My Truck was making a ticking noise and burning plastic smell before I took it to Ogden Auto, Trucks a 2022 Dodge Ram 42k miles. got an Oil Change (Full Syn Of-Course) with filter, Truck now runs great with no weird noises or burn smells, not sure what extra they did, tighten belts etc.. Went for a scheduled appt to find out they wouldn't be able to look at my car that day, maybe that week. Was also told there was a charge for the assessment that day instead of it being discussed when I called beforehand and asked questions. Decided to take my vehicle somewhere else. Really professional people and very responsive and respectful. 10/10 on that, but I brought my truck in with a list of stuff to do, most of it was quoted very high so i decided only to fix the ball joints and tie rod ends (which I provided the parts for). Was quoted $1,700 for that which was way too high so I decided against that as well. On the way home my hood started floating up so I had to stop and shut it properly before it destroyed my windshield, and for some reason the tailgate was left down too. read more

A recent accident put our Chevrolet 2500 diesel truck in the collision repair shop. Further investigation showed there might be a transmission issue, so the truck was towed to Ogden. Edwin met with me in person when I signed off for them to work on our vehicle, and not only did they get the truck in for evaluation sooner than expected, they diagnosed the problem and got the truck back to the collision shop for body repairs before I even followed up. Everyone was friendly and genuine, and the business area was very clean. We got the impression that the suggestion stating they're the Chevy diesel experts were definitely true.
