Enterprise gave me a rental with a nail in the tire. While they filled the tire up with air prior to giving me the rental, i didn't connect the dots until I had to drive the car again a few days later and saw the flat tire. We gave enterprise a call and they told us to go here for them to swap out tires. Discount Tire had to call Enterprise hq for approval prior to working on it, but had us in and out within 30 mins. Quality of service was satisfactory, however, they are slowwwwwwwwww. Arrived at the Lake Joy location with a flat tire to be repaired at about 2:30 pm, 4 hours later, my vehicle was finally pulled into one of the repair bays, can't see why it would take four hours to repair a basic repair and no one told me why it was delayed. I had a nail in my tire and I made a same day appointment for Friday afternoon. If you've never been here before (during COVID), you drive up to the front of the building and there's an A-frame with a QR code. When you scan it with your phone, it will ask you to fill out your info and will put you in a queue! I was checked in in less than 5 minutes since there wasn't a lot of people there. Kilo helped replace my tire (since it punctured the inner tube) and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!! My dad passed away in June and when I arrived to help my mom plan the services, I realized I had a leak in my tire. I took it in right before closing and they stayed late to fix it and didn't even charge me. They asked if my dad worked on the base and when I told them he had retired from serving a few years in the Navy and working on radios on the AFB his whole life. They thanked me for his service and told me my family was in their thoughts. Phenomenal service! Not even half way to the door or 2 minutes go by and I'm already greeted by Justin! Very friendly and helpful. He asked me a bunch of questions while he checked my tires! I had a nail in one of them. I had originally came by to get a new set of tires because previously I had came in and another employee had told me I'd be needing new tires soon. I came by due to the great service I received last time when they patched one of my tires for me. Justin was really patient with me while we tried to find the best tires for my budget! I am a long time Discount Tire customer. An hour ago I'd have rated you a 5; right now; 1 or less. The front end of my F150 is out of alignment; I'm told Discount Tire does not do alignments; the associate in the store told me buy the tires then go to an alignment shop. Well gee, the alignment shops here all sell tires; so for the first time since they put a Discount Tire in my town I'll buy tires elsewhere and from now on. Have you ever just had one of those days? Well I was having one today. I'm at home sick with bronchitis running a fever. My husband calls from work and says he locked his keys in his car. So I have to go out and bring him the spare key while sick. As I pull onto the road I hear the ever dreaded click click click. Hoping it was just a rock I continued to my husband. When I get to his job he informs me that it's a screw in my tire. He tells me to take it to discount tires. I'm so sick and do not want to do this. But I go anyway for fear of having a flat on the way home. Did I mention I also brought my dog with me? I pulled into discount tire and ask them if they can look at my tire. The sales personnel gladly obliged and immediately followed me to my car. I explained to him that I was sick and had my dog and requested that they repair my tire while I remained in it. He stated that this would be no problem and asked me to pull up and wait further instructions. I gladly did so. In about 15 minutes a man approached my car and guided me into the bay where he remove my tire, took it off the rim, rolled it back and patched it. After placing it back on the rim they also balanced it and then installed it to my car. I thanked them profusely and asked how much was my bill. To my surprise he replied "nothing, it's a courtesy." I gave them a $10 tip and cannot wait to get my next set of tires from these guys. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you discount tire. Best part was I somehow had an early Senior moment and left my wallet in their waiting room, they got a hold of it before it walked off and had it waiting for me when I realized I left it there. I just had to share my recent experience with Discount Tire on Lake Joy Rd in Warner Robins. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and discovered a screw was stuck in the tread. Even though I had never done business with Discount Tire before, I took my car there because it was convenient. I was greeted within minutes by Paul and my car was taken into the repair stall immediately. After about 25 minutes, a young man comes out and shows me the screw and says they not only patched the tire, they balanced it as well. I asked where do I pay and he says it is FREE!! I said I didn't purchase my tires from them and he says it didn't matter. It was so shocking that I wanted to argue with them. I just couldn't believe that someone would perform this work for free. I just can't say enough good things about this whole experience. If or when I need tires, I will definitely go to Discount Tire. read more

Great place their service is unmatched by any other tire shop I have used. They gave me an excellent price on Pirelli tires for my Firebird, it doesn't spin the wheels unless I hit the throttle now, before it had a problem because of the turbo charger making to much power for regular tires to stick to the pavement. Went in to get my TPMS replaced on my front passenger side tire, and the employee who went out to check my tires came back and told me I didn't have enough tread on my tire, and he couldn't replace it unless I bought new tires. He purposely checked the 1/8 of an inch tread remaining until the tire hit the wear bar vs. checking the actual tire tread. Pretty crappy service if you ask me. I will not use this store again. I'm a returning customer, and have bought two very expensive sets here in the past, and would have gladly bought a new set, if they actually needed replaced. I made an appointment for a tire patch today and showed up a little before my appointment. I waited for 40 minutes before I was seen. I didn't stay because they said it would be over an hour before the car was seen. I'm not sure what the point of an appointment is but it didn't help. My husband and I have both purchased tires here for our 2 vehicles in the past. Even though I did not purchase my most recent tires from them, they attempted to repair a flat that I had, for free. Unfortunately, they could not repair the flat but put a good condition used tire that they had on hand on my car so that I would be safer than if I was driving around on my spare tire. On Monday, July 9th I was driving from Florida to my house in North Georgia. I was alone with my three young children. We got a flat tire on the interstate. I was able to put my donut on but we were still 3plus hours away from home. I knew that every place had to be close to closing time. It was going to be a long shot to get somewhere before they closed and have them complete the work. I was a nervous wreck, having to change a tire on the side of the interstate with my babies in the car and now facing the possibility that I was going to have to get a hotel and wait until the morning to get a new tire. I walked into Discount Tire in Warner Robbins very emotional and skeptical. Within minutes I felt much different. Jordan was behind the counter. I explained my situation and he listened, really listened to me. He looked at my tires and gave me options. He told me that he would get to it soon. That is exactly what he did. We went next door to grab a bite to eat (fast food) and by the time that we were done, our car was done also. I have never had any car work done so quickly in my life. The car looked great. The tire was perfect. They also put all of the spare tire and equipment back where they belonged. I had them all over the place. Jordan had pulled the car up front and had it all ready for us. He wished us a safe trip home. This was the best experience that I have ever had at a tire place from the time I walked into the time I walked out.
