After we picked up car and started driving down road, the battery light came on (because our alternator needed to be replaced). Pulled over and when I looked under hood I find out they didn't even replace the battery I paid them for. When I called them to explain what happened, they got very rude and told me that it just happens and that it's not a big deal. We had someone else run a test and confirmed that the alternator was failing and needed to be replaced. Never going back here again. They charge for work that they didn't do and they don't even attempt to make things right.

The frustration that comes along with trying to find a tire place that also does alignments. Ideally anytime you replace tires you should also get an alignment. Sadly most places only provide the tires and balance or rotate them. This place however, is a one-stop shop. Not only do they have tires at reasonable prices, but they also perform alignments which, in my humble opinion, addresses, safety concerns as well. My wife is currently serving in the military and they honored her by giving me a discount. The gentleman that I worked with at the front desk kept me updated as to how long my weight was going to be and provided information to help me make an informed decision about the service that I actually needed. Every employee that came in and out of the door greeted me either with words or a gesture which unfortunately rare with regards to customer service nowadays. When I checked out, I was thanked for mine and my wife's service, which is also rare. This business is veteran owned and caters to the local neighborhood. That is to say that the service here is more personal and flexible than chains such as Mavis or discount tire who follow corporate policy regardless of locality. All that to say I had an excellent experience and go refer any business to this location. It is right off 247, maybe half a mile past the post office. I highly recommend for tires and any other automotive services they may perform.

They missed a lug nut on my wheels when getting new tires, let me drive around with it, and the owner went straight into defense mode and claimed that it was missing to begin with. He wouldn't refund me for the install cost and was nasty. This place is also unprofessional, they never call you when your vehicle is done despite always asking when I'm there. Additionally, the owner that sits in the back is grumpy and sighed that he had to get up and came to the counter when I was there to pickup my car. He just looked at me and kept eating his lunch when I walked in. This place is not reliable and I wouldn't trust them. The owner has no integrity or honesty.

Broke the bolts loose from the exhaust to get to the starter. No problem they said. Yeah, there were now more problems. They either didn't put the bolts back the way it should have been, missed a few or whatever.Rattle, rattle, rattle.Potentially dangerous now. Don't work on a car if you don't know how to repair that model. But, why let making money get in the way? duh. I later took it to another shop who said I need a new starter.Problem solved. How simple is that? How simple is robbie not catching that a starter needs replacing?It's not rocket science. Simple problem but robbie wasn't smart enough to figure that out. Typical. Took it back to them. I had the starter issue and electrical issue. They charged me cash money for saying they fixed it but didn't. I take it back and good ole robbie says "no." No what? Did they have to hire a rocket scientist to come up with that clever reply? Let's recap: They don't fix problems they create on your car, and don't refund money customers paid to the to fix problems. But, I now see his point and the old man was very right. Expect to get an attitude if you go in. Expect them to think that THEY gave you a great favor by simply working on your car. Guys, keep your receipts. Use a credit card. Drive the car on the highway, look under the hood the day you get it back. Document it. Take pictures before and after. They are a "likeable" company. By that I mean, when you walk in the door, they either "like" you or they don't. If they don't. You need to leave. LEAVE! Take a gander at the gaudy rings. Maybe he doesn't know how to buy diamonds? Maybe he just doesn't know? Maybe he loves spending money on gumball machines? But wearing two such rings is something that only Liberace would do and people actually liked him. To my knowledge, robbie doesn't have a piano in the office. Liberace had more hair than robbie even if it were kept in a drawer. People take notice and will go somewhere else. The tires come from a central warehouse and are ordered usually on the day you come in. It should be the same price at the next place down the road for tires. Here's how it went: The Good: -- They are professional. Each interaction with the people was good. They are helpful, explain what they are doing, and answer all questions. -- The service is relatively fast. -- Waiting areas are pretty clean. -- Easy to schedule an appointment online. I got one for my brakes same day. -- Decent selection of tires. The Not So Good: -- Expensive -- Expensive -- Did I say expensive? Let me qualify this. -- Tires are about 50% more than a place like Walmart or Costco where you will get a similar product with no noticeable difference and similar warranty. -- I got my brakes (all 4 wheels) done about 2 years ago at a different shop for about $800. Mavis charged me $1100 for 2 wheels! -- you can go to auto zone and get all the parts they used for about $450 vs the $670 they charged me -- Labor is a set price for working on a set part. It is NOT per hour. $416 for labor that took a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes. To put this in perspective, that is the same as a junior airline captain. Bottom Line: We went to Mavis out of convenience and necessity. We will NOT be going back. Save your money and go someplace else.

No questiones asked other then to see it in person. they offered to have a body shop repair the paint and went above by offering to install a leveling kit free of labor charge. They even went as far as pointing out some overspray they noticed that I didn't and had that quickly removed. They even took the tail bed off and bringing to the shop themself so literally no work on my part! All in all a great Exp with a great and honest company. Hard to come by these days.
