The keys would not communicate with the new WIN and they DIDN'T KNOW? The push to start and keyless entry would not work at all and the key fob wouldn't work from the outside unless you were standing with the vehicle. So. I take it to them again. They fix it and it seems to be fine. They forget to plug in the gas cap release button SO I TAKE IT UP THERE AGAIN!!!! Now all seems well after this last time. The keyless entry and push to start work fine but shortly after I realize from outside the vehicle pushing the buttons on my key fob only works sometimes. I replaced the key fob batteries. Doesn't help. ANNOYED to say the least. I called them and guess what they say? I NEED ANOTHER WIN?? A THIRD ONE??? And why? "Because it's a Dodge and they make terrible products." I am done. Don't work on a car if you don't know how to repair that model. But, why let making money get in the way? duh. I later took it to another shop who said I need a new starter.Problem solved.
