Last Thursday while driving from MN to FL we must have ran over something because all of a sudden tire pressure on one of my tires was down to 33 PSI on my Tesla Model Y. Teslas do not have spares and thankfully I always have a portable air compressor with me. We continued to our destination for the evening in Warner Robins, GA but arrived after everything was closed. I woke up every couple of hours to make sure the tire didn't go flat. We got to Discount Tire before they opened and they took my car in right at 8am as a walk-in even though they were already very busy. By 9:12am we were on the road. Amazing staff and an incredible company. I could not recommend the team on Watson enough. Thank you!!!!!! read more

Made an appointment online for a four-tire replacement. Appointment was for 8 AM (opening time). I arrived just before 8, was greeted by name at the door, and was on my way with new tires in about 25 minutes. Great job! read more

We were traveling north on I 75 at 3 pm Monday May 18th with our 39 ft fifth wheel when we had a blowout on one of the 4 tires. We were just south of Warner Robbins. We had more than 150 miles to go after changing the one tire and the spare looked iffy. The tire monitoring system started alerting on the other tires, so we looked for a Discount Tire close to our route. I first called another Discount Tire and the call would not connect. I called the Discount Tire on Lake Joy Road, spoke to a very nice man, who advised he had two different sets of tires available and to come on in. He told us where to get the RV in, and came out as soon as he saw us driving in. In about an hour, we were back on the road with 4 new tires and a new spare. They made sure our tire monitoring system worked, had a nice waiting area and were just the nicest people to deal with. If you are in the Warner Robbins area or traveling like we were with an emergency tire replacement, do NOT hesitate to use this wonderful Discount Tire location!! Thank you!! read more

Enterprise gave me a rental with a nail in the tire. While they filled the tire up with air prior to giving me the rental, i didn't connect the dots until I had to drive the car again a few days later and saw the flat tire. We gave enterprise a call and they told us to go here for them to swap out tires. Discount Tire had to call Enterprise hq for approval prior to working on it, but had us in and out within 30 mins. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. We highly recommend! read more

My Daughter is a teacher in the middle georgia area. she needed new tires on her vehicle. I called around and got prices on several tires. Driving through on my way to Tampa and my tires felt like they were out of balance. The quality of the work was excellent, they got me in and out quickly, and there was no charge since I had purchased the tires at a Discount Tire in Nashville a couple years earlier. read more

Quality of service was satisfactory, however, they are slowwwwwwwwww. Arrived at the Lake Joy location with a flat tire to be repaired at about 2:30 pm, 4 hours later, my vehicle was finally pulled into one of the repair bays, can't see why it would take four hours to repair a basic repair and no one told me why it was delayed. Common courtesy would have been to give me an occasional update but that never occurred. read more

I had a bent rim and the staff here was able to fix it the same day. At no charge! I would definitely recommend it here.

I had to get a tire plugged and showed up on Saturday and within 30 minutes I was in and out. The entire staff was very professional and could not have asked for better service! read more

I had a nail in my tire and I made a same day appointment for Friday afternoon. If you've never been here before (during COVID), you drive up to the front of the building and there's an A-frame with a QR code. When you scan it with your phone, it will ask you to fill out your info and will put you in a queue! I was checked in in less than 5 minutes since there wasn't a lot of people there. Kilo helped replace my tire (since it punctured the inner tube) and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!! I will definitely return here if I need new tires and I recommend this place 100%!! read more

I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire on Watson Blvd in Warner Robins today. Nico was helpful when I called for a quote, and also assisted me when I arrived at the store. He verified the age of my tires, which were much older than I realized, and shared different options for replacement. The entire team was pleasant and professional, and they finished everything during the original estimated window. The waiting area is also very comfortable. They are now my source for any future tire needs. read more

I had a leak in my tire and Lonnie was able to get me an appointment first thing the very next morning. All of the employees were very helpful and professional. They were able to patch and balance my tire within 10 minutes. I will definitely be coming back if there are any issues with my tires. If you're looking for fast, reliable, and affordable tire servicing, this is definitely the place to go. read more

My dad passed away in June and when I arrived to help my mom plan the services, I realized I had a leak in my tire. I took it in right before closing and they stayed late to fix it and didn't even charge me. They asked if my dad worked on the base and when I told them he had retired from serving a few years in the Navy and working on radios on the AFB his whole life. They thanked me for his service and told me my family was in their thoughts. It was so helpful to get quick service in that situation and so kind of them to help me when I'm from out of town and have never even bought tires from them before. Thank you for your kindness in my time of need. read more

