Raffield Tire Master on Watson Avenue saved me today! I live in Indianapolis and was here visiting family when I hit something in the road. I knew when it happened that I probably damaged my tire, but I had no idea what I hit in the pitch black darkness of a country road. Turns out, my rim was bent so my tire was losing air. I took my Nissan Rogue to Raffield on the advice of the maintenance guy at my hotel. Raffield was able to straighten my rim and get the tire to seal again. Because I was traveling, they did this for me at no charge. I cannot say enough good things about Raffield! They were professional, clear in communication about the problem and very, very kind. My elderly aunt went to have her car fixed. It is a Nissan Versa with less than 100k miles on it. She was told, with no check engine light on by the way, by someone at this awful place that she needed her cylinders bored and new valves and pistons. It was going to cost her $1400.00. She knows nothing about cars but she had the good sense to call her nephew, my husband, and ask him to look at it. We fixed her issue with $50 in spark plugs. This shop that tried to cheat her out of $1400 actually made her pay them $365.00 to do it. Who charges that much for diagnostics.?Don't take your car to this shop unless you have recently come into a large sum of money you don't mind giving away! Definitely don't send your mom or elderly family members there. They saw her coming. I'm just glad she left when she did. These types of mechanics give mechanics a bad name! Back in December I got four new tires for my SUV and had excellent service. I use to use Raffield back when they were close to the AFB. My husband is a regular customer of theirs. So when I needed new tires I figured I'd go back. Well I was very disappointed in the service I received on Monday March 9,2020 for my first tire rotation. I was the the second person in the door at 7:28am. My car was not finished until 9:30am. At 8:30 am I was finally asked "where my tire locks are?" ‍When I got home I found my athletic bag opened with my shoes and towel thrown in second row seats! The one good thing is that they put the locks back where they belong. The type of service is inexcusable! Update! I spoke to your manager and he was very nice and apologized for the incident. I took my 2016 Mazda CX3 for a standard 75000 mile spark plug change. While the cost was about $250 much to my surprise, it was explained to me the high price of parts and service was just the way it is nowadays. I guess things have gone up a lot more than I realized. an entire scam. forgot to put coolant back in the system after service and tried to say it was because of a slow coolant leak. wanted to charge an additional $700 to replace radiator after id paid $1700 ( didn't look like a new part had been installed to me. plus a part i had not been told about was added. i should've asked for the invoice before payment). i took the car to another shop for a pressure test and no leak was found. it just needed a radiator cap. don't waste your time or hard earned money especially if you're a woman. also i asked the mechanic to explain the issue and where the leak was coming from and other basic questions and he was literally shrugging his shoulders read more

Called last week and spoke with Randy the manager. asked all kinds of questions, got answers. was told if my daughter was there before 11.00 am monday, she would be in & out within a hour or so, well she was there before 11.00 am and 8 people were ahead of her, it took 2 hour and 54 minutes to put 4 tires on , she should have left around 12 thirtyish, but she wound up leaving close to 2 pm. when she went to pay ,was more then quoted. asked for randy being that is who i dealt with, was told he was gone for the day. talked to Daniel & explained the complete drive out price, Randy & i talked about, he said he knew nothing about our conversation, but was kind enough to make a refund adjustment, never recieved email to that effort. wait 4 days still no reply. Beware there is a XTRA FEE FOR USING A CREDIT CARD TO PAY ! Called home office & explained all the issues. Got a call from Randy directly and he made things right. If all was done the way it should have been to start with, none of theses isssues would have happened, & manager was there instead of gone for the day. read more

Only went to drop off my car for an oil change. Was there just before thier schedule 0730 open time. Already four people waiting in lobby....yet at 1127 a.m. I call for a status on my car and was told I'm next???? Unless I asked for them to rebuild my engine....over 5 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. read more

