Long wait Stopped in due to some noise while driving. I knew…read moreI needed tires but it seemed more mechanical (axle) than tire related. After waiting all day for a check they told me tires were the issue. I already had tires on order elsewhere so said I'd stop back if it persisted. Got the tires swapped and it still had the noise so I came back the next day. Waited all day for them to take a look and they didn't get to it. The desk guy suggested that I take it elsewhere as he (personally) thought it may be transmission related. Took it to another local shop and it indeed was the axle. Just disappointed that they really didn't take the time to look at it after having it sit for two days. Gladly would have paid for their time. Maybe they just don't want work beyond tires and oil changes? Who knows.

Just letting all the LADIES know. Don't go here. I came here to fix my flat tire with a patch. I…read morehave a ford F-150. They acted perturbed, frustrated, and dismissive as if it were going to be a a major hassle. After waiting for any real resolve and perhaps some manners of hospitality I left and took my business elsewhere. Where you ask? TJ's right up the street where the boys there fixed it up in less than 15 mins only charged 25 and were very considerate and showed respect to a woman, and for that they got my business and a 20 dollar tip on top. Just letting y'all know treating a woman with a little respect could go a long way for your business. It's 2026!!!!

I have a great sports car that's wonderful to drive but has two problems: It's hard get in and…read moreout of and it's hard to find someone to work on it without charging an arm and a leg. Mr. Paul runs a gas station, auto repair and an authorized Budget Truck Rental establishment. I've been past this location a million times but never have stopped. I had the radiator on my car break early this year. That's right break. Who knew that they're making these things out of plastic for part of it. One shop wanted twice the amount of money for labor than his shop did. I'm really glad that I went to him as I was planning on buying a used radiator from a salvage yard. He told me this is a common problem and a used one would do the same thing. I never thought to bring a new container of antifreeze to replace what he was taking out. I thought he could reuse it as I had just replaced the coolant a few months earlier. But, he had to use new coolant and didn't even charge me extra for that. Now, I sat there and waited while he replaced the part. Very nice man. He even gave me the remote to the TV. This is what I would term not a chain type shop. That is, where everything is fancy and absolutely spotless. He's got a few old magazines, maybe a spider web or two and the look of what a mechanic's office used to be before everything got fancy and pricey. So, if you don't mind a that this doesn't look like a cover off of a magazine, your pocket book will thank you. He does stand behind his work and I would have no hesitation to bring my vehciles back to him for service, if need be.
