They promised to fix both before we closed the deal. Now it's more than a week later and my car has been "in service" at a closer Five Star dealership, and when that dealership requested the parts my car needed, Five Star Chrysler waited until after parts orders could no longer be placed that day, then confirmed they would fix the headliner, not the door handle. The GM avoided my calls, everyone else said he was working on it, but eventually did agree to order the handle. So, the car was bought, given right back to them to fix, transferred to another dealership, and the repairs there added another week on top of that. I cannot stress enough, like most everyone else who has reviewed this place: STAY AWAY

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I purchased a Range Rover in February turns out…read morethat it had a roof leak. Came back seven days later with pictures and video. They said they would fix it. Turns out that after returning to the lot and checking on the status the left the vehicle in the weather including days that it rained, so of course I have pictures and video of that. Told them I was not happy and didn't want the vehicle since they had made no effort to fix it and in fact left it out in the rain after being told it leaked. They then again to get me into another vehicle. They then depreciated the value of the Range Rover that they sold me with a leak and left me upside down in a loan on a Jeep Compass. Not happy with the situation I cut my loss and left. Then because I'm out of state and in Macon due to work, I went home to pay the taxes and get my tag for the Jeep Compass which I'm told is not in my name. Call ALM CDJR Macon and repeatedly get sent to voicemail of the tag clerk and voicemail of management who has full voicemail, so I get no answer. When I finally get someone on the phone, they always state that they will give me a call back which I never receive. Driving with and expired temporary tag I am now frustrated and angry with the treatment. Very upset and always in a time crunch due to the nature of my job I drive to the dealership to see managers and works comfortably seated and relaxed. Knowing that I was upset I left my car running to be in and out as fast as possible so that I wouldn't throw a fit. Tell the manager that I need a resolution and I leave. Not sure how my situation will end but buyer please beware. Also, I'm now looking for a lawyer to seek compensation for the depreciation value that I loss from a car that had a roof leak and the hit on my credit because they did not pay of the Range Rover in a timely manner and I had to continually call and tell them I was getting collection calls for the vehicle that they were to pay off. My next step is to protest in front on their lot with signs until the situation is resolved. They have no idea what they are doing. They even put me in a dirty rental car with the previous customer information and paperwork in it which again I have proof, pictures, and paperwork on. I'm exhausted dealing with this dealership. Never again will I purchase anything from this brand.

I took it to Lowe Toyota in Warner Robins, their service manager said, "yea the front end was definitely never aligned after tires were installed". $600 down the drain. Never, ever, come here. They lost my business and everyone I'm able to tell all over 2 tires. Also if you're looking to buy a car, the sales team sits on golf carts and will drive over and start asking you about trade in value/buying a car. Very overwhelming and annoying, so if you're not into that, also don't come here. That being said, Lowe Toyota Service team is 1,000 times better and more professional than Butler's.

We broke down on our way to Arkansas. We were meeting up with family members also going camping in Arkansas. Our daughter and her family lives in Lizella right outside of Macon. Our truck pulling a 38' camper broke down. Engine lights flashing, gauges overheating. Well you get the picture. Our daughter-in-law recommended a place down the street from their house called Stephens Automotive. We came in limping late Thursday to Arrowhead campground. While we were parking our daughter-in-law went down the road to talk to Stephens. She explained our situation. We were to leave with the group at 5AM Friday. Surprisingly the owner/ manager said to come on over. They would look at our truck. You NEVER get a place to see you if 1- show up on short notice, 2- have deadline, 3- have never met or done business with, 4- around closing time and 5- present them with no chance of repeat business. These wonderful people took our truck, hunted down the parts we needed, and made repairs. In less than 24 hours we were back on the road to Arkansas. If you ever need mechanical assistance go to this local shop. The work is top notch. The staff from the front desk to the mechanics in the back are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile on your behalf.

