on the front end and the back end in order to get you thinking they were not going to keep it to sell based off no profit to be made, then turn around and keep it to make $8k. No profit?, LOL. You would think a dealer would want home town return customers and to maintain them they build relationships of trust and mutual understanding, I have no doubt a company want to make a profit and 3 to 5K would be not unreasonable but to gauge for $8k and lie up front about it, nope!! ** This is in now way reflective of the service department, we have owned several Lexus vehicles and the service department there is very very good. I just wanted to put this out there.
