We gave enterprise a call and they told us to go here for them to swap out tires. Discount Tire had to call Enterprise hq for approval prior to working on it, but had us in and out within 30 mins. After we picked up car and started driving down road, the battery light came on (because our alternator needed to be replaced). Pulled over and when I looked under hood I find out they didn't even replace the battery I paid them for. When I called them to explain what happened, they got very rude and told me that it just happens and that it's not a big deal. We had someone else run a test and confirmed that the alternator was failing and needed to be replaced. Never going back here again. They charge for work that they didn't do and they don't even attempt to make things right.

The owner did not inform us that he was going to be adding on items to the bill. Being in our 20's and knowing we are a good distance from where we live (our tags indicated we live in Alabama) he took advantage of our predicament. Our one bill was estimated to be $1,239.26 when all we requested was a new tire (which should range from $150 to $300). The owner did not ask or inform us that he was going to be doing any additional work on the tire until he had already done it. While communicating with the owner about how to handle the bill. He said he was eliminating the labor (which he did not). He was very aggressive and hostile in the whole interaction in turn made me feel very unsafe as a young woman. While there waiting for a significant amount of time his employees began doing illegal activities in the vehicle in the parking lot. When I requested that he write "paid in full" with a signature on the bill he proceeded to call me a "bit**" and many other derogatory things. He also tried to inform me that he will leave that we paid the full amount on the bill so that our insurance would then cover the full amount. While we went to the ATM the owner and worker proceeded to then mess with the brand new tire that was just purchased because once we made it home we had a flat tire on the new tire. It was taken to a Walmart tire shop and the employees there informed me that the tire we were sold was not brand new and had also been tampered with. So this in turn cost us an additional amount for the brand new tire that was purchased less than 9 hours earlier. This business owner is absolutely disgusting and he should be shut down. I am in the process of filing a police report as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau of Central Georgia. I also attached a photo of his detailed receipt.

At a later date I purchased tires online saving me quite a bit of money, and these wonderfully fair guys allowed me to have them shipped to the shop, called me when they came in, installed them on all 4 of my rims and disposed of the old rims and tires. I had some squeeking going on with my breaks and it was a simple fix that they were able to have me come in and repair, just happened to have been on a holiday! These guys are worthy of my business. The gentleman who gave me my estimate offered to pop the dent out a little so I could open and close the drivers side door. When I arrived I had to get out of the passenger side! It made my life so much easier with just that little kindness. Their estimate was fair and in the middle range of the others I received. Because of the kindness I decided to go with them. I am so glad I did. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. As often happens when they took off quarter panel that needed to be replaced they noticed a couple brackets that were damaged. Not a big deal! It was about $80 more than the estimate. And it meant parts had to be ordered. They can't control things like this. It took a few days longer because of that. They were very communicative and made sure I was set with transpiration in the meantime. That was the only increase in price from the estimate. When I picked up my car I couldn't believe how good it looked. And they detailed it inside and out. I've had my car professionally detailed before and it didn't look this good!!