You get the KBB estimate, decide it's not too bad. You go there and they say kbb is just a tool and their tool they use is wayyy lower based off of whatever they want to say in order to low ball the trade. Keep in mind kbb uses avg of all sales and purchases to give you these trade in prices. Well here is where you get played, they say this amount ($$) is the best we can do. They tell you they don't have a margin to be able to offer more based off "their business" model. They suggest hey we are a certified CARMX certified trade company or something like that. Send in the vin an miles and pics and they will give you a price which is usually more than our. We can use that amount as a trade and CARMAX will come pick the car up and sale it because we can't make a better profit. They already know what CARMAX offer will be and come in lower in order to insinuate CARMAX offers more because they make their profits on the finance side rather than the sale side. We guess what, they didn't sell the vehicle (little blue SUV on their lot) to CARMAX as they said they were because there is not profit in it. They chose to keep it and list it for more than $8K more lol. They lied about this on the front end and the back end in order to get you thinking they were not going to keep it to sell based off no profit to be made, then turn around and keep it to make $8k. No profit?, LOL. You would think a dealer would want home town return customers and to maintain them they build relationships of trust and mutual understanding, I have no doubt a company want to make a profit and 3 to 5K would be not unreasonable but to gauge for $8k and lie up front about it, nope!! ** This is in now way reflective of the service department, we have owned several Lexus vehicles and the service department there is very very good. I just wanted to put this out there.

When she finally located one through…read moreHutchinson GMC Cadillac, she engaged in ten full days of communication with their salesman to ensure every detail was in place. We live three hours away, so she specifically asked--multiple times--whether she needed to place any earnest money to secure the vehicle. She was assured "No, it's yours. Come Saturday." We were texting salesperson Saturday am. Based on their word, we drove three hours, only to receive a phone call minutes before pulling into the dealership informing us that the vehicle had been sold. Although the salesperson knew we were driving up to purchase vehicle. No communication whatsoever. This was not an oversight--this was a complete breakdown of professional responsibility. When we arrived, I addressed the salesman directly. To be fair, he seemed inexperienced and poorly trained. The real failure came from the management team. When I asked for a supervisor, I was met not with accountability or an apology, but with an insincere, scripted sales pitch--the kind you hear from someone more concerned with deflecting blame than resolving an issue. I made it clear that what occurred was unprofessional, disrespectful, and entirely unacceptable. As we exited, the supervisor called out, "Drive safe going home," with unmistakable sarcasm. That comment alone reflects an astounding lack of maturity, professionalism, and customer respect. Only after we were already two miles down the interstate did the General Manager contact us. And the reason for the call was obvious: he had been informed that I intended to leave a negative review. Suddenly, he was eager to "make it right." Not because he valued us as customers, but because he wanted to shield the dealership from public accountability and protect his year-end customer service metrics. He claimed to have "another XT5 identical to the one you wanted." We returned--only to find a burgundy not white vehicle that was nowhere near what was promised. This was a transparent attempt to pacify us long enough to prevent a negative review. It was manipulative and unprofessional. At no point did the dealership offer: * Gas reimbursement * A meal voucher * A gift card * A sincere apology * Any form of compensation for a wasted six-hour trip Nothing. After causing significant inconvenience, they provided zero effort to correct their failure. I work in public service. If we inconvenienced citizens like this, we would immediately provide support--fuel cards, meal vouchers, whatever was necessary--to make it right. The fact that Hutchinson Cadillac did not speaks volumes. This dealership may have inflated online ratings, but it only takes one experience like ours to reveal the truth: Hoskins GMC Cadillac is mismanaged, poorly trained, and prioritizes protecting its image over practicing integrity. To the General Manager: Your reactive, review-driven approach to customer care is not leadership. It is damage control. And it is obvious. We will never do business with this dealership again. Anyone considering it should understand that you are taking a gamble with an organization that has demonstrated a willingness to break promises, waste customers' time, and hide behind polished ratings rather than deliver genuine service.

However, the information given about my vehicle was WRONG and almost cost me thousands of dollars. I took my car in to be diagnosed as the Warranty company said please take it to the dealership in which we did. They tried to tell me that my transmission cooler line had rubeed against a sensor and popped it, causing the transmission to be no good and said they were throwing CVT trans codes when hooked to the scanner indicating the transmission was bad. My husband spoke to them and they said if warranty covered it, the cost would be roughly $4800.00. When they called to let us know warranty was sending an inspector out, and that warranty denied the claim I knew something was up. We have one of the best warrantys you could ask for, warranty caught on to the fact they were trying to get more money out of them. Picked my car up after they told me $7050.00 (roughly) to replace the transmission. We then asked warranty could we get a second opinion, took it to Gibsons Garage (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), they did confirm the line was busted, and warranty would not cover the line under drive train. However they had NO trans codes coming up. They replaced the line, added a half quart, to a quart of trans fluid, and my cars been good as new, not to mention they saved me almost 7 thousand dollars. I will NEVER recommend anyone to take their car here. Theyre just out for the money and not looking out for their customer.