My tire has a slow leak that I have not taken care of. Before getting back on the road today headed back to Savannah, GA due to Hurricane Irma evacuation I was having an issue putting air in my tire at Kroger. It was a windy light rain, I was getting wet and was worried. I pulled up to Raffield and told them my problem, the gentleman said "pull into bay 1 and we'll take care of you". By the time I pulled up to bay 1 Chris was already waiting for me even though they were busy with other customers. Chris came out and check all my tires as well as put air in them and also my fathers truck. It was that small quick gesture that warmed my heart. I love Warner Robbins in general so this place just help proved why. I know it's just air in the tire but they made sure we got home safe. Also, there was no charge. A couple years ago I had them change my oil. I returned to the store to find out why I kept smelling oil and now had a oil leak. They had overfilled the oil. I left the store angry as they tried to tell me it was normal wear and tear that caused the leak. The car had no leaks before this happened. Before I had gotten home they had called me and decided that they were going to fix the issue they had caused. In which case of course I was happier. Not completely satisfied with how it was handled, but happier. Today our new to us truck had a break light and ABS warning come on. They were the closest. Grrrrrr. Right? Wrong. Sometimes second chances can be a good thing. The fellow actually came right out and assessed the issue and gave us peace of mind. He couldn't fix the issue last night, but assured us that the breaks wouldn't fail over this issue. Then said he would get our truck in first thing in the morning. Which he did and the repair is complete. The customer service was actually very pleasant and much appreciated this time around. We'll be back. Hopefully not often, but certainly as needed. read more

Had 4 new ties installed by Raffield Tire master on our Ford Escape. The gentleman behind the counter was courteous and professional. Tires were installed in an acceptable amount of time. We are from out of town (Florida) and visit WR regularly. After our tires were installed, we got on the road to head back home and our time pressure monitor system light came on. When I got home I contacted Raffield and they said next time we are in town, bring it by and they will reset the sensor (again great customer service). Today (30 July) I just left Raffield, and I was told that the driver tire rear sensor is bad and system can not be reset. Makes one wonder, bring SUV into Raffield and all is well with the tire pressure system, leave Raffield and there is a problem that is not resolved. read more

I had just lost my father the night before bringing my car here. I felt numb. I accidently put antifreeze in my oil intake. I called AAA and the tow drivers brought me here. Iam new to Macon with no family. Frank made me feel like I was not alone. I didn't have to talk much........ He took care of everything and I paid less more then I had imagined. Not good experience. Never ask AAA to tow your car there, they do not have AAA battery as a free replacement although the shop is with AAA partnership. Whether you decide to ask them to fix the car or not, could never walk away from the diagnostics charge even you do not ask for, which is NOT cheap at all... read more

Awful service, they're just interested in selling you new tires even when you don't need them. 15,000 miles on my car, all I needed was a rotation and alignment then they called me to try and give me a deal on new tires. When I said NO they told me there was nothing wrong with my alignment and it would be $40. read more

This business damaged my car while placing it either on or off the lift while doing a 4 tire change. Identified my damaged front spoiler and undercarriage to the manager. But him and his "technicians" played dumb. The manager said I had to prove the damage was done there. Terrible customer service. Do not take your vehicle to this place, I miss the family that use to own this automotive business. Tip: Be wary of any automotive service center where the employees and the facilities give less than a adequate concern for a professional appearance. read more

We had our daughter car towed in because it kept overheating. The next day they told us it was the head gasket and would cost $3500 for a new engine. They would not just change the head gasket because they said you can't, it will just leak oil. Well i have changed head gaskets before without issues. We then took it to another repair facility. They looked at it and said it was the water pump and the electric fan. Total cost of repair was $250. Bottom line DO NOT TAKE YO CARE THO THIS REPAIR SHOP _ THEY WILL RIPE YOU OFF, especially if you know nothing about car repairs. Fortunately I have but simply can't do the work any longer due to back issues. The Better Business Bureau will also get a letter. I'm also contacting their headquarters about this fraud, in my opinion this is what it is. Actually if there was a negative rating I would give it one. read more