Phenomenal service! Not even half way to the door or 2 minutes go by and I'm already greeted by Justin! Very friendly and helpful. He asked me a bunch of questions while he checked my tires! I had a nail in one of them. I had originally came by to get a new set of tires because previously I had came in and another employee had told me I'd be needing new tires soon. I came by due to the great service I received last time when they patched one of my tires for me. Justin was really patient with me while we tried to find the best tires for my budget! We must of looked at 4 or 5 different ones until we found the right one! He also let me know all other services that came free after the tire changing! So awesome! The rest of the staff was great and worked really quickly! I was in at 845, got done around 930. Love my new tires and am pretty happy about the price I paid! Will definitely be back for all my free services! Thank you Discount Tires WR!!! read more

I am a long time Discount Tire customer. An hour ago I'd have rated you a 5; right now; 1 or less. The front end of my F150 is out of alignment; I'm told Discount Tire does not do alignments; the associate in the store told me buy the tires then go to an alignment shop. Well gee, the alignment shops here all sell tires; so for the first time since they put a Discount Tire in my town I'll buy tires elsewhere and from now on. Another thing; lose the AI phone system; took an hour calling two locations to get an associate to pick up the call. Goodbye. read more

I came in with having a spare off its rims and got it sorted out pretty quickly. Lonnie helped me and was amazing, seemed knowledgeable and left a great impression, offered some alternatives since the tire was a bit off its lifespan. I honestly recommend others to come here, definitely will be coming back if I have any more tire problems. read more

I've taken all of my vehicles to this Discount Tire and I have never been dissapointed. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have always been willing to work with me, fit me into tight schedules, and get me in and out as quickly as possible. I don't plan on going anywhere else for tires or repairs. read more

We were on our way to the beach and had a tire blow out on our trailer. The fellas at Discount Tire got us back on the road in under 15 MINUTES! They were fast, friendly, and extremely helpful. Even though their bays were full of vehicles with scheduled repairs, they took the time to get us what we needed to replace our spare. They didn't try to upsell us anything and even compared tires for us. I can't recommend this business more! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! read more

Have you ever just had one of those days? Well I was having one today. I'm at home sick with bronchitis running a fever. My husband calls from work and says he locked his keys in his car. So I have to go out and bring him the spare key while sick. As I pull onto the road I hear the ever dreaded click click click. Hoping it was just a rock I continued to my husband. When I get to his job he informs me that it's a screw in my tire. He tells me to take it to discount tires. I'm so sick and do not want to do this. But I go anyway for fear of having a flat on the way home. Did I mention I also brought my dog with me? I pulled into discount tire and ask them if they can look at my tire. The sales personnel gladly obliged and immediately followed me to my car. I explained to him that I was sick and had my dog and requested that they repair my tire while I remained in it. He stated that this would be no problem and asked me to pull up and wait further instructions. I gladly did so. In about 15 minutes a man approached my car and guided me into the bay where he remove my tire, took it off the rim, rolled it back and patched it. After placing it back on the rim they also balanced it and then installed it to my car. I thanked them profusely and asked how much was my bill. To my surprise he replied "nothing, it's a courtesy." I gave them a $10 tip and cannot wait to get my next set of tires from these guys. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you discount tire. Did I mention that I was only there less than an hour? read more

One of the tires on our travel trailer blew states away from home. Discount Trailer, Warner Robins, GA were awesome. They were the only ones in the area to have our tires in stock and could accommodate travel trailers. Phillip ordered the tires, gave us an appointment for the next day, made a way to accommodate our travel trailer, and told us how to get additional discounts. They turned our disaster into a victory!! read more

Impressed with the operation here, they were able to have my tire shipped in and I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes. Best part was I somehow had an early Senior moment and left my wallet in their waiting room, they got a hold of it before it walked off and had it waiting for me when I realized I left it there. So for those reasons, 5 stars, will be my go to tire spot for now on. read more

One person running the cash register. Line of people coming out the door. Was only trying to tell them what I needed... drop off my car ... and come back later. Made me wait in line 25 min and still never made it to the cashier. Nice people but terrible management. Get some more cashiers read more

Super courtious and welcoming. I was in and out in 30 minutes for four new tire replacements. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Gave me exactly what I purchased through the website. No hassle. Really good professionals. Good price for the tires and they have good warranty deals as well. Highly recommend. Best service I've ever gotten from a tire shop. read more

A bit disappointing. They came highly recommended, however after they looked at my tire and told me it was a simple repair, the wait time was going to be almost 2 hours. Being new to the area and not having another mode of transportation to get me back home, I would have been stuck there waiting. So I chose to go to Raffields tire who got me in right away. read more

I just had to share my recent experience with Discount Tire on Lake Joy Rd in Warner Robins. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and discovered a screw was stuck in the tread. Even though I had never done business with Discount Tire before, I took my car there because it was convenient. I was greeted within minutes by Paul and my car was taken into the repair stall immediately. After about 25 minutes, a young man comes out and shows me the screw and says they not only patched the tire, they balanced it as well. I asked where do I pay and he says it is FREE!! I said I didn't purchase my tires from them and he says it didn't matter. It was so shocking that I wanted to argue with them. I just couldn't believe that someone would perform this work for free. I just can't say enough good things about this whole experience. If or when I need tires, I will definitely go to Discount Tire. read more

Great place their service is unmatched by any other tire shop I have used. They gave me an excellent price on Pirelli tires for my Firebird, it doesn't spin the wheels unless I hit the throttle now, before it had a problem because of the turbo charger making to much power for regular tires to stick to the pavement. I called several other tire shops first and they didn't offer much information on how one tire is different than another. read more

This place really lives up to the reviews! I made an appointment to have two tires replaced - they had my tires in stock and when I came in the next day they were ready for my car. I only had to wait 30 minutes and my car was ready! Everyone I interacted with was super friendly. Would definitely recommend to a friend! read more

I have to give a shout out to Discount Tire on Watson Blvd. I had a nail in one of my tires today and stopped by to have it fixed. The belt broke when they tried to repair it so they put a used tire on so I could be safe until we could replace our tires in a few weeks. I tried to pay and they wouldn't charge me. They just asked that I give them my business when we were ready to buy new tires. I can definitely do that! read more

Had 4 new continental pure contact tires placed on my 2004 Rx330. I had an appointment, work was completed in under an hour. I didn't give 5 stars since I had to come back the next day because the technician didn't reset my tire pressure monitoring system. Tires ride well otherwise, haven't been in rain yet to see how they perform. read more

I've been a long time customer of the Macon location and today marks my first visit to the Warner Robins location. This place has everything you could ask for in a tire store: service, price, and quality. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this location. The store is clean, the people are friendly, and the service is quick. They also have free waters and coffee for waiting customers. read more

Great service. Got a nail in our tire. They were about to close and still helped us.

Service service service. Discount tires' has some awesome service. Not only is the service great, but the prices are cheaper than most anywhere. Best part is that they are quick and you don't end up spending hours there. The manager Paul is very hands on and helpful. Highly recommend. read more

Went in to get my TPMS replaced on my front passenger side tire, and the employee who went out to check my tires came back and told me I didn't have enough tread on my tire, and he couldn't replace it unless I bought new tires. He purposely checked the 1/8 of an inch tread remaining until the tire hit the wear bar vs. checking the actual tire tread. Pretty crappy service if you ask me. I will not use this store again. I'm a returning customer, and have bought two very expensive sets here in the past, and would have gladly bought a new set, if they actually needed replaced. Someone else will get my business. read more

Great service and pricing. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and most of all not pushy. I'll definitely be going back when I need new tires. And they give a military discount. read more

Most amazing experience! Lapaul at the call center and Paul at the store were both perfect examples of customer service. They were concerned with our budget and safety. Prices are decent I guess won't find out as I went in to get a quote for 2 new tires and it was like I was invisable, maybe I should have sent in my husband, none of the men (boys) even acknowledged me, waited around for about 15 minutes before I just left went to Peach Tire and they took wonderful care of me, huge shout out to them!!! I made an appointment for a tire patch today and showed up a little before my appointment. I waited for 40 minutes before I was seen. I didn't stay because they said it would be over an hour before the car was seen. I'm not sure what the point of an appointment is but it didn't help. I'm also not sure why they were so popular but it isn't for their timeliness. read more
